Rozsah a regionálna diferenciácia agroturizmu na Slovensku

LUŽÁKOVÁ, Lucia. The spread and regional differentiation of agritourism in the Slovak Republic. Brno, 2014. Bachelor thesis. Mendel university in Brno, Faculty of regional development and international studies. The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of spread and regional differentiation of agritourism in the Slovak Republic, consisting of four individual parts. In the first part, definitions and basic concept of rural tourism as well as agritourism are explained. The second part briefly concerns about the history of agritourism within the Slovakian borders and analyses under which conditions the agritourism could be realised and further developed in the certain area. Furthermore, the chapter includes facts about agriculture and rural space in the country. The third part reviews the overall situation of agritourism, its usage and representation in each region in Slovakia on the basis of author's database. In conclusion, in the last fourth part, differentiations between regions and limits of data sources used for the purposed of the bachelor's work are evaluated.

Cahová, A., Comparison of unemployment in the selected municipalities with extended powers of South Moravian Region. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies, 2014. The subject of the diploma thesis is to compare the evolution of unemployment in administrative districts of municipalities with extended powers Židlochovice and Hodonín. The work is divided into two main parts and as the processing method is used the statistical analysis. The first part contains theoretical issues related to unemployment. There are defined basic concepts, such as the labor market, supply and demand for labor, unemployment itself, its division, measurement and implications. Crucial practical part is focused on comparing the evolution of unemployment by age, educational attainment and the period of registration of candidates at the employment office. In conclusion, using the method appropriate adjustment of time series trend function is predicted unemployment rate in the coming years.

Diploma thesis is focused on the preparation of the implementation of the University Centre in Zlín. The work includes building technology study and subsequent construction technology project. In this thesis, the aim was to determine the time, financial and material demands of the project, choose the optimum process of construction, ensure BOZP, make the proposal buildingsite for the individual stages, the calculation of costs of site preparation and select adequate mechanical the assembly. Bohumír Janoušek as Historian

Bohumír Janoušek as historian (1924 2007), the diploma thesis, the Institute of cultural studies of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of South Bohemia. České Budějovice 2015. This diploma thesis approaches the life story of one of South Bohemian historian of post-war period, which has been overlooked so far. The work does not try only to provide information about the life and works of Bohumír Janoušek, but also classifies him in the context of time, focusing on his views and attitudes. He worked as an archivist, historian and educator. He was a member of the Communist Party and this fact primarily affected his life and work. This thesis has been the first attempting to describe and analyse the life of this outstanding South Bohemian historian of the second half of the twentieth century.

Story of educated Romany lady

Bachelor's thesis "Story of an educated Romany lady" is concerned with the issue of Romany education. In essence, thesis mainly consists of a case study of one Romany lady who, unlike most of the Romani citizens in the Czech Republic, managed to struggle through the Czech educational system up to the university studies. The goal of the study is to become familiar with the subject and to describe important motivational forces in subject's life that led to the desire for being educated. For this reason, the methodological perspective is qualitative. Data were collected via half-structured interviews and the "Axis of Life" method. Subsequently, all data were analyzed and interpreted in the context of specialized literature. Thesis is divided to three main parts - theoretical, methodological and empirical. Sources used in the theoretical part cover various fields, such as psychology, ethnology, anthropology, pedagogy and sociology. Given sources mainly focus on the issue of education of Romany minority children and problem with identity, especially cultural and ethnical identity of Romany minority. Methodological part acquaints reader with selected methods of data collection and describes goals as well as thesis statement. Empirical part presents actual outcomes of the research. Action Research: Assessing Organizational Culture of a University Department with Anticipation of Future Successful Changes.

The theoretical part of this diploma thesis introduces the concept of organizational culture and how it relates to management and leadership. A specific chapter is devoted to the evolution of organizational culture assessments at higher education institutions abroad. Particular attention is paid to the Cameron and Quinn's Organizational Culture Instrument (OCAI). Its modified version is subsequently used as one of the research methods in the practical section of the paper. The action research, presented in the empirical part, focuses on the organizational culture assessment at a University department, using both, the qualitative and quantitative approach. Results were presented to the management and employees of the department to be used for future organizational changes. Praha: Univerzita Karlova v Praze, Filozofická fakulta, Ústav českých dějin, 2011. Abstract: The academic dissertation includes a detailed biography of J.V. Šimák and a thematic analysis of his work, based on exhaustive study of archival sources and literature. Special attention is paid to the issue of institutionalizing the historical homeland study in the Czech lands and the phenomenon of cultural regionalism, as well as the methodology and institutional bases of the historiography development (university, scientific societies and associations). The academic dissertation deepens and extends current knowledge of the Czech historiography at the end of the 19th and the first half of the 20th centuries. It includes bibliography of Šimák's scientific books, studies, articles, reviews, popularization essays and newspaper contributions. Habitual physical activity of Portuguese university students in the period of summer holidays

Title: Habitual physical activity of Portuguese university students in the period of summer holidays Aim of the study: The aim of study is to evaluate habitual physical activity of Portuguese university students and to find out if they are meeting physical activity recommendations and could be seen as a sample of active population. Methods: Sample of the study was made of Portuguese university students, exactly students of physical education and sport sciences faculty. Sample size was 125 respondents, 81males and 44females. The sample refers to young adult age group from 18 years old, both genders. Instrument used was International physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ), long version. Data were collected electronically by Google Docs and then analyzed in Microsoft Excel 2007 and IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Results: Physical activity and sport scientist's students can be seen as a sample of active population. 122 (97.6%) respondents are meeting physical activity recommendations from which 87 (69.6%) are over-meeting these recommendations. PAL of the sample was high in 69,6%, moderate in 28% and low in 6,8% of the cases. No statistical significance was found between total physical activity score and academic year.
