Analysis, concept and system implementation for the key point of the agenda with the utilization of relation database technology

Bakalářská práce se snaží popsat již existující rezervační systém Bizzy firmy Smarcoms a dokumentovat klíčové části pomocí nástrojů jazyka UML. Úvodní kapitola obsahuje obecnou charakteristiku vývojového prostředí pro rezervační a informační systémy a zároveň rekapituluje historii aplikace od původního návrhu až po současný stav. Druhá kapitola zahrnuje obecný popis datového modelu, nejdůležitější objekty pro vykreslování rozvrhů služeb a použití tří vrstev vzoru Model-View-Controller. Třetí kapitola se podrobněji zabývá jednotlivými případy užití a popisuje jejich konkrétní implementaci v rámci celého systému. V závěru se tato práce snaží vyjmenovat hlavní chyby, kterých se vývojáři v rámci celé doby fungování systému dopustili a zároveň poskytnout doporučení pro další vývoj a směřování systému.

National digital libraries in Europe: current situation and trends

Tématem práce jsou moderní služby národních knihoven v oblasti uchovávání a zpřístupňování digitálních dokumentů v Evropě. Hlavní pozornost je věnována vytváření tzv. "národních digitálních knihoven", jejichž posláním je zpřístupnit uživatelům národních knihoven národní kulturní dědictví v elektronické podobě. Práce se v úvodní části věnuje teoretickým základům těchto aktivit, které jsou zakotveny v řadě dokumentů Evropské unie vedoucích k podpoře evropské informační společnosti (http://ec.europa.eu/information_society/index_en.htm). Dále jsou zde popsány realizované projekty a výzkumy probíhající v evropském prostoru za podpory Evropské unie. Důraz je kladen na projekty TEL (The European Library) a EDL (European Digital Library), jejichž výstupem jsou Evropská knihovna (http://www.theeuropeanlibrary.org) a Europeana ( http: //www.europeana.eu ). Poslední kapitola práce je věnována popisu a zhodnocení současných aktivit vybraných evropských národních knihoven v oblasti budování "národních digitálních knihoven".

Licensed Trades in the Czech Republic

The thesis focuses on the current situation of legal regulation of small trades in the Czech Republic, in particular on the impacts following the so far latest of the more complex amendments of the trade law, implemented by the Act no. 130/2008 Coll. The sense of this amendment was to simplify the starting of trade activities and in maximal degree ease the bureacratic burden of businessmen in their contacts with Trade Licencing Offices. The most important changes brought by this amendment are described in the succession and context of the Trades Licencing Act content as a whole. The thesis deals with the historical evolution of the trade law,it also defines the basic concepts and institutes of trade activities, as subjects of trade law, trade licence, the Trades Register, Trade Licence Offices etc. The last part of the thesis delivers the results of a survey carried out among the traders and Trade Licence Offices.

The Old Kingdom royal funerary domains: new evidence from the causeway of the pyramid complex of Sahura

The study at hand focuses on the royal funerary domains in the Old Kingdom and the role which these domains played in supporting the cult of the Old Kingdom kings, as well as their function in the economy of the state. The present study aims to bring together the information about the old and already published royal funerary domains in the royal and non-royal tombs, and present the newly discovered procession of funerary domains from the recently excavated causeway of the pyramid complex of Sahura at Abusir. Following a brief introduction to the pyramid complex of Sahura and its exploration (chapter 1), an overview is presented summarizing the old theories about different types of domains and their function (chapter 2). The following chapters contain a complete, chronologically arranged, overview of the royal funerary domains attested in both archaeological and textual evidence (chapter 3), and a description and analysis of the newly discovered funerary domains of Sahura from the causeway of his pyramid complex (chapter 4). The final chapter presents a new view on the problem of the royal funerary domains in general, based on the analysis of the newly discovered material (chapter 5).

Economic Development of the Euro Area Member States

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the macroeconomic indicators of Euro Area Member States within 1997 -- 2008. This evaluation considers both the time period before and after introduction of Euro. The first chapter is dedicated to the development of the European and Monetary Union and the following two chapters contain analysis of economic development of the Euro Area within 1997 -- 2001 and 2002 -- 2008. The last chapter results from the current situation on the world markets and it is concerned in the evaluation of the development in the times of economic crisis including measures which has been adopted. By comparison of these two time periods the attention is aimed to the evaluation of the economic development of the Member States in terms of chosen macroeconomic indicators which results from convergence criteria. They are also complemented by important national economic indicators.

