Natural inhalation and exercise

This bachelor´s thesis introduces the issue of natural inhalations and their combination with physical activities. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system. In the introduction to the issue of natural inhalations, the concepts of inhalation, aerosol, and balsamic silices are defined. Furthermore, the issue of the disease from lack of nature is discussed and health-oriented tourism and climate treatment are described. The following subchapter presents the Japanese method - Forest Therapy. The following pages deal with a stay in nature, the possibilities of movement in the natural environment, and the influence of outdoor activities on the human body. This thesis can find use in the field of spa resorts operations, by general or outpatient doctors or in the practice of physiotherapists. It can be helpful as an introduction to the issue of natural inhalations and support the integration of this complex topic not only into medical and physiotherapy practice but also among the laic public.
Adaptation of pre-school children to admission to kindergarten

The bachelor thesis is focused on the adaptation of children for entry to kindergarten. The aim of this work is to provide insight into the issue through qualitative research and to look for possibilities to make this period easier for children. The theoretical part deals with the development and quality of the child's emotional attachment to the mother or other caregiver, the issue of separation and adaptation and coping with this burden. The practical part is focused on detecting the situations and reactions of the child during the adaptation process by long-term observation of each of these children for 4-5 months. Specific findings from the monitored children are given in the results of the research, which is supplemented by in-depth interviews with parents.
Stress tester

This bachelor thesis deals with the matter of stress testing using open-source tool Apache JMeter and it’s extensions. Main output is the extension of the module which allows to produce DoS (denial of service) attacks. At the beginning of the thesis, there are characteristics for this type of attack, what types of DoS exist with some examples. After that, there’s testing, verification of functionality and finding of errors in extension modules. At the end thesis is dedicated to adding features to DDoS module and testing of capabilities of the attacks on created scenarios.

Aim of work: The intend of this work is to examine the professional literature that deals with sports regeneration. Moreover, it shall summerise and characterise shortly all accessible methods and devices in regeneration,. Another aim is to describe football considering his physical load and its impact on footbal players. With all the gathered informartion the work intents to find the appropriate appliance for football players. Methods: Analyse professional literature and other sources (lectures, internet, magazines, bachelor and dissertation works) which are concerning the chosen topic. Choosing the most suitable methods and procedures in regeneration for football players based on a thorough analyses and comparison of all the mentioned sources. Result: The work is basically focusing on regeneration in sports, on an general overview of all methods and procedures, which can be applied on sportsmen. A teacher's vocational load in variant cultures

This thesis is dealing with workload that teachers face in their profession, and focuses on secondary school teachers in the Czech Republic and New Zealand. The theoretical part presents topics of secondary school, culture, load and teacher workload based on available scientific Czech and foreign sources. This part discusses both theoretical principles and research done in these fields. The empirical part proposes a research project on appreciation of secondary school teachers in the Czech Republic and New Zealand. This project focuses on appreciation by students' parents and therefore seeks to explore one of the factors responsible for teacher workload. The aim of this thesis is to present the issue of teacher vocational load (or workload) and to offer an intercultural perspective that could be useful in this field. Systemic arterial hypertension and strain

Bachelor thesis "Systemic arterial hypertension and exercise" deals with hypertension and exercise. Physiology of the circulatory system, as well as blood pressure regulation and measurement is covered in the first section. The next section discusses definition, classification, and subtype classification. Furthermore, the thesis discusses pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment of hypertension. The main part of the thesis covers exercise blood pressure reaction as a diagnostic tool for determining risk for future hypertension. Moreover, exercise and physical activity is described as a therapeutic tool in blood pressure reduction. This section compares and determines the intensity, frequency, and period of endurance and resistance training needed for an optimal blood pressure reduction. The thesis deals with load, stress and related questions of the working life. Work-related stress brings numerous difficulties not only to affected individuals, but as a result also to organizations. The thesis follows symptoms, impacts, somatic and mental aspects of stress, its types and also types of stressors, which cause this problem. It is concentrated on workload as a specific area of work-related stress, individual resistance to the load, factors of workload and work-related stress and also on coping with problematic situations. The specific topic related to the stress is burnout syndrome. The thesis describes its formation and development, its causes, symptoms in three main levels - mental, physical and level of social relations and then influence of important factors such as personality and work conditions. It is also focused on professions endangered by burnout syndrome and its prevention. Title: Human axial system: identification of connective tissues changes Objectives: The main objective of this thesis was to compile a review of techniques and methods currently used in identification of connective tissues changes. Methods: The method used in this thesis is a critical literature review - a study of research papers from available information sources accompanied by author's comments. Foreign sources are represented mostly by research papers accessible via electronic archives such as ScienceDirect, Pubmed, Springer, Wiley. Also other foreign publications were used. The theoretical part is focused on basic anatomy and physiology of the spine and states main methods of identification of connective tissues changes involved in this area. The main part describes particulars of researches dedicated to identification of functional and morphological characteristics of different spinal components. Results: In addition to classic methods of spinal research, the thesis introduces also new developing techniques and methods.
