Parental alkoholism and its impact on the psyche of children

In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis, there is a general summary of information about alcoholism, children's psyche and their developement, family, and strategies focusing on coping with the fact that their parents are people with greater problems, issues in the family and the impact of family on a child. The thesis consists of a possible precaution for children of parents- alcoholics and publication which was written mainly by the offspring of such parents for them. The Specialised Institution for Youth Endangered Addiction and Addicted

The present thesis deals with specialized institutions focused on the instructional-educational process of juveniles in institutional education or preliminary injunction or protective upbringing. Within this rather large field of action, the thesis concentrates specifically on boys who have been found addicted to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances or alcohol. The boys' selection is further limited by their location in the Diagnostic Institute for Youth and subsequent transfer to specialized wards of three educational institutions dealing with this issue. The research part of the bachelor thesis deals with questions that involve primarily the issues of family background of addicted children - teenage boys. This section describes the most commonly represented family constellations, the number of siblings in families, study characteristics, the addiction start with regard to age, narcotics preferences etc. For the purposes of this research, we have chosen a sample of 47 clients who were, in the years 2009 to 2010, placed in the Diagnostic Institute for Youth in Prague 2 and subsequently transferred to specialized departments in educational institutions. Expert analysis of hazardous alcohol use among adolescents in the context of alcohol policy in Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis is focused on analasys of alcohol policy in Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to describe legislation, prevention and restriction and problematic issues in all areas of alcohol policy. Another aim is to identify deficiensis and imperfecions of alcohol policy and possible solutions of it. Thesis is focused on young hazardous alcohol users and aim is to describe possible causes and short-term and long- term consequences of hazardous drinking. Causes and consequences are reflected in context of social issues, education, safety and health. This work is based on findings of qualitative expert survey and desk research of documents, plans, strategies and legislation.
Socio-political analysis of the causes of indebtedness if citizens

Rigorózní práce Socio-political analysis of the causes of indebtedness of citizens OVERVIEW The thesis "Socio-political analysis of the causes of indebtedness of citizens" consists of a detailed analysis of issues leading up to over-indebtedness. It also aims to point out the most serious consequences of over-indebtedness. The thesis brings attention to the relation between causes and effects which, in many cases, take the form of the opposite and vice versa. The boundary between cause and effect can often be indistinct, and it is essential to distinguish between the two in order to find a solution for an over-indebted client. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of a loss of income which may lead to over-indebtedness, draws attention to the important role of education in the area of financial literacy, and notes on the most serious consequences of over-indebtedness, which it sees in the loss of housing, homelessness, and other negative effects. The research part concentrates on a social group which belongs to one of the most threatened with social exclusion, welfare applicants. The research attempts to analyse their debt situation in relation to their age, education, housing, unemployment period, willingness to change their situation, and willingness to repay their debt.
