Contentious issues of self-defence in Czech case law

Resumé Controversial Issues of Necessary Defense in the Judicial Practice The purpose of my thesis is to analyze some potential problems in the case law of necessary defence. Studying the judicature alw ays helps the law yers to understand better the subject, because in a particular case, the law is used "in action" and explained by the judges. The thesis is composed of five chapters, each of them dealing w ith different aspects of criminal law or more precisely of necessary defence case law . Chapters One to Three introduce and describe the basics of czech criminal law , the intent of criminal law and criminal liability. Which are the ground topics of defence law . Chapter Four is the main chapter of the thesis and deals w ith defences - necessity and necessary defence. Chapter Four is divided into tw o subchapters. The first of them deals, as said before, w ith necessity. The second one w ith necessary defence and is itself divided into nine parts. Part One deals w ith the historically development of necessary defence and shortly introduces four (more precisely only three) different versions of those past and present legal forms. Marketing communications of the radio station Europe 2 in 2011

The thesis titled "Marketing Communication of radio station Europe 2 in 2011" deals with the radio Europe 2 as a product on the radio market and also deals with communication activities, which were presented by Europe 2 in 2011. The aim of this dissertation is to give a comprehensive picture of these activities and the position of the radio on the market. The thesis is divided into three main chapters; the first chapter is devoted to the theoretical part, where the background of the station is described, its history and characteristics, including program structure, audience and target groups of Europe 2, as well as SWOT analysis, which objectively and subjectively identifies strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the radio. This is followed by an analysis of marketing communication itself, a description of each communication channel and introduction to the most important performance figures, which are crucial to the image of the radio. Part of this work is also an analysis of various television commercials and visuals that were shown during last year's largest campaigns. In the practical part of the thesis there is also provided an assessment of marketing communication as a whole, which outlines possible improvements in the radio promotion.
Stendhal and Italy

The aim of the thesis is to introduce Stendhal´s relation to Italy on the basis of his literary production connected with italian milieu taking into account period literary-historical context. After an introduction, portrait of author and intoroduction of a historical context follows the major part of the thesis whose chapters aim at analysis of works Řím, Neapol a Florencie, Římské procházky and Abatyše v Castru from the point of view of genre, topic and expression. On the basis of this the thesis tries to clarify Stendhal´s relation to Italy, italian culture and society.
Assessing the impact of grant projects for the management and development of the municipality or city

The focus of the thesis is evaluation of the influence of grant projects on the budget of Jirkov municipality in the years 2010_2014. The theoretical part presents basic information on municipal institutions including the characteristics of municipality as such and description of its sphere of activity. This introduction is then followed by a part which focuses on municipal budget and the budgeting process. The following part describes municipal revenues and expenditures, the closing account, municipal management review and the municipality's attitude to drawing of grants. The theoretical part also describes certain funding sources related to grants which were available for municipalities in the years 2010_2014 (i. e. period which this thesis focuses on). The subsequent empiric part describes economic activities of the town of Jirkov in years 2010_2014 with focus on expenditures related to investments. These expenditures are decisive in relation to the accepted grants. In the given period, grants had a significant influence on the municipal budget and to a large extent contributed to the budget preparation, and planning and implementing of investments. The work also introduces projects which contributed to the changes and development of the town in the most significant manner. The final part of the work presents an evaluation of a survey which was distributed among the inhabitants and representatives of the town and focused on their view of the changes and developments which were implemented in the town with the help of the grant projects.

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to analyse the descriptive aspect of Alois Jirásek´s work Proti všem. The description is first being looked at from a theoretical point of view, i.e. in terms of stylistics. The stylistic analysis at the same time introduces the following chapter that focuses on the poetic aspect of the language. A significant part of the thesis also deals with the depiction of space as such and with the description of places, people and objects. The thesis includes an overall summary of the descriptive aspect of the work. .
Language and style of Hana Bělohradská

The aim of my diploma thesis called "Language and Style of Hana Bělohradská" is the linguistic analysis of Hana Bělohradská's works. I will focus mainly on her early works, ie the books which were published especially in the 60's of the 20th century. I will try to compare these texts to the works that were published in the 90's. The thesis will be devided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part will outline the author's life and the poetics of her works. Then I will briefly define the functional style of her literature. In the practical part I will focus on the analysis of the given works in terms of different language levels. These are the phonetic, morphological, lexical and syntactic levels. For greater transparency, the given phenomena will be explained on the specific parts from the texts examined. In conclusion, I will try to point at the development of language and style in Bělohradská's works.

Furthermore in this work is the analysis of a specific small tractors which is composed of three different tools: Tatra 805 Zetor 2011 Zetor super 50. Its functionality and reliability. Job description is to undertake research of methods for determining the characteristic temperatures of ash. Described are the properties of biofuels and their composition. Experimentally verify the individual methods and the influence of basic parameters on the temperature.
