The thesis deals with the trading on capital markets, the use of artificial intelligence, artificial neural networks, for modeling the behavior of stocks. The work contains a description of the capital markets, stock trading, methods of artificial intelligence. The main part of the thesis is the model for predicting the course and trend of shares, working in MATLAB, which serves as a support for trading decisions.

Hymnal Mešní zpěvy. The analysis and the usage in the musical pedagogy

The thesis The hymnal Mešní zpěvy. The analysis and the usage in the musical pedagogy suggests a way of usage of Mešní zpěvy in music courses at secondary school. Liturgical music is the important source of knowledge of our musical culture, and of the culture in general too. Mešní zpěvy adds to that knowledge noticeably. The hymns listed there come from elder hymnals, but each has the origins of both music and lyrics traced and attached. This writing provides an analysis of selected hymns and offers how to use them when teaching music. The purpose of the thesis is to show that Mešní zpěvy are suitable in everyday teaching of music. The choice of hymns has been made considering the other subjects too, particularly Czech language and history. The aim is to widen pupils' horizons of historical and cultural heritage. The hymn selection and its involvement in the teaching process has been tried at secondary school.

French European Policy in the period 2007-2009

My diploma thesis "French European policy in the period 2007 - 2009" deals with analysis of the current role of France within the European structures during the period of time defined by the election of Nicolas Sarkozy as President of the Republic and the appointment of the government of François Fillon. At the beginning of the 1990's the international environment had radically changed, not only due to the disintegration of the Communist bloc, but changes also turned up because of the acceleration of global processes. New types of threats occurred, the capacity and power of states on the global level transformed and the changes reached also the internal structures of the European Union. In the course of 12 years, 15 new countries entered the EU and also the significance of other actors in the internal processes increased. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the gradual adaptation of the chosen Member State to the changes mentioned above. As the overall aim of my work I would like to prove that France is forced to cooperate with other Member States, institutions and other actors in a more open way, because its political leaders are unable to achieve its interests independently. Proposal of measures for company shares value appreciation

The Paper is focused on company shares value and manipulation with their course on capital market. Theoretical part describes Fundamentals and technical analysis, which are used for identifying share inner value a expected trend in course. Consequently are described forbidden market practices and transactions on capital market according to new legal regulation. Analytic part contains analysis, which identifies inner value of company shares and predicts trend in course. Following analysis are setting measures, which enables company management to realize appreciation of company shares, without making offend against legal regulations of securities course manipulation. Summary contains recommendations and findings, which can be generally used for improving companies positions on capital markets.

Parabolic antenna feed for X band

The work addresses the unusual proposal feed for parabolic antenna with circular polariza-tion signal. This is a modified waveguide feed, waveguide polarizer with a septum. Contemporary RHCP and LHCP wave occurs in several applications of microwave commu-nication and measurement system. From this point of view the septum polarizer can be useful. The septum polarizer is a four-port waveguide device. The square waveguide at one end con-stitutes two ports because it can support two orthogonal modes. A stepped septum divides the square waveguide into two standard rectangular waveguides sharing a common broad-wall. The size of the septum as well as two versions of the waveguides excitation were analyzed and are described in this paper. Ansoft HFSS is software for design and simulation of feed. This software can visualize not only the specified model feed, but also the course of electromagnetic field in feed and over time.

Joint Physical Custody after Divorce - Advantages and Disadvantages

In 1998 an amendment of the Family Act of 1963 made it possible, following the example of western countries, to entrust children to joint physical custody of parents, after their divorce. This gives them the possibility to equally share the upbringing and making decisions in important matters concerning their child after their divorce. This form of post-divorce organisation of child care is relatively new in this country, and that is why we have little experience with it so far. Specialists who are in contact with the questions of the joint physical custody present a number of both advantages and disadvantages. The objective of my diploma thesis was to map the particular questions, find out how the professional and non-professional public view the joint physical custody, and subsequently, compare these results. My further objective was to describe the advantages and disadvantages resulting from the shared parenting. My research was based on the hypothesis that the professional public regarded this post-divorce organisation of child care as suitable, further on the hypothesis that non-professional public was not sufficiently informed about this possibility of post-divorce organisation of child care, and, last but not least, the statement that there were differences between the attitude held by the professional and that held by the non-professional public to the questions mentioned. Two of the three hypotheses were confirmed in the course of the research. The conducted research is of explorative character, it combines elements of quantitative and qualitative research. To conduct it I used the method of questioning by means of an anonymous questionnaire, the data obtained were processed in the computer SPSS programme. In questions containing qualitative data, I conducted a qualitative content analysis. Another technique that I applied was the secondary data analysis. The research sample was made up of randomly chosen representatives of both professional and non-professional public from the Regions of South Bohemia and Hradec Králové. My thesis will serve as a feedback for specialists dealing with this field, it will be used for the needs of the Children and Family Crisis Centre in České Budějovice. Its results will serve for the improvement of information of professional and non-professional public.

