Application of Mathematical and Statistical Methods in Company Management

This thesis deals with the analysis of a selected e-shop. It is divided into three areas. The first part deals with the statistical analysis of individual products. The second part focuses on inventory. In this thesis, research on the topic of inventory management is carried out. Subsequently, a model is proposed and tested to determine inventory levels. The last part of the thesis deals with customer satisfaction with the carriers transporting packages from e-shops and the influences that affect this satisfaction.

Design and optimization of supply and distribution warehouse using dynamic simulation

The aim of this thesis is to design the optimization of a production and distribution warehouse for tyres using dynamic simulation. The theoretical part deals with logistics concepts and warehouse systems, while the practical part provides a detailed analysis of the current state of the warehouse. Several optimization changes are then designed and tested on the created virtual model of the warehouse using simulation experiments of the Plant Simulation software. In conclusion, the proposed optimizations are evaluated.

Creating a Logistics Concept with a Focus on Business in a Business entity

Based on the conclusions of the analysis of the logistics concept and using the theoretical basis, proposals are defined for changes to the logistics concept and thus improve the order process in the company XY, s.r.o. The diploma thesis consists of the theoretical basis of the work and an analysis of the current state of the situation in company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains specific concepts of logistics. The analysis of the current state then describes the course of order from accepting orders to delivery to the customer and the individual procese in the company. In the design part several proposed solutions are presented in order to lead to the current order process and cost savings, and subsequently to higher costumer satisfaction.

Topic of this Bachelor`s thesis Development a small family business is focused on development company Mama marketing, s. r. o. mainly on online shopping part. In my work I will research every aspects conected with creating an online E-shop. I will deal with development of company and financing their own place to storage wines including connected issues.

In my diploma work I am dealing with topic of work in one of the world's largest global retailer on the internet - Amazon. In 2015 Amazon opened a new fullfilment centre in Dobrovíz near Prague. Through the statement of one of ex-employee I discovered what it means to work for one of the richest man in the world (2019) - Jeff Bezos. These working conditions I've decided to demonstrate on platform AmazonExperience which consists from e-shop that contains artworks - that apeears as products. They are mostly inspired by company's slogans, stereotypes of work, experiences of Amazon's system and strict or unwritten rules.
