Požgayová, Šárka ; Jurák, Daniel (advisor) ; Čechovská, Irena (referee)
1. ABSTRACT AND KEY WORDS Thema: Using EMG for comparing correct technic of upper limb recovery phase in the front crawl. Introduction: Our measurement is aimed to detect influence of muscles activity of the shoulder joint and back during the upper limb recovery phase in the front crawl. Monitoring and recording muscles activity by EMG inform about movement stereotype of our probands. We've tried to localized uncorrect activation oppossite to optima! muscle activity of (ex) competitive swimmer. Results of measuremens are used for correction of faulty upper limb recovery stereotype. Results should enlarged knowledge about technic of recovery and help in way of teaching both competitive and noncompetive swimmers, like students of FTVS UK (Fakulty of phyzical education and sport at The Charles University in Prague), which learns to swim in the age of adulthood. Protocol and measurements: Muscles were selected acording recommendation of leader of my diploma dissertation Mgr. Daniel Jurák. The ]ocations of the electrodes on the body were chosen acording to the recommendation of MUDr. David Pánek. Groups of muscles round shoulder joint were measured using EMG during the upper limb recovery phase in the front crawl. The EMG is synchronized with videorecorder. Both videorecord and EMG rneasurernent were analysed by...

Physical Activity and Prosperousness of School Children
Následuje malý test fyzických a duševních schopností dětí.

Develompment of motor skills of pre-school children interested in aerobic
Je důležité, aby pohybové aktivity v předškolním věku byly rozmanité, protože děti rády střídají různé druhy pohybu a nevydrží dlouho u jedné činnosti.

Activity of the badger (Meles meles) in a viccinity of its burrow in Sluknov
Chadima, Patrik ; Kušta, Tomáš (advisor) ; Adámková, Jana (referee)
This bachelor thesis focuses on monitoring the activity and behavior of the European badger (Meles meles) around its burrow. Monitoring of activities in surrounding area of burrow was realizing in Northern Bohemia next to the Šluknov town. It was using camera trap, which was scanning activity via photos and videos around most frequently used holes in time period since april 2015 to end of March 2016. The main aim of this thesis was evaluate effects of extrinsic factors (sunrise and sunset, moon phase, air temperature, annual temperature and time) to activity of badger. Fractional aims was to find out, how much time badger spends out of its burrow with finding of food and maintenance of burrow in individually annual temperature. The thesis is consist of two parts, teoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part was carried out via a literary research. Practical part is consist of processing and evaluating of recieved dates from camera trap. Results of the thesis demonstrated that all referenced factors has considerable influence on activity of badgers.

Effecf school sports facilities on students' fitness
- Dílčím cílem je též zjištění míry pohybové aktivity žáků mimo školní docházku a zájmu o zavedení jedné hodiny tělesné výchovy v týdnu navíc. Tyto informace získám vyhodnocením sestaveného dotazníku.

Alkaline phosphatase as an indicator for the heat treatment of the milk for cheesemaking
Malínská, Hana ; Potůčková, Miroslava (advisor) ; Lidmila, Lidmila (referee)
Alkaline phosphatase as an indicator for the heat treatment of the milk for cheesemaking Summary The aim of this diploma thesis was to summarize current knowledge about the evaluation of alkaline phosphatase activity as an indicator of heat treatment of milk for production of dairy products in theoretical part. In experimental part were comparised 2 methods for this enzyme activity determination, the original according to ČSN EN ISO 11816-2 (2003), using pasteurized milk as an extracting agent, and ISO 11816-2/IDF 155-2 (2010), using extraction buffer. For comparison were used 110 cheese samples, 8 quarg products, 49 fresh cheese products, 9 spiced fresh cheese products, 7 white-brined cheese products, 7 Penicillium sp. flora cheese products, 5 coryneform flora cheese products and 25 semi-hard and hard cheese products. Alkaline phosphatase (EC 3.1.3.1) is a hydrolase cleaving phosphate groups at the 5th and 3rdposition of many molecules including especially nucleotides and proteins. The enzyme has a pH optimum in the alkaline range (pH 10), their cofactors are ions Zn2+and inhibitors Cu2+. Dairy alkaline phosphatase derived from mammary epithelium and other cellular residua in milk. In this medium is the enzyme localized on the membrane of fat globules. Their amount depends on the stage of lactation (the highest concentration is in colostrum) and animal health (their concentration increases when disease, especially mastitis, starts). Due to its specific thermostability is alkaline phosphatase used for proof of milk and milk products pasteurization. In the experimental part of the diploma thesis was found that the recommended substitution of pasteurized milk for buffer improves enzyme extraction process from cheese matrix and so enhances method sensitivity (p > 0.05). Method unsuitability for Penicillium sp. flora cheese (especially for blue-veined ones) was also confirmed (p > 0.05). This unsuitability could be explained by content of microbial alkaline phosphatase. For the same reason might not be this method suitable also for coryneform flora cheese. On the contrary, this analysis is suitable (p > 0.05) for white-brined cheese. For spiced fresh cheese were the results in terms of evaluation suitability ambiguous. Based on the obtained data was also confirmed the suitability of proposed limit (10 mU/g) for residual enzyme activity in products from pasteurized milk.
