Autor se ve stati zamýšlí nad reformou veřejné správy, která je dlouhodobým procesem, který má značný pozirivní potencionál a jedním z nejvíce podceněných, ale pro efektní fungování demokratického politického systému nenahraditelných aspektů transformace je důraz na znovuzrození a šíření občanské společnosti a budování veřejného prostoru. Public administration reform is a long-term process with a positive potential. One of the most underestimated aspects which, however, is irreplaceable for an effective function of the democratic political system, is the stress laid on the restoration and development of civic society and the expansion of public space.
