Practising of verbal forms in the education of Czech for foreigners

The essay deals with the morphological exercises of Czech for foreignes, especially with the conjugatin of verbs. It outlines which exercises could be used for morphology education of Czech as a Foreign Language and it shows which exercises are most beneficial for the initial training of this aspekt od the language and which ones could be used for further training and revision. To learn conjugation in Czech we do not only use exercises such as gap fill, substitution or sentence completion exercises, but we can make use of a lot of language games and activities, which by nature come closer to natural communication. By using concrete exercises, we show how to train the language the best. The theoretical part points out the factors influencing the choice of exercises and shows the most frequent types of exercises to be used for learning a foreign language. The practical part briefly deals with the nouns - categories of numbers, gender, category o f animata / inanimata, because these factors have a major impact on forming the verbs. In the practical part, which is devided into chapters according to the single steps o f learning the verbal forms (Present tense. Past tense. Case-law of the European Court of Justice on environmental protection

59 SHRNUTÍ Diplomová práce se zabývá judikaturou Evropského soudního dvora na vybraném úseku ochrany životního prostředí. V konkrétním případě jde o problematiku odpadů. Odpady jsou samozřejmý produkt lidské činnosti a je nutné stanovit jasně daná pravidla, jak s nimi nakládat, tak aby bylo minimalizováno riziko dopadu na životní prostředí či lidské zdraví. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Na úvod je zmíněno postavení a právní základy pro činnost Evropského soudního dvora v rámci systémů orgánů Evropských společenství, jeho organizační struktura a stručně i průběh řízení. Je zde také zmíněn vliv Lisabonské smlouvy na fungování ESD. Ve druhé kapitole se věnuji roli ESD v oblasti ochrany životního prostředí. Jsou zde identifikovány vybrané typy řízení před ESD a ke každému typu řízení je podána i statistika za určité časové období. Třetí část mé práce se zaměřuje již zcela na judikaturu ESD v oblasti odpadů. Jsou zde rozebrány klíčové judikáty zabývající se centrálním pojmem odpad, zejména předpoklady klasifikace materiálu jako odpadu a vymezení pojmu vedlejšího produktu, podmínkami přepravy odpadů a přesahem odpadového hospodářství do problematiky volného pohybu zboží, jedné ze základních svobod Společenství. Analysis of the Development of Wages in the Czech Republic since 1993

I chose this theme because it is current topic , as well as the issue price of labor affects almost every one of us. The aim of my work is to analyze the progress of earnings in the Czech Republic and the factors that influence this development since 1993. In the theoretical part of the work I am going to analyze the opinions of the authors of the theories of wages, and the types of the price of work and influences that determine them. Furthermore, in this chapter, I am going to analyze the theories on the effects of macro-economic indicators such as gross domestic product, inflation, labor productivity, the unemployment rate, etc. on earnings. In the analytical or practical work I am going to analyze the earnings progress in terms of education, professions, regions, age, etc. In addition, in this chapter, I am going to analyze the development of macroeconomic indicators in the Czech Republic and their effect on wage since 1993. At the end of my Bachelor Thesis I am going to try to assess the determinants affecting wage progress in the Czech Republic.

Vodňany- small town in small prose of František Herites

Diplomová práce představuje dílo napomenutého žánrového realisty", 1 Františka Heritese (1851 - 1929), jež patřil do okruhu spisovatelů lumírovské generace. Těžiště práce spočívá v analýze zobrazení malého města v Heritesových drobných prozaických útvarech (arabeska, kresba, humoreska, povídka). Předlohou pro kresbu maloměstské společnosti byly Heritesovi jihočeské Vodňany, které jsou jeho rodištěm. V nich také Herites strávil podstatnou část svého života, jenž byl spjat s lékárnickou praxí, díky níž poznal postavy a typy maloměstské společnosti, o nichž později psal ve své tvorbě. V souvislosti s vodňanským pobytem Františka Heritese je připomenuto jeho přátelství s básníky Juliem Zeyerem a Otakarem Mokrým, s nimiž tvořil tzv. Vodňanský trojlístek, který zaujímá významné postavení v literární tradici města. Tu však netvoří pouze toto uskupení, což je doloženo v kapitole věnované kulturnímu a literárnímu přehledu Vodňan. The necessity of establishing pension reform in the Czech republic

