Internet start-up company in the context of classical business plan theory

This Master's thesis deals with the Internet start-up companies' topic, their lifecycle and possible application of the classical business plan theory. The aim of the thesis is to describe the lifecycle of an internet start-up company from its early plan-ning phase, market research, to its business strategy statement. The aim is to provide a brief tutorial on planning and realization of an internet project too. To give advices and provide experiences, which have been gained during writing the thesis. This work brings to the reader a confrontation of a classical business plan with the entire internet project. It also aims to certify viability of the particular internet start-up idea mainly thanks to a wide research on the public's and attorneys' side of the market. Practical part of the thesis brings up an idea of the particular internet start-up company "Free Advice" and its business model, market research on this project, public's and attorneys' interest, initial phase and the beginning of the realisation of the project. Goals were achieved through practical work on the first three phases of the business plan. The author's added value is mainly in application of theoretical premises of the business plan to the concrete business idea. This will allow other entrepreneurs to easily implement the business plan theory to an internet project in order to justify its meaningfulness. The achieved results can be used in order to realise this particular idea and to get necessary funds.

Ethical education at the Curie´s Primary School in Prague

The master thesis concerns itself with theoretical and practical aspects of ethical education. Further, it describes the project of ethical education as implemented at the primary school Curieových in Prague in relation to individual theoretical concepts, which are used in this project, in particular the concept of ethical education according to R. R. Olivar and L. Lencz and drama in education. Part of the thesis is also the reflection of the specific features of the project and its consequences. The thesis raises the question what is the long-term effect of realization of the project on the climate of the school and the behaviour of the children. Part of the thesis is extensive annexes, which contain in particular records of programs of ethical education lessons, photo-documentaion and interviews with teachers.

Theory and practice of quality management in IS/ICT projects

This master thesis is available for everyone who is interested in quality management of IS/ICT and not only in this area. It is composed of theoretical introduction, where are discussed different points of view on quality. It deals with historical development and definition of what is the quality. For the purpose of quality management, there are described ISO norm and standard, mostly the quality norms. There is explained importance of these norms in context of our life. In addition the quality management systems like BSC or TQM is also mentioned. Another part of the thesis is about project management of IS/ICT projects and its subpart quality management. The last part of the thesis is about practical application and research. The hypotheses and goals are being verified here.. Together there are seven goals to be fulfilled. First of them is about describing quality and quality management. The rest of goals is about the verification of hypotheses originating from real situations, that the writer had experienced or examined. The first goal is realized by summarizing and commenting information from different sources creating run-through the quality and quality management. The rest of them is fulfilled by empirical research between experts from IS/ICT area, which gives answers for all of the goals. This thesis brings the view over the quality and quality management from its beginning, through applications and real utilization.

Attack founding and Attack leading analysis - 2010 FIFA World Cup

Title: Attack Founding and Attack Leading Analysis - 2010 FIFA World Cup Objectives: The primary objective of this thesis is to implement quantitative comparison of effectual attacks which were finished with a shot or a final pass. We are going to compare English and Mexican teams to show the attacks graphically and, consequently, to evaluate the aims in view, which were provided thanks to our detailed study of every single attack. Methods: The work uses the indirect observation method in particular matches which were available due to a vide tape. Successful attacks were noted into a recording form. This analysis is focused on a detailed study of each attack from its foundig to its ending. Results: The results show the types and models realized during the monitored attacks of English and Mexican teams within the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Further, the offensive phase of the game in the modern aspect of football is clarified. Last but not least, we are able to compare the drawn up models one another and apply them to different achievement groups. Status and perspective of old people in the Czech society

This text is focused on status and perpectives of elderly people in the Czech society. First, author tries to indroduce old age as a stage of life from the biological, psychological and social points of view and also point to demographic context of this issue. Further she focuses on older people from the point of view of their social role and possibilities od their social realization. In conclusion of the text athor indroduces results of qualitative study which brings senior's point of view on the issue. The aim of this thesis is to contribute to disprove some myths about old age and older people, especially the myth about old age as period of relaxation and a period "without any role".