My dissertation is about friendship and its ageless features. Friendship is a close relationship most often between two people and is characteristic by - mutuality, intimacy: trust, need of closeness, sharing of experience, positive appreciation and unconditional acceptance. Thanks to mutuality are friends able to share various personal experiences, opinions and feelings. Thanks to deeper understanding of both individuals is possible to create functional and satisfying friendship. The friendship among people does exist for long centuries and I would like to show the difference between nowadays and the age of Aristoteles and his point of view. It is a comparison of present respondents, interviews and created map of terms to map of terms created from concept of Aristoteles. My work wants to show that friendship today is actually quite the same as many years ago in the time of Aristoteles. Of course with little changes especially in the area of free time and its spending. Many interesting facts have come from my interviews and they actually match those written by Aristoteles in his famous work Nicomachos' Ethics. Translating, Adapting and Staging the Intertextual Drama of Tom Stoppard

The presented Master thesis attempts to analyse the preparation and rehearsing process of three productions of Tom Stoppard?s plays directed by the author of the thesis in the course of his studies at the Theatre Faculty of Prague?s Academy of Performing Arts. The first one was a Bachelor production of Stoppard?s comedy The Real Inspector Hound, the second a Master production of his farce On the Razzle, and the last one a revived production of The Real Inspector Hound. This thesis focuses on all key stages of the theatre production ? the choice of the play, dramaturgical preparation, rehearsals and performances. Special attention is paid to complications related to the translation of On the Razzle, followed by an insight into the colliding professions of a translator and a theatre director in one person.

Analysis of selected effects on milk production and fetility in holstein cattle herd

Cattle production plays a very important role in agriculture and economics. It provides key inputs to crop production, but it also forms an integral part of human nutrition. For us the most bred cash breed is Holstein cattle. Its share of the total cow population in the Czech Republic is now 57 percent. The average yield in Holstein cattle in the Czech Republic is 9000 kilograms of milk, making us one of the major EU countries. The aim of my bachelor?s dissertation was to evaluate selected influences on milk yield and fertility in high productive herd of Holstein cattle. Evaluation was hold in ?Agropodnik Košetice, stock company? Chyšná on the farm where is kept 389 Holstein milking cows. On milk cows were monitored indicators such as milk yield in kilograms of milk, lactation, age at first calving, calving month, height in loins, the length of service period and the course of involution of the uterus. From the ascertained results emerge a provable impact sequence from lactation and calving month on milk yield. Milk production in the first lactation was 9 526.97kg, 2nd lactation was 9 727.96kg, 3rd lactation was 10 628.06kg and 4th and other lactations were 11 272.52 kg. In the autumn there was higher milk production at milk cows were calved and the production was 11 163.48kg. The cows calved in summer was yield about 836 kg less. The influence of the length of uterine involution service period was statistically highly significant difference (P ? 0.001) between the healthy group and the group treated within 40 days. The length of a service period was 142.63 days at healthy cows. Cows that treated the longest took about 251 days. As statistically significant (P ? 0.01) was shown the influence of the height of loins at first born calf on milk yield in kilograms of milk. Highest heifers in the herd produced milk at 1 lactation of 10 222.94 kg. Cows with a height in loins up to 142 cm and from 143 cm to 146 cm produced the lactation about 1000 kg lower. Also, the impact of age at first calving and the yield in kilograms of milk on fertility was found to be statistically significant (P ? 0.01). At cows calved at the age of 652-700 days was the longest service period 176.86 days. Cows calved at the age of 751 days had the length of service period 118.67 days. As statistically insignificant was evaluated only the impact sequence of lactation on service period. The results show the importance of herd management, because whichever monitored has impact on affecting the economic efficiency of milk production.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of Dexia bank Slovakia during the years 2000 and 2011. It Gradually analyses the balance sheet, income statement and chosen indicators of financial analysis: indebtedness, profitability, liquidity, productivity, capital adequacy and capital market indicators, which are accompanied by the course of share prices and rating of the bank. Within every indicator is discussed their change in time, impact of financial crisis and changes caused by the entry of a new majority shareholder of the bank in 2011.