The topic of this work is the necessity of establishing pension reform in Czech republic as a consequence of unfavourable development of not only demographic factors. The introductory part is devoted to general characteristic of social policy and deals with its principles, types, aims and functions. In the second chapter the pension system along with its history, development and actual state is described. Further some proofs that support the thesis of untenability of the current system and essentials of its transformation are mentioned. In the end are described few reform strategies together with various proposals of its accomplishment.

Psychological aspects of amniocentesis

Genetical counselling represents complex activity with multidisciplinar overlap. Most of patients are pregnant women who usually pass amniotic fluid sampling. The aim of this diploma work is to describe these womens behaviour and feelings on the basis of chosen aspects. The text is divided into twelve chapters Theoretical part presents surveyed problems from two poits of view - psychological and medical. It describes indication to invasive prenatal nealth check, thereinafter it talks about most frequented chromosomal deficiency which can be exposed by karyotypisation. Further it talks about the doctor and patinet's realition and about aspects of genetical counselling as well as about ethical aspects of prenatal diagnostics. On the basis of questionaire results, empirical part presents feelings, behaviour and attitudes of women to prenatal health check within in process. Thereinafter it shows and verify which factors influence women's far of health check results.

Assignment and Statistical Solution of a Research Task

This thesis is intent on the introduction to problems of statistical approach to research tasks. It focuses on research assignments, position of research worker and statistician while analyzing, ways of gathering data files and problems connected with them, main types of multivariate statistical methods and possible views of their classification. Moreover, this work includes overview of examples of research assignments, possibilities of their solutions and related data files. First chapter describes statistical approach to the research assignments, and the second one shows concrete examples of these assignments. The enclosed CD includes data files to most of the statistical examples.

Problems of the Managed Care

The main theme of the thesis is managed care system description and definition. The first part is focused on managed care history, development in this system, and types of organizations providing this medical and hospital services. There is also chapter concerned with problems of resource management and managed care quality. The next chapter describes medical and health services and managed care in the USA, the only country offering these services in free mareket economy. For comparison in the next chapter there are presented someEuropean states, which try to introduce managed care as a tool for reduction of redundant and duplicate health services costs, include Czech Republic. At the conclusion, the comparison of some economic indicator of medical and health services among some European contries and the USA has been done.

Contribution to study of rivalry between definite article and demonstrative adjective

This theoretical thesis deals with the relationship bertween two kinds of determiners in French: the definite article and the demonstrative adjective. As they have the same distribution, we can call this relationship the rivalry. The present work tries to promote the comprehension of this specific subject by assembling all available theories and other contributions. Chapters are ranged according to their degree of generatization: we start by quite general approaches and progress to more and more specific ones. The first chapter presents the general ground of our theme: noun determination. In the chapter two, we analyze some French grammar books in order to find some reference about the rivalry. The chapter three exposes selected theories that are related to the problem of the rivalry between the definite article and demonstrative adjective. The chapter four presents three classifications of use of demonstrative adjective. Even if this part of work seems not to be in close relation to the main subject, we found in these classifications many observations of the rivalry and that's why we devoted whole chapter to a brief synthesis of classifications. Práce se zabývá problematikou elektronického podpisu. Věnuje se analýze faktorů, které umožnily jeho vznik. Popisuje technologickou část, možnosti využití, typy elektronických podpisů a další pojmy s elektronickým podpisem související. Dále se práce věnuje problematice využití elektronického podpisu při komunikaci s vybranými orgány státní správy, hodnotí současný stav, stanovuje důvody současného stavu a dané důvody podrobněji popisuje.
