The use of unmanned aerial vehicles in agriculture.

Unmanned aerial vehicles has been a fast developing field over the last couple of years Farmers have been trying to take profit from this development and are interested in various options of applications. Demands on the area of agricultural production have been increasing, especially higher effectivity and the economical aspect of production are in focus. Farmers seek for the information about crop statuses and cattle in pursuit of economical rentability and enviromental sustainability. Due to this awareness farmers can take measures to reach economical profit. In the form of literature review the thesis describes construction types, their power options and the suitability for particular application is evaluated. Furthermore, scanning varieties and particular examples of applications are mentioned.

Change trajectories of wood pastures using landscape metrics (Hradec Kralove Region)

This work is focused on wood-pastures and their change trajectory and evolution since 1845 to present time. Research was conducted in selected cadastral areas in region Hradec Králové. In the intoduction of the work are defined pastures, wood-pastures and benefits of this active management. It focuses on changes in land-covers in places of historic pastures, their extinction, creation and continuous exsistence. The main sources of informations are historical maps and the field research.

Taxonomic review Pinus contorta subsp. Latifolia (Engelm.) on dumps habitats and possibilities its usage

Lodgepole pine is exotic species of pine originating from North America (Canada, United States, United Mexican States), where it occurs along the Pacific coast. This is a very compatible species because, despite a plethora of geomorphological habitats has created a total of five subspecies, while the Czech Republic there are three of them. They are: Shore pine (Pinus contorta subsp. contorta), Lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta subsp. latifolia), Murray pine (Pinus contorta subsp. murrayana). Occurrence of Pinus contorta was recorded in nine counties, twenty and twenty-three districts of municipalities with extended powers. The total stand area was found to 128.66 hectares. When finding that Pinus contorta in our conditions is described as exotic plants. As a gateway for non-native landscape landscape that is post-mining areas. Use of Lodgepole pine was thus deemed appropriate. Uncultured landscape together with wood unoriginal see to it that the uncultured landscape becomes a landscape rich in diversity. Lodgepole pine, of course, is not the only species that was about it all taken care of. Its suitability was chosen because of its low demands on soil, hydrological and climatic conditions, including frost hollows at elevations 2,500 meters above sea level. Which in the Czech Republic or cannot be used because it is our highest point 1,602 meters above sea level. The effort was to map Lodgepole pine throughout the Czech Republic, where it would be clearly seen where the forest vegetation on which the administrative territory of the Lodgepole pine occur. This reliance on the willingness of administrators data information, which for our purposes were considered Institute of Forest Management, where we were given virtually everything to us this institution has been able to provide. Another institution, where we were given also all the military management of forests and farms. Unfortunately, the state enterprise Forestry of the Czech Republic, as majority owner of primary forests in the Czech Republic, was not willing to provide the requested information on the matter on Lodgepole pine, forest management Děčín only the necessary information. Given that this work was originally conceived to Pinus contorta subsp. latifolia, while work was concluded that Pinus contorta subsp. latifolia is a segmentation occurring geographic subspecies that was not able to clearly identify the data that we had available so this work deals with Lodgepole pine at the species level and the resulting map outputs in the results of the work

were processed in the geographic information systems, which managed to get stand up to the level surface (ha) in the regions of municipalities with extended powers.

Importance of local entrepreneurship in the field of sport and culture for regional development

My Bachelor´s thesis tackles the problematics of regional development. In the first chapters of my thesis, there are definitions of terms which are closely linked to the problematics. The chapters include terms such as regional policy, regional development and the development of the country which are mainly aimed at improving the citizens´ quality of life which is tightly connected to the development of social togetherness. Social togetherness enables the growth of social and political stability. In the following chapters you find legislative modification concerning regional policy, the method of community and country development and a detailed analysis of culture and sport as factors affecting the region´s growth. The practical part of my thesis analyses the situation in Ruda nad Moravou, specifically, its swimming area which is very important for the community as well as the region. The aim of my work is the characteristics of the business activities mainly in the sports area, its legal and economic problems and also its regional impact. The method of description and the method of quantitative analysis in the form of questionnaire field study are used in the practical part of the thesis. The aim of the methods is to gain enough information on individual drawbacks and problems linked with both the region and the swimming area mentioned above. A suitable solution will be suggested after detecting the problems. The solution should make the swimming area more profitable which will contribute to the development of the whole region.

Purpose of the educational trail in a park in Ostrov, "Horažďovice": evaluation, proposals

The thesis deals with educational trails (ET) of various thematic focuses, their purpose and ways of information presentation to visitors through various information panels.
The aim of the thesis was to document an area for a new educational trail in a park in Ostrov in the town Horažďovice. To achieve the goal a sociological research in the town public, employees of educational institutions and municipality was made. Making analyse and evaluation of the place for the educational trail, its madialisation and making an exemplary educational panel was very important.
The thesis suggests several hypothesis: whether town citizens visit educational trails, whether the trail needs an advertisement and if the increased interest has a negative influence in environment of the Ostrov park, whether people accept the educational trail in Ostrov park and if it is convenient for all population groups.
Through the questionaire it was found out that 71% of public visit the trails, 76% of teachers use it as a part of educational process. The public (69%) and the teachers (75%) agree with creating an educational trail in the Ostrov park. Only 11% of public and 19% of teachers know all the ET in the Horažďovice region. The public (78%) and the teachers (89) asked for more information and medialisation of ET. While making a new proposal of the trail and information panel the results of the survey were taken in the account.
Considering the regular upkeeping, facilities, and wheelchair roads, the park was found suitable for people of all ages (families with children, groups of teenagers, seniors, etc.) and disabled people.

