Teamwork in the process of communication ability development of children with multiple disability in special elemantary school

The Rigorosum thesis in its theoretical part defines the basis and function of communication as well as motivation to communication. It also gives information on disturbed communication abilities, strategy during the therapy and therapeutic methods used in logopeadics. The term pupil with multiple disability is defined, and conditions and objectives of education in special elementary school closely focused on the development of communication abilities of the pupils outlined. Teamwork on developing communication skills of the schoolchildren, along with definition of the competences of the members of the team and possible types of cooperation represent the principal topic of the thesis. Analysis of the current implementation of teamwork, participation of experts from education and health care departments, as well as the purpose and intensity of cooperation in selected special elementary schools in Czech Republic is presented, based on the questionnaire survey. A proposal of the implementation of teamwork in practise is finally presented.

Modern marketing communication

Modern marketing communication is in recent years often discussed topic not only because of the internet. This thesis examines in detail the current trends in internet marketing, especially banner and mobile advertising. The aim of this thesis is to decribe a shift of the media cost from traditional media like print or radio advert to online advertising, as well as outline the expected developments in mobile advertising and application of theoretical knowledge in practice. The theoretical part deals with the very concept of marketing, marketing communications but also describes the problems of marketing research and the development of the Internet in the world and in the Czech Republic. The practical part then describes in detail the various processes that involves banner advertising and comments the current trends in mobile advertising.

Implementation of process performance measurement in a financial accounting department

The thesis deals with the subject of process performance measurement in a financial accounting department in the context of outsourcing these processes or their parts. The aim of the thesis is to propose a set of indicators for measuring the performance of financial accounting department in the context of processes in an international telecommunications company with respect to effective measurement, integrity with corporate business processes and meaningful and correct values of these metrics. Firstly, in the theoretical part, the reader is informed about the core processes in a finance accounting department. The reader is informed about the basic terms related to performance measurement, in particular KPI's (definition, implementation, evaluation, meaning ...). Finally, basic concepts associated with outsourcing are explained and the importance of performance indicators in the relationship between the supplier of the accounting services and the customer is outlined. The practical part deals with the design of performance indicators for a finance accounting department of an international telecommunications company. The indicators are designed to reflect the processes in the company. An emphasis is on those processes (or parts thereof) that are provided externally - by a third party provider of accounting services. Each indicator is defined by its description, meaning and method of measurement. If any adjustments to the processes are necessary, these process changes are described. The weaknesses and risks of implementation are indicated in the following section. The results of the individual measurements are presented for a minimum of 6 consecutive months (where it was possible to obtain data retrospectively, the values are calculated for the minimum of 12 months).

Fabrication of Ankle Foot Orthosis using digital technologies

This bachelor thesis presents a new way of an orthotic devices fabrication via digital technologies of 3D scanning, CAD modeling and rapid prototyping. First, as a part of an analysis of a present knowledge, is the usual way of an AFO fabrication described, including its disadvantages. Then the new method is outlined. Following, a thorough research of past works, which were already dealing with this subject, is done. In the second half of the thesis is the novel approach demonstrated in a development of an ankle-foot orthosis concept based on scanned data of a healthy subject‘s leg. In conclusion, an overall review and comparision of both fabrication processes is made.

The role of NGOs in tackling unemployment

The thesis topic is the role of the non-profit sector in the field of unemployment solutions. The first part relates the consequences of unemployment and non-profit activities and highlights their importance in mitigating the effects of unemployment. This part also points out impact of non-profit organizations to increase employment and employability. In the next chapter, using examples from practice outlines the possibilities of cooperation between the NGOs and public administration. The third part focuses on statistical data on unemployment in the Czech Republic and then in more detail in the Vysočina Region. The final section describes in detail activities of NGO Fokus Vysočina and also several other examples of activities of social enterprises in the Vysočina Region. The conclusion summarizes the results and gives recommendations for further improvement.

Integration from the perspective of inclusion in regular kindergarten

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the theme of inclusion and integration of children with special educational needs into general kindergarden. The goal of the work is find out if teachers and parents of children are good ready for this problem. If they see shifts in the education. And what they consider for problems. I will map individual terminology terms in the teoretical part. I will try to approache to their essence with the professional literature. I will describe individual children with special educational needs that I chose for outline problematic in the practical part where I will try to find out with help of qualitative interviews to extent is possible integrate a child with special educational needs into general kindergarden.

Marketing strategy on the example of the company Student Agency

The thesis is concerned on the problematic of marketing strategy and its explanation on the example of the company Student Agency with focus on already ongoing as well as just intended cooperation with the German carrier Deutsche Bahn. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical explanation. It will clarify the basic terms of marketing such as function, significance for the society, marketing strategy etc. In the second part is the above described situation outlined and the theoretical knowledge from the first part on the company Student Agency applied.

GENRE AND ACTING TOOLS

In my dissertation called "Genre and Acting Tools", I am focusing on the moments during my studies at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts (DAMU) and at the Disk Theatre that were both significant and crucial to me. I am trying to outline the course of my work on different parts and the obstacles I had to deal with. In this context I am focusing on the differences in the acting tools for different dramatic genres and how they apply to the selection of graduate plays at the Disk Theatre.

Crowdfunding as a Way of Funding Films

The topic of this thesis is crowdfunding, the community way of financing projects. The aim of this work is to show how crowdfunding is being used to finance films and in what way it changes the classic relationship between the producer and the audience. In the case studies of two successful Czech film projects are outlined the possibilities of crowdfunding in the Czech environment.

Motion Design in the communication of TV stations

The aim of the thesis is to analyse different ways of motion design utilization in communication of TV stations and to describe particularities of designing their corporate identities. The theoretical part outlines the topic of corporate identity and communication by means of mass media. The main focus is on the term of motion design mainly in connection with communication of TV stations. The practical part analyses attitudes and complete processes of TV station identity development at three particular cases: Prima Cool, ČT Art and O2 Sport. The central theme is the workflow of creative studios which is given in context of the TV station development, it's branding and communication. The practical part is based upon consultations with authors of the corporate identities. Subsequently, the findings are compared and evaluated in the conclusion.
