Tématem této práce je porovnání veslařského tréninku mládeže a dospělých. V teoretické části práce je stručně zmíněna historie veslování, historické, ale i současné úspěchy našich veslařů a taktéž je zde zmínka o významných trenérech. Další kapitoly se již týkají samotného veslařského tréninku a specifik přípravy jednotlivých věkových kategorií. Praktická část se týká krátkého seznámení s veslaři, kteří trénovali podle daných tréninkových plánů a porovnávání tréninkových deníků jednotlivých kategorií. In theoretical part is briefly mentioned history of rowing, historical and current achievements of our rowers and also there are mentioned significant coaches. Next captures are about rowing training and specifics of preparation in indvidual age categories. Practical part conserns short introduction with rowers who trained under the training plans.
