Předmětem zadáním bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu ve městě Žďár nad Sázavou, v ulici U Pily. Rodinný dům je určený k trvalému bydlení pětičlenné rodiny. Stavba má dvě nadzemní podlaží, je částečně podsklepená s vestavěnou garáží pro dvě vozidla a má jednoplášťovou plochou střechu. Obvodové stěny v suterénu jsou z betonových tvarovek a v nadzemních podlažích jsou z keramických tvarovek Porotherm. Objekt je založen na základových pasech. Parcela je rovinatá. Součástí návrhu je tepelně technické posouzení, akustické posouzení a požárně bezpečnostní posouzení. The subject of the bachelor thesis is design of single-family house in Žďár nad Sázavou, street U Pily. A family house is designed for permanent housing for five-member family. The building has two overground floors, is partially cellared, with built-in garage for two cars and single-layer flat roof. Basement perimeter walls are made of concrete blocks and in above-ground floors are made of ceramic Porotherm blocks. The building is founded on strip footing Parcel is flat. Part of the desing is thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and fire safety assessment.
