Na základě závěrů analýzy logistické koncepce a s využitím teoretických východisek jsou definovány návrhy ke změnám logistické koncepce a tím zlepšení průběhu zakázky ve společnosti XY, s.r.o. Diplomová práce je složena z teoretických východisek práce a analýzy současného stavu situace ve společnosti. Teoretická část diplomové práce vysvětluje konkrétní pojmy logistiky. Analýza současného stavu pak popisuje průběh zakázky od získání objednávky až po dodání zákazníkovi a jednotlivé procesy ve společnosti. V návrhové části je představeno několik návrhů řešení tak, aby vedly ke zlepšení současného průběhu zakázky a úspoře nákladů a následně k vyšší spokojenosti zákazníků. Based on the conclusions of the analysis of the logistics concept and using the theoretical basis, proposals are defined for changes to the logistics concept and thus improve the order process in the company XY, s.r.o. The diploma thesis consists of the theoretical basis of the work and an analysis of the current state of the situation in company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains specific concepts of logistics. The analysis of the current state then describes the course of order from accepting orders to delivery to the customer and the individual procese in the company. In the design part several proposed solutions are presented in order to lead to the current order process and cost savings, and subsequently to higher costumer satisfaction.
