Rokycany town administration and it's representatives between 1573-1699

In the early modern age the town of Rokycany belonged to the smaller towns with an economy characterized by crafts and agriculture. In the 16th century the city started to bloom remarkably. Because of its loyalty shown to Ferdinand I, the town wasn't affected by the sanctions of that ruler, but was instead granted many privileges. In 1547 Rokycany became a free royal town. The above treatise discusses and follows the evolution of the town administration, the purpose of the single offices and its personnel. The most important administrative institution of the town was the municipal council with legislative, jurisdictional and executive powers. The town's economies and the administration of the town's property belonged also to the duties of the council. The municipal council counted twelve counsellors; its most prestigious member was called primate. Every counsellor was in charge of the government of the town for the period of one month, during this period he used the title of burgomaster. In the examined period of time, 19 men became primates and the majority of them kept the tile lifelong. City Cards as a Tool of Public Administration and Policy of Tourism

This bachelor's thesis focuses on city cards. The thesis examines two kinds of cards -- city cards for residents which are a tool of public administration and city cards for tourists which are tool of policy of tourism. Implementation of these cards has increasing trend in recent years. We can observe a growing demand especially for cards for tourists. This thesis is devoted to card's description and usability. The thesis deals with a specific example of experience/tourist card - Taborcard. It is dedicated to its creation and its functioning.

Transport accessibility as a factor of the level of unenployment in the administrative districts of municipalities with extended powers of the Moravian-Silesian Region

The presented work deals with analysis of relationship of transport accessibility and the level of unemployment in the Moravian-Silesian Region or how different level of unemployment in the various administrative districts of the region, depending on their time accessibility to the regional capital and the capital city of Prague as the most important economic, political and cultural center of the Czech Republic. The quality of transport infrastructure directly influences level of economic development of the region, one of the consequences of underdeveloped transport infrastructure, or limited availability of transport may be unemployment. The work is based on different characteristics of the sub-regional units Moravian-Silesian Region using methods of regression analysis to demonstrate the extent to which affects the accessibility level of unemployment in the area.

The bachelor thesis Human Resource Management in Brno City Municipality is focused on the importace of human resources in public administration. It specifies various procedures when performing activities in the field of human resource management. The final part contains suggestions contibuting to improve procedures of human resources department.

Activity optimization management of natural medicinal resources and collonades Karlovy Vary

A presented dissertation suggests some suitable recommendations to optimizme the activity of a state-funded institution of Carlsbad collonades and natural healing resources´ administration.The first chapter concentrates on the optimizing of a chosen organization´s activity, characterizes state-funded institutions, compares state-funded institutions to other entrepreneurial entities, defines the notion of optimalization, and adumbrates both the history and the meaning of the city of Carlsbad. The second chapter contains the analysis of the organization´s activity, investigates its financial management, the surroundings it is situated in. It also values both the organization´s strong and weak points. Based on the analysis results , the third chapter suggests some suitable measures to optimize the activity of a a state-funded institution.

Evaluation of the influence of grant projects for the management and development for the selected city

This thesis evaluates the impact of grant projects for the management and development of the city Poděbrady for the period 2011 to 2015. The years 2014 and 2015 are considered as the key years focusing on the individual grant projects. The thesis contains theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part characterizes public administration including terms related to the topic. Last but not least, the thesis describes regional policy, structural funds and operational programs which are the main sources of grant projects. The practical part of the thesis is divided into five subsections. There is a brief characteristic of the town as well as the analysis of the individual grant projects completed between 2014 and 2015. Based on analyses, an evaluation of the selected projects and the town economy is the essential part of the thesis. The survey classifies selected grant projects from the public point of view. Moreover, it recommends developing strategies for the town Poděbrady.