SPACE MANAGEMENT OF SELECTBUSINESS COMPANY

For analyzing of chosen bussines firm{\crq}s space managment, which is hypermarket Globus, ČR, k. s., České Budějovice I used mainly marketing research work for my project, I carried out by questionary investigation. From the results informants stated in the list of questions is obvious, that shopping in hypermarket Globus is prefered more than shopping with different firm. The reasons are Globus hypermarket has a large selection of grocery and ungrocery merchandies, well-arranged products in shelves, an in built resturant {--} great for lunch, place where you can relax and a lot of parking space. Hereafter I found out, that shelf system in Globus hypermarket is mostly suitable. Customers who don`t agree with allocation by space managment of Globus, aren`t satisfied with location of food and drinks, which are on the opposite sides of the hypermarket. In my opininon, I think, changing the location wouldn`t be reasonable solution. Since beverages have their own archival store and loading platform relocating food next to supplies would cause relocating the archival store as well. In addition the hypermarket would lose part of it{\crq}s profit. Customers walk from one side of the shop to the other side and wouldn`t even realize. This will increase the chances of customers buying something in other departments, where they didn`t mean to go.

Reexports and indirect exports of Visegrad countries to China via Germany

Export of Visegrad countries to China is not only direct but is often realized via third countries. Sometimes this export is simply reexported, sometimes it enters the domestic economy as an input in production of exports of the third country and then we speak about indirect export. Due to data availability, however, it is very difficult to accurately track these flows for every single product and therefore they must be estimated from national input-output tables. This paper calculates the reexports and indirect exports of Visegrad goods led through Germany, as it is the most dominant export destination of all the Visegrad countries and also the main exporter to China in the whole EU. The results show that the V4 exports to China in fact more than suggested by the official statistics. Attributing reexports and indirect exports via Germany increases total exports by 68%. Measured values also show that 55% of Visegrad exports to Germany are not intended to cover domestic consumption but for further exports. Child in foster care and it's birth family

Bachelor thesis "Child in the foster care and its birth family" deals with conditions which lead to realization a certain foster care and describes different types of understanding biological family of the child in the foster care. First part includes definitions of the most important terms that are incorporated in other parts of work. Second part of bachelor thesis describes steps that are necessary to accomplish the foster care in the Czech Republic. Work engages in procedures how to successfully become from an applicant of foster care to a foster career and a way of threatened child into a suitable foster family. Analysis of semi-structured interviews and analysis of documents are included in the third part. This part specifies major problems with contact of biological family and the child in the foster care. Birth family of the child in the foster care is perceived by foster careers and experts in two ways. Some experts and careers perceive birth family as a problematic and inappropriate part of the foster care. Some of them suppose relations between parents and child as an inseparable part of proper development of the child in the foster care. Analysis of the secondary schools optimization project in the town of Varnsdorf

The subject of the thesis is to analyze the optimization of secondary schools in Varnsdorf from procedures of the preparation, negotiations and approval process, to its realization. There search is based on data obtained through two of qualitative research methods: Participatory observation Analysis of documents - artifacts The thesis conclusion is based on triangulation, the penetration of various research methods, and contains, among others, recommendations for the Ministry of Education, Department of Regional Education Offices, regional councilors, and management of schools that prepare optimization projects. Particular attention is given to the impact of the optimization on the College and Secondary School in Varnsdorf.

Morphological types of selected valleys in the High Sudetes

Valley is a place, where the record about processes realizing upstream and downstream is deposited. It's valuable source of information about the evolution of landscape around. The Bachelor thesis is focused on creating the genetic classification of valleys, where the evolution and shape were described, then some characteristics useful for studying longitudinal profile were set also. Studies of metrics were performed in GIS. Main interest was attended to lengths, widths and shapes of valleys of Králický Sněžník mountains. Correlation matrix of parameters and dendrogram, which was used to delimit four clusters, were created. Through this Bachelor thesis, where more komplex analysis was used, good applicability of used metrics was shown. This method could be used in Králický Sněžník mountains and in future it could be aplicated in different localities also.
