The subject of the bachelor thesis is design of single-family house in Žďár nad Sázavou, street U Pily. A family house is designed for permanent housing for five-member family. The building has two overground floors, is partially cellared, with built-in garage for two cars and single-layer flat roof. Basement perimeter walls are made of concrete blocks and in above-ground floors are made of ceramic Porotherm blocks. The building is founded on strip footing Parcel is flat. Part of the desing is thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and fire safety assessment.
New building family house in Třebíč

The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is a newly constructed family house located in Třebíč. The house was built using Porotherm brick – type blocks and Miako hollow ceiling bricks. The roof is of an gable design. The house has two overground floors – the second floor takes of a livable attic. The land is flat. All construction was done according to valid CSN code.
Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

The area is located in Brno - Komín. This part of town is surrounded by Brno - Kníničky, Brno - Bystrc, Brno - Jundrov, Brno - Žabovřesky, Brno – Královo Pole and Brno - Medlánky. Komín is situated in the eastern part of the given site. From a topographical point of view the area is located in the valley that descends from the east edge towards the west edge of the site. The current use of the area is mostly recreational gardening. The proposed urban design is based on the creation of two central residential areas, decomposing into two levels and representing two distinct dimensions platforms. The area is made by buildings for parking and residential houses. There are four types of buildings designed for parking - above the terrain, directly beneath apartment buildings, partly below ground level and totally below ground. Residential buildings are performed in two types - Type A and Type B. Type A has four floors and offers six residential units for twelve people. Type B has five floors and offers sixteen housing units for forty-eight people.

Impact analysis of renovation on the normal price of single-family houses in Hodslavice

The aim of the diploma thesis is to assess to what extent does an reconstruction of houses affect the usual price. The theoretical part is focused on the basic therms and description of used methods in valuing of family hauses and the practical part deals with creating of database from bid prices of comparable objects and then by calculation the direct comparison of the market price of family houses. Further tasks are to find the cost price in accordance with the valid valuation regulation and also to find the comparative price in accordance with current pricing regulation. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis there is a comparison of prices according to the used valuation method.
Impact analysis of location and construction type on the market value of houses in Havlíčkův Brod and the surroundings

The main objective is assessment to which extent the usual price of selected houses is affected by the location and type of structure. Further tasks are finding the cost price of houses according to the valid valuation regulations and finding approximate price comparison method according to the valid valuation regulations, including the price of land in a single functional unit. Another task is to create a database of offered prices of comparable objects through which is determined by a direct comparison of the market price of houses. In the final part of the thesis is a price comparison of observed houses.
Evaluation of Trends in Prices of Building Plots According to the Price Regulations

The aim of this work is to identify trends in prices building plots over the years, the price set by the price regulations is determined according to the legislation in force for the years, this legislation is detailed and chronologically sorted in the theoretical part of this thesis. The actual valuation of building plots is carried out since 1939 to the present in the practical part of this work. The award is made over the years to the identical construction site located in the town of Olomouc.
The Influence of Road Construction on the Price of Land Parcels

The thesis is focused on the assessment and comparison of land prices which are connected to the construction of roads, before and during the redemption. Based on gained results was made the average evaluation of land. The price difference stems from the fact that before the redemption was a mostly agricultural land and during the redemption was already building land. This is due the construction which to be built on it and also the costs of readiness of the land

Lands are selected in non-structural locations and locations designed to be constructed at selected stages of landscape planning. Based on gained results was made a comparison of how can be the administrative and current price affected by various stages of landscape planning. I assessed what causes this difference and also how is the price affected in case of networking.

Selected lands are placed in non-structural locations and locations designed to be constructed at selected stages of landscape planning. Based on gained results was made evaluation of how various stages of landscape planning affects the current price and also the administrative price. The thesis also explains the cause of the difference and way how it affects the price of invested land.
