S u m m a r y The study is focused on the real activity of the Parliament of the Czech Republic since the establishment of the Czech Republic in the year 1993. Central idea of parliamentary culture describes rules, customs, manners a behavior, which are typical for a particular Parliament. Two ideal types are introduced by this study: regulated and improvised parliamentary culture. For the first one is typical the direction of parliamentary activity: agreements between parliamentary groups over the course of the session and the debate, a strong role of the Speaker or parliament presidium, an attractive debate with changing speakers for and against, a possibility of a interrupting questions (Zwischenfrage), but also a dominance of frontbenchers. Model cases are the House of Commons of the United Kingdom and the Bundestag. On the other hand an improvised parliamentary culture is more free and chaotic, the daily agenda is often result of a force vote and always can be changed, the order of speakers depends only on order of applications, it can not be voted for the end of debate, it is not allowed to interrupt the Speaker with questions and the factual possition of the Speaker is rather weak. Multiple Document Type Diff

During the work on important projects, we have to backup current versions periodically. But sometimes we want to know what changes between two versions has been made. To recognize these changes, we can use the diff program that compares two text files line by line and can show differencies in various formats. A problem occurs, if we want to compare other than text files. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create one tool that can compare different types of files, for example images, Open Office files, DTP system LaTeX files, config files and, of course, standard text files. Each of listed types is specific and demands unique approach. This thesis deals with theoretical analysis of the problem and also with realization of the program which executes the comparision.

Feminist Interpretation of the Qur'an

The aim of this paper is to introduce the feminist interpretation of the Qur'ān in its main features and to try to define its key hermeneutical principles. First, the historical formation and development of Qur'ānic exegesis (tafsīr) is outlined with special attention to particular exegetical trends of the twentieth century. Second, the reader is introduced with the historical context of the origin of feminist movement in Muslim society and its basic characteristics and categorization (two types of feminism constituted in the course of time - secular and Islamic). The main chapter examines feminist interpretation of the Qur'ān based on the work of four leading feminist authors (Riffat Hassan, Azizah al- Hibri, Amina Wadud a Asma Barlas) and presents its central themes and methodology. Development and Testing Support for Interpreters of Simple Languages

This document is focused on analysis, design and implementation of a reference interpreter that can be used as a tool for fulfilling and evaluating the team project of Formal Languages and Compiler course. The solution of this task includes the design a new instruction set, a library for reading and writing for this instruction set and an interpreter of this instruction set. Special attention is payed to the interpreter itself that can be extended to accept modifed instruction set. Such extension is described using XML configuration files and extern source files in C# or Visual Basic.NET. In the end the text describes the testing of the interpreter of the design instruction set including the possibilities to adjust the instruction set to different types of high-level languages.

The main goal of the bachelor essay is to analyze security of information technology in holding company. Partial goal is to describe common risk of information technology in company and suggest appropriate solution. The essay is dedicated on information technology or security of data in current world. Every company, especially holding company, with many branch offices must have the data security on first place. The goal was reached by author's knowledge about company and consultation with other administrators in conjunction with theory about security in information technology. That theory was get on internet and in books dealing with those issues. Most of information is from many sources, because the essay must be as much independent as possible and verified of course. You can see in the essay that information world accelerates and the requirements for IT security are very important. The first part of the bachelor essay focus on theory about security of information technology. You can find information about history, types and attack details there. Of course there is information about types of security solution. In next part there is analyzed IT security of company. In last part are solutions of security threads that were found in the analysis. The analysis is revealed that company is trying to implement security solutions, but many of them are ignored.

Business plan on the occasion of estabilishment of a new branch of the company

This graduation these is engaged in creation of business plan for middle sized transport company. In theoretical section I focused on different types of business plan, on the parts of business plan, on the creation of SWOT analysis, on the method of NPV, on the Payback Period method, and of course on methods of strategy analysis. In practical section I processed the business plan of the company Comextrans Ltd., which is created on the occasion of an expand into another region. Business plan in this case serves also as a summary of the conditions, in which the company exists, and for the financial calculation of the opening a new branch.

Specifika výuky anglického jazyka v soukromých jazykových školách

This diploma thesis confronts specific features of English language teaching in private language schools. The theoretical section of this study is concerned with the distinction between general purpose English (GPE) and English for specific purposes (ESP), types of courses, education and qualification structure of employees, management of this type of school, syllabi, and those who are responsible for making them. The practical section is focused on analysis of questionnaires and interviews I have conducted with the directors of private language schools. The research objective was to assess the specific factors affecting the process, quality control and English language instruction at this school.

Microclimate and energy balance characteristics of the stands with different management

The present thesis deals with the microclimate and energy balance indicators of 2 habitats with different types of vegetation (wetland, pasture) during the growing season. Mainly moisture and temperature regime and energy fluxes were monitored in the period of 1.4. to 30.9., 2014. All values were dependent on the type of vegetation, and the type and location of the environment. Microclimate analysis was performed on two locations - in a pasture in the basin of Mlýnský stream and wetland habitat in the basin of Horský stream. Both sites are located on the right bank of the Lipno lake. All the necessary meteorological characteristics were measured using automatic weather stations. Indicators of temperatures and humidity of soil and air, received, and the total amount of reflected sunlight and heat balance characteristics - albedo, Bowen ratio, evaporative fraction and heat flows were evaluated. The biggest differences were monitored at heights, in which was measured. In terms of relative humidity, values most varied at canopy level, where the differences were noticeable. The highest mean relative humidity was measured at height of 0.2 m and 2 m on the wetland. As relative humidity even air temperature is dependent on the height at which it was measured. While the height of 2 m, the values at both sites was almost identical, at the canopy level are differences significant. The average temperature values depend on the season, but the largest amplitude of the temperature reached the sites in June. The surface temperature of the soil at the wetland was almost unchanged, contrary to pasture its course was similar to air temperatures series at the canopy level. The soil temperature at 20 cm was almost the same at both sites. In terms of energy fluxes, it was found that the highest latent heat flux of evaporation was in wetland. Sensible heat flux was higher in the pasture. The flux of heat into the ground is bigger during the morning and evening hours on the wetland, however ground heat flux was higher in the pasture during the day.
