Pytela, David ; Patěk, Daniel (referee) ; Zahradníčková, Marie (referee)
By January the first is applicable legal regulation that will bring very important changes into private branch of legal order. It is especially the "New Civil Code" and the "Commercial Corporation Act". This "new regulation" will affect even the General Meeting of Limited Liability Company. Because I think it is important to identify the changes that the new regulation brings into regulation of General Meeting of Limited Liability Company and because General Meeting of Limited Liability Company is of interest to me I decided to work out a thesis on this matter called "General Meeting of Limited Liability Company after recodification". Because this matter is quite enormous I do not focus on whole General Meeting of Limited Liability Company but only on selected parts concerning its operation, calling, quorum, appearance and procedure. In my thesis I do not focus only on changes connected with the new regulation but also on unclear or problematical parts of existing regulation (regulation applicable until December the thirty-first) from the perspective whether and if how the new regulation has dealt with them. I use opinions stated by the jurisprudence and the judicature, especially by the Supreme court of the Czech Republic, but foremost my own view and opinions. The new regulation as a whole in...

Regionalization of agriculture in Czechia since 1871 (from Karel Kořistka) to present and survey of sowing development of major agricultural crop groups according to regionalization
Vaníček, Jaroslav ; Jeleček, Leoš (advisor) ; Eretová, Veronika (referee)
This Bachelor thesis deals with two major issues. Firstly, it provides a comprehensive survey of agriculture regionalization changes in Czechia between 1871-1996. The regions demarcation, so-called Natural agricultural landscapes (NAL), of Bohemia's territory was developed by K. Kořistka. Furthermore, development of Agricultural production regions (APR) is outlined. Secondly, it describes the changes of sowing structure on arable land in 6 groups by selected regionalization. Grouping of three selected years (1885, 1900 and 1930) was accomplished according to NAL to form uniform boundaries of NAL in 1900. Method of proportional representation was used with APR, which resulted in modification of the modern sowing recording (in regional delimitation) to the APR boarder from 1923 and 1969. Thus is how sowing series were made in 1930, 1991, 2010 and 1969, 1990, 2010. The main outcomes confirm that the cereal character of Czechia agriculture had its origins in Austria- Hungary in the 19th century in all landscapes to the present. This fortifies current unprofitable character of APR. The highest appearance of sugar beet growing was recorded in NAL in 1900. The growth of area of industrial crops and a decrease in forage was confirmed after 1991 in all APR. The use of proportional conversion method of...
Sverge - A Flexible Tool for Comparing & Merging
Švec, Ondřej ; Ježek, Pavel (advisor) ; Beneš, Jan (referee)
2 Title: Sverge - A Flexible Tool for Comparing & Merging Author: Ondřej Švec (sverge@svecon.cz) Department: Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Supervisor of the bachelor thesis: Mgr. Pavel Ježek, Ph.D., Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems (jezek@d3s.mff.cuni.cz) Abstract: Developers, who work on larger projects, are using revision control systems, which usually does not have a built-in tool for visualising differences between directories and individual files or they only offer a console interface. Even though there are numerous tools for visualising the differences, none of these tools are modular, so that a visualisation for a different file types can be added. A tool called Sverge that is modular and pluginable was created, it can visualise differences between directories and text files by default and more visualisations can easily be added. The tool was created using C# programming language, it can natively run on Microsoft Windows operating system and it can easily be integrated with popular revision control systems. Keywords: visualisation, differences, 2-way, 3-way, files, directories, modular, extensible
Abundance trends and range dynamics in European bats.
Žabková, Klára ; Horáček, Ivan (advisor) ; Lučan, Radek (referee)
Bachelor thesis sumarizes available data about bat abundance in middle Europe, especially in the Czech republic. Populations of bats are usually dynamic, which is given by their high sensitivity to environmental changes. Many of these changes are man made, for instance landscape management, agricultural intensification or disturbing bats during hibernation. Impact of global warming on bat abundance and range distribution is also discussed, because it could explain the occurance of mediterranean species Hypsugo savii in Moravia In my thesis, I focus on possible causes of strong population decrease of Rhinolophus hipposideros in 70's in the middle Europe, which led to establishement of monitoring programms accross Europe. Project "Monitoring bats in underground hibernacula" has started in Czechoslovakia in 1969, and it has provided valuable and relevant data. I also compare methods for monitoring bats, because there isn't any effective universal method for censusing all species under all circumstances, due to their specific behavioral habits. Counting bats in underground hibernacula appears to be the most efficient, especially for species such as Rhinolophus hipposideros, Myotis myotis and Plecotus spp. Statistic methods are used to estimate colony size, Lincoln-Peterson method seems to be the most suitable...