Cross-border mergers

This thesis deals with the topic of cross-border mergers in the Czech republic. In the introductory part, the expressions like merger, cross-border merger are explained and reasons and possible obstacles of the merger (cross-border mergers) execution described. In the following chapter, I mention the possibilities of cross-border mergers in the Czech republic up to now. The thesis also handles the influence of the Directive on cross-border mergers of limited lability companies and the Verdict of the European Court of Justice in the matter of sp. zn. C-411/03 SEVIC Systems AG on the final version of the new legal Act on Transformation of Companies and Cooperatives. In the next chapter, I deal with the legal, accounting and taxation aspects of the cross-border mergers under the current conditions and according to czech legislation. I also included a chapter about the control of mergers of competitors. The last chapter mentions a concrete example of the real first cross-border merger in the Czech republic.

Marketing and RFID

This work dissertates about possible usages of the RFID technology in marketing mix. The beginning part describes the history and functional side of the technology and shows the leading companies in this field. The application part shows the possible usage at the ground of the quality control and retail marketing with the theory of the dynamic created price on the basis of the time. Special part is about the implementation of the technology to the promotion part of the marketing mix. RFID is described as a source of client's data for large clients databases which are used for the personalized offer special for each customer. The conclusion describes the legislative barriers and focus on the future of the technology together with the prediction of the tag price. The insertion creates the The Working Party on the Protection of Personal Data, which Cohere with the RFID Technology published by independent working party in the European parliament.

Measuring Impact of Corporate Philanthropy and Corporate Community Investsment as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility

This master's thesis is concerned with corporate social responsibility and corporate philanthropy in relation to the measurement of corporate community investment impact. The impact measurement and its significance is approached through Corporate Community Investment methods introduced by London Benchmarking Group (LBG), in the Czech Republic referred to as "Standard odpovědná firma". This thesis is based on the hypothesis that this impact measurement method and its employment allows the long-term cultivation of the corporate social responsibility in the states where it is applied. In oder to asses the potential of LBG method implementation in the Czech Republic, this thesis introduces the measurement results, the target groups reviews of the measurement significance, and at the same time analyses a variety of case studies.

Schoenstatt spirituality

SCHOENSTATT SPIRITUALITY This thesis introduces the Schoenstatt movement and its spirituality. It explains the concepts of spirituality and spiritual theology and describes the spirituality as a practical implementation of our everyday experience of the relationship with God. The second chapter describes the history of the Schoenstatt movement in relation to the life story of its founder. In the third part of the thesis, the structure of the movement is explained and the main (fourt) part represents the fundamental principles of the Schoenstatt spirituality. The purpose of this chapter is to show the interconnection of the founder's life and the spirituality. The final section of the thesis addresses the history and work of the Schoenstatt movement in the Czech Republic. Analýza operačních programů v oblasti rozvoje lidských zdrojů v ČR pomocí jejich hodnotících tabulek

Cílem bakalářské práce je udělat obecný přehled strukturálních fondů, provést obecnou analýzu efektivnosti operačního programu Rozvoj lidských zdrojů v programovacím období 2004-2006, a v období 2007-2013 operačního programu lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost. Na základě předběžné nastudované látky o cílech a nástrojích politiky soudržnosti Evropské Unie, prověřím, čeho se podařilo docílit v rámci Operačního programu řízení lidských zdrojů (dále OP RLZ) a následně pak promítnout nebo eliminovat v rámci Operačního programu lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost (dále OP LZZ). V souvislostí s teoretickou část bakalářské práce věnují rozboru hodnotících tabulek těchto programů, protože považuji, že úspěšnost operačního programu v celku je závislá na nastavených kritériích výběru projektů do programu. Hodnotící kritéria a jejich bodové nasazení, princip hodnocení, efektivnost a kvalita vybraných projektů jsou základní a nesmírně důležitou věcí na cestě k realizaci politiky regionální soudržností Evropské Unie. Úvodní kapitola bakalářské práce prezentuje společnou strukturální a regionální politiku EU, popisuje její jednotlivé cíle, nástroje a programy, způsoby jejich naplňovaní. Druha kapitola bakalářské práce je věnována zásadám HSS v České republice v období 2004-2006 a období 2007-2013. Třetí kapitola presentuje Národní rozvojový plán. Sledují zde jeho priority, cíle, úspěšnost a jeho ?první výsledky? projevované ve změně makroekonomických veličin. Čtvrtá kapitola představuje Národní strategický referenční rámec a jeho priority. Závěr bakalářské práce je ve formě doporučení pro OP LZZ, vycházejícího z rozboru a hodnocení OP RLZ a kumulace výsledků.
