Diplomová práce je specializována na problematiku logistické koncepce ve vybrané organizaci se zaměřením na informační toky. Analyzuje současný stav logistické koncepce podniku. Poskytuje teoretická a praktická východiska k procesu implementace změn v rámci rozšíření produktového portfolia o specifický druh vybraných výrobků z hlediska legislativy a logistiky. Nedílnou součástí je autorčin návrh vedoucí ke zlepšení informačních toků v procesu podniku. The diploma thesis specializes in the issue of logistics concept in a selected organization with a focus on information flows. Analyzes the current state of the comany’s concept. It provides theoretical and practical basis for the proces of implementing changes in the expansion of the product portfolio with a specific type of selected products in terms of legislation and logistics. An integral part is the author’s proposal to improve information flows in the business process.
