The process analysis in the project management in Automotive sphere
Nováková, Lucie ; Bartoška, Jan (advisor) ; Jan, Jan (referee)
The thesis is focused on the analysis of processes in project management in the automotive sphere. After a short introduction of selected company is discribed life cycle of engagement. In the analytical part of thesis is metodically designed procedure for the analysis of ongoing processes in lifecycle of engagement. Qualitative description of the processes is converted into process models in notation BMPN and after are created tables for more detailed processes analysis. Based on the analysis and knowledge of the tools of project management are for the weaknesses of the processes recommended tools for their elimination.
Lean production at Avon Automotive company
Dvořáková, Veronika ; Gebeltová, Zdeňka (advisor) ; Lukáš , Lukáš (referee)
The submitted diploma thesis provides a detailed description of lean production in Avon Automotive Inc., Rudník. The essential aim was to demonstrate this method on workplace redesign via gradual production improvement. At First, specific terms are properly explained in a theoretic way. Lean production is fully clarified too. The author also mentioned methods which are bound to be adopted. Amongst the major Japanese methods are 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, and Ongoing improvement. It is history of the company, its current conditions, customers and competitors which are carefully looked into in the next part. Economic issue is then tackled with the focus on the last 6 years of the company economic development. Approval process, current company project conditions as well as production and logistics procedures descriptions are also provided within the thesis. The author eventually put emphasis on defying lean production with close attention to employees' training in which the author herself participated, and then gradual improvement phase is clearly marked in three steps. Analýza možného výskytu a vlivu vad ve výrobním procesu
Vaňátko, Tomáš
This thesis deals with the problematics of the use of the FMEA method in the manufacturing process of engineering company, which is a certified supplier for the automotive industry. The first part of the thesis is focused on the description of the method , its division and its application. The following part of the thesis contains a description of some basic quality tools, which are used a tool for ist preparation. In the practical part of the thesis there is a decription of the application of the FMEA method process on the specific product by Metaldyne spol. s r.o. The collected data are used for the preparation of the FMEA form, in which precautions to reduce nonquality in the manufacturing proces are determined. The final part of the thesis deals with the technical and economic evaluation of profuction of the lower body of a hydraulic pressure filter PAL2R.
Proposal for the Control of a Nonconforming Product
Janíček, Vojtěch ; Kejval, Vladimír (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focusing on design and optimization of control process at nonconforming product in AMT spol. s r.o. company, which applies production and sharpen machining tools. The thesis includes detailed analysis of the current state, where processe are described, when anticoincident product find out. On the basis of these analysis and finding out of possible lacks will be recommended solution, which help to reduction of incidence anticoincident products.
Proposed Measures Updating the Flow Diagram of the Business Case
Šašinka, Viktor ; Mázlová, Tamara (referee) ; Škapa, Stanislav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design updating of the process flow diagram in the preproduction process in engineering company. Specifies what is a process, identifies main differences between process and functional management, describes the methods of process analyse and compares the theoretical knowledge of the facts. It presents analysis of the current state of the business processes. The proposal tackle the improvement of processes in the form of process map shown by diagrams that provide an improved model of the functioning of company.
Design of a Manufacturing Process Management
Hala, Filip ; Stárek, Roman (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to create and apply a methodology to improve the manufacturing process. Processes for the passage of a contract through the company and activities of the foreman were analyzed. According to this analysis, a methodology was created for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process. This methodology was applied to the data obtained in the analysis. Based on the application of the methodology, actions have been proposed to improve the production process.
Implementing SPC in the Production Process
Dostál, Petr ; Macháček, Martin (referee) ; Bartes, František (advisor)
The thesis deals with implementing of statistical process control (SPC) on CNC cut center into the mechanic production. One part of the project is engaged in theoretical information gathering, process monitoring and data collection. Second part deals with stabilization, regulation and improvement of the process using right statistical instruments. As a result is implementing measuring station from where will be the process data transferred to a server and evaluated. On the basis of that is possible to implement a correction in the right time if the process isn´t stabilized. The main objectives of the thesiss are cost reduction, scrap reduction and modernization of the process.
Improving quality within the ski resort Špindlerův Mlýn
Šebková, Lenka ; Svobodová, Hana (advisor) ; Mach, Aleš (referee)
The master thesis is focused on mapping of all the processes that customer goes through before achieving the skiing activity in ski resort Špindlerův Mlýn, currently operated by MELIDA, a.s. In the theoretical part services specifications, Six Sigma methodology and Key Performance Indicators basics are briefly described. The practical part consists of introduction of the ski area, measuring and mapping processes in combination with weak points identification. In order to eliminate weak points previously identified, the process of getting feedbacks from customers was introduced. As a result of this process, actions to eliminate the weak spots, were proposed and will be implemented. In order to maintain the appropriate structure of the thesis, Six Sigma methodology procedures and instruments, were used.
Management of Field Workers of a selected Firm
Kameník, Lukáš ; Černý, Jan (advisor) ; Vlček, Oldřich (referee)
This master thesis is devoted to the elements and principles of management. The master thesis deals with the management of field workers of a selected company and subsequent optimization of this procedure. The main aim of master thesis is to optimize the selected decision problem. Based on the analysis of field workers activities is determined significant managerial decision problem. To solve this decision problem is compiled mathematical model and the individual alternative solutions are determined. Based on the individual steps of managerial decision the final recommendations of variant for solving this decision problem is made. The work is devided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we acquaint ourselves with the problems with the help of scientific literature. The practical part deals with the use of the scientific literature in practice in order to optimize decision-making problem and management field workers of a selected company.
NPM: Optimalizace nákupního procesu
Martinovová, Nikola ; Pilař, Tomáš (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jiří (referee)
The theoretical part will be focused on presenting information within the process management. Some of the pieces of this theoretical information will be were slightly modified by internal Continental procedures and applied in the practical part of the thesis in order to redesign current purchasing process of non production material. The contents of the practical part of this thesis are the analysis of the current purchasing process of non-production material in the plant of Continental. The intention is to identify the waste and obstacles in the process. The main target is to improve the process in consideration of efficiency, lead time reduction and, if applicable, cost savings. Once the waste in the process is identified, the 100% value added ideal state is going to be developed, under consideration of implementing the improvements, which have been identified in the current state. Based on the differences between the current state and the ideal state of the process, the future state is going to be mapped.