Service Quality Management

The bachelor thesis deals with the quality assessment of a provided service. It is focused closely on providing a service of public transport in a particular city. The thesis uses methodological approach in marketing research of quality of services. It is based on the study of secondary data from sources of the service submitter and also from the publicly available information. Based on the analysis of acquired information, the way of acquiring primary data from consumers is determined. A questionnaire and a guided interview had been chosen as the way of inquiring the representative of transporting company. The questions in both processes of primary information acquisition were built on the transporting company quality standards. The assessment of provided service was carried out from the acquired information and the corrective actions were recommended. The corrective actions will lead to an improvement of the quality of the provided service.

The Issue of Misrepresenting the Information in the Accounting and the Manipulation with Accounting Reports - Creative Accounting

Creative accounting is a summary of all practices which distort the company's financial situation, and is associated with almost every accounting fraud. This application is designed to misrepresent the financial reports and bring the desired result, it is not simple and requires proficient professionals who work on their practices using accounting regulations, legal or illegal steps to enable them to cheat in accounting.
The thesis deals with a case study of financial statements manipulation, which are divided into three steps depending on the severity of manipulation and their subsequent penalties under the Accounting Act no. 563/1991 Coll. and the Criminal Code no. 40/2009 Coll. The main objective is to answer the questions of the impact and manipulation of financial statements between the selected companies on the amount of income tax and influencing their financial situation after the performed manipulation.

The position of women in the labour market.

The thesis deals with the position of women in the labour market, describes the most obstacles women encounter in the labour market and offers possible solutions. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse the position of the women in the labour market, to define each notion related to discrimination, to recognize the factors that influence it and to find out the differences in remuneration of men and women. Further on, the thesis would like to approach the question if women are still more discriminated on the ground of the sex or whether the society manages to eliminate the discrimination of women thanks to the measures adopted.
The thesis is divided into three parts. In the theoretical part of the thesis the legislative adaptation is being introduced, and it presents the effort of the state to eliminate the unequal approach towards women. The thesis analyzes the existing legal regulations of the discrimination law abroad as well as in Czech legislation. Some of the basic concepts linked to the given topic are explained, e.g. equality, positive measures and equal treatment. Another section of the theoretical part deals with discrimination, its forms and variations, discrimination on the reasons of sex and the ways of how to protect oneself from discrimination. In the theoretical part the method of analysis of information sources is used based on research literature. In the practical part of the thesis two ways of questioning are used. The first research method is a structured questionnaire in a form of a standard written questionnaire. A selected group of people is questioned to say their opinion on the given issue. The second investigation is done in a maneuvered interview with the respondents of the first questioning form, based on the prepared set of questions. The last part of the thesis elaborates the results of the research and draws the conclusions from these. Each question has a graph showing the results of the analysis followed by an exact description and explanation. The conclusion of the thesis provides a compact resume of the forms of protection which the discriminated person can use to avoid discrimination or for defense.

Crisis management in public sector

The thesis discusses the crisis management of regions and regional authorities. The main aim of the work is based on an analysis to assess the crisis management at the level of the selected counties / regions and selected the deficiencies found propose appropriate measures. To obtain important information, opinions and ideas necessary for the development of this work was carried out quantitative sociological method of comparative analysis through a questionnaire survey. It was also used content analysis of data. The practical part focuses on crisis management system in the Usti region in comparison with other regions and qualitative survey techniques. An integral part
of empirical research as well as practical knowledge gained through experts on a given topic. Due to the deficits are possible recommendations for improvements. Among these proposals are mainly completions and updating the legislation. For instance: a regulation concerning the number of employees in crisis management, methodology earmarking funds, competence in processing emergency plan of the region.

Labour costs and perks in an organization

The dissertation Labour costs and perks in an organization occupies with analysis of wages and labour costs, which nowadays forms an inseparable part of policy in each organization.The dissertation is divided into 2 main parts.The theoretical part is focused mainly on the theory of wages and labour costs. Then it defines employee benefits, their kinds , classification (or structure) and trends, the large part is devoted to the sytem of providing constituent employee benefits and follow up tax-deductibility of interest on the side of employees and employers.
The practical part is concerned with analysis of the present-day system of remuneration and providing benefits in a selected company. The great attention was paid to height of costs, which a selected company must spend on the provided benefits. The overall level
of satisfaction/unsatisfaction with provided benefits was investigated by means of questionnaire survey among employees in a selected company. The structure of up to now provided benefits was evaluated on the basis of information collected during the survey and created a dissertation conclusion. At the same time there was a proposal for integration of new kinds of benefits into the overall remuneration system.
