Analysis of the Selected Company by Using the Selective Methods

This Master’s thesis deals with an analysis of the cosmetic company Mary Kay (Czech Republic), s.r.o. In the theoretical part, basic terms and analyses are described and afterwards used in the analytical part. To determine the current functioning state of the company, the Porter five forces analysis, the SLEPTE analysis, SWOT analysis, and analyses 7S are used. Results of the mentioned analyses provide suggestions and recommendations regarding improvement of the functioning of Mary Kay (Czech Republic), s.r.o. company.

The object of this thesis is complex design of solution for marketing promotion of portal regarding mediation IT services. This design should support the successful functioning of the portal and build its brand on the Internet, promoting quality of offered services, ensuring a sufficiently large clientele of customers and earn their trust. The first part of this thesis contains the theoretical background to create a marketing strategy on the Internet. The second part is an analysis required to design a custom solution of marketing strategy contained in the next section.

The bachelor thesis focuses on ways of assessing the financial situation of a company. The theoretical part characterizes the financial analysis, its users, sources and particular indicators. The methods of strategic evaluation of a company are included as well. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied to the company Antech, spol. s r.o., accounting documents of this company are framed according to the theory and evaluated. In conclusion, proposals for solution of the current state of this company are presented.

The thesis includes analyses of SLEPTE, Porter ´s five forces model, fundamental analysis, Kralicek ´s Quick test, chosen indexes of finance analysis and SWOT analysis. On the basis of these analyses have been processed some suggested recommendations, which could improve the current situation of the company.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with theoretical and practical analysis of small village Pivín which is located in Prostějov region. In the practical part it specifies problems of the village utilizing SWOT and SLEPTE analyses. In the next part it shows strong and weak points and describes threats that might be faced. It interprets the results and on the basis of the analysis recommends some methods to make the management work effectively. It also tries to find alternative resources of the finance. At the end it suggests possible ways of future development.

This Master's thesis deals with the processing of a business plan for establishing a family guesthouse in Vysočina region in the village Tři Studně. The theoretical basis of the thesis includes development and growth of the company, company strategy, external and internal environment analysis, customer analysis and SWOT analysis. The practical part analyzes the current situation, the description of the pension and its surroundings. The design part calculates the cost of the project, predicts sales and average cost of accommodation.

The Diploma Thesis deals with marketing planning issue. The theoretical part de-scribes suggestions from specialized literature in the field of marketing planning. The analytical part describes the in general perspective, its present condition’s analysis, based on suggestions of the theoretical part of this text. The main objec-tive of this thesis consist recommendations, based on analysis from the analytical part of this text, that will make expansion of the analysed company possible within next few years. The goal of this diploma thesis is corrections and improvement of the current marketing plan for future Torrsen Sports’ expansion.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic health of a selected company using selected methods of financial and strategic analysis for the period 2017-2021. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical framework of strategic analysis, which emphasizes the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company analyzed and the application of selected tools of financial analysis. In the practical part, these theoretical starting points are applied in the conditions of the analyzed company. The design parts of this work are then formulated measures aimed at improving the level of financial management of the company.
