Policy of a trade firm and optimization of it's processes

The goal of this work is to anaylse and assess the trade/sales policy and processes in a selected firm and so is to bring in ideas how to improve/solve dicovered problems/insufficiencies. proceeding used to help us achieve these goals are mostly practical, such as measuring, survey and interviews. The added value of this work should be enhancing the effectiveness of the firm, maintain its functioning and promote its trade/sales policy so that it can keep or increase its share on the local market. This paper contains description of small and medium size firms and their position on the market, futher there is description of the selected company, specification of its problems and proposing solutions.

Motivation and stimulation of employees

The subject of this diploma thesis is motivation and stimulation of employees. The theoretical part consists of some basic definitions, motivation theories and concrete ways how to motivate employees. In the practical part these theoretical knowledge are applied to a concrete firm. In the company a research is realized in order to get to know the level of employees` motivation and their work satisfaction. In consequence suggestions are formulated in order to improve main drawbacks.

Charakterizuje aktuální stav realizace předmětu Praktické činnosti i materiálního zabezpečení nutného k realizaci Praktických činností a vzdělávací oblasti Člověk a svět práce na vybraných pražských školách. Aktuální stav realizace Praktických činností i představa o budoucí realizaci oblasti Člověk a svět práce byla zjištěna dotazovacími metodami v říjnu 2006. Práce dále upozorňuje na některé problémy, které se vyskytují nebo by se mohly, vyskytnout v souvislosti s realizací praktických činností zařazených do oblasti Člověk a svět práce. The theoretical part is focused on the treatment of the theoretical knowledge. The analytical part of work i sused for the analysis of the company and marketing research. Proposal part of the thesis contains specific proposals to improve the existing marketing strategy of the company in the field of product, price, place and promotion.

The analysis of religious tourism in the Pardubický region

This thesis deals with the analysis of potential of the Pardubický region for religious tourism. Its main aim is to create an overview of religious monuments and festivities in the Pardubický region and of their current use in tourism and to suggest how to further support the development of religious tourism in the region. The thesis focuses on catholic and protestant monuments and of religious festivities it deals mainly pilgrimages. In the first part the Pardubický region is characterized and its potential for tourism. The second part includes an outline of the historical development of the Czech lands, with an emphasis on church history, an overview of the most important religious monuments in the Pardubický region and of their current use in tourism. The third part presents the current national projects, which promote religious tourism, and assesses the current presentation and promotion of religious monuments in the Pardubický region. The last part contains suggestions for further utilization of religious monuments in tourism and their promotion, as well as a few ideas for creation of thematic tourist routes. The conclusion discusses barriers, that prevent better use of religious monuments in tourism.

Qualification structure of population versus unemployment in the Czech Republic

The economic policy of the Czech Republic is battled with rigidities of labour market, which decline its flexibility. One of this rigidities is inconvenient structure of potential skilled labour force. This thesis is also aimed at its analysis compared with actual needs of labour market. In theoretical part of this thesis are presented characteristics of the Czech educational system and qualification structure of population. The practical part is dedicated to the labour market -- its needs and discrepancies between suply and demand, which are caused by inconvenient qaulification structure of population. The pivot of this thesis is emphasis on lifelong learning, which is getting necessity today. As a result of this thesis are suggestions of possible solutions to shortage of skilled labour force.

Analysis of Situation of Non-governmental Organizations in the Sphere of Consumer Protection

The consumer protection is very topical area because it has reference to the majority of citizens which are consumers, producers and also salespersons. Shoping and using services is everyday activity for all of us but it bears some risks to shoppers especially from sellers and that is why should be the consumer protection priority for every one and the society should take actions to improve it. The role of consumer organizations is crucial as the role as agency which offer important information and gives advice to the consumers in situation in which their rights are in repressed or in danger. Those organizations are participating in the education of consumers. The main objective of the diploma paper {$\neg$}{\clq}qThe analysis of the position of non-governmental organizations in the area of consumer protection`` is to implement the research in area of knowledge of consumer organizations from the side of consumers and the research of consumer interest in membership in such organizations. The fragmental objectives were to evaluate the contemporary situation in consumer organization in the Czech market using the questionary research and propose the possible solutions that will help to improve the present state. The theoretical part refers to the consumer protection. In the practical part are discribed best known consumer organizations in the Czech Republic. There are also characterised results from the questionary research and from the comperative analysis of main actions of organizations. The results of the questionary research showed that the consumer protection is not strong enough. The problems are not only legislative, but the main problem is that consumers aren´t informed enough about their rights and about consumer organizations. My suggestions faces particularly for better awareness of consumers about consumer organizations and their role in the Czech market. My recommendations are to improve awareness of consumers from the side of consumer organizations, and their rights by using of communication medias and to introduce new ways of propagation of consumer organizations. Very important is also the good motivation for new members in those organizations etc. The level of the consumer protection is not still on the same high level as in the more advanced states in EU. The consumers have not big consciousness of the consumer organizations and their role in the market and of the possible help from the side of those organizations.

BASAL STIMULATION IN A COMPREHENSIVE REHABILITATION

This bachelor thesis deals with the system of comprehensive rehabilitation and specifying its importance for physiotherapy. The theoretical part describes the system of comprehensive rehabilitation. It also focuses on the concept of basal stimulation, introduction of its origin, its current state in the Czech Republic and abroad, its nature, idea, general principles and its place in the system of comprehensive rehabilitation. Then the subject of interest of this concept is characterized, which is to promote the perception, mobility and communication of the client. When describing the elements of basal stimulation, those techniques are emphasised which, according to the obtained information and documents, might be used in physiotherapy. A separate chapter is devoted to physiotherapy for selected diagnosis, in which the basal stimulation is applied. Principles, procedures and applied concepts and methods are briefly summarised here. The practical part describes the process of research carried out in the day care centre Arpida o.s. in České Budějovice. The aim and the objective at the same time were to describe basal stimulation as the concept of comprehensive rehabilitation and to specify its importance for subsequent physiotherapy. This was done by qualitative research and created case studies of individual respondents, when information were taken from recorded medical history, biographical history, kinesiological analysis, evaluation of spasticity and examination of respiratory stereotype. Also information from the area of basal stimulation in the day care centre and information about the progress of physiotherapy were obtained. Subsequently the basal stimulation techniques were interconnected with the physiotherapeutic methods and concepts and the results were thoroughly recorded and evaluated. The results confirmed the positive influence of this scientific pedagogical ? nursing concept and the appropriateness of combination of its techniques with physiotherapy.

Promotion Methods of Skiing Tours Abroad

Souhrn: Název prá(:e: Zpusoby propagace lyžařských zájezdu do zahraničí. Title: Promotion methods of skiing tours abroad. Cíle práce: Ve své práci chci charakterizovat a přiblížit veškeré možné zpusoby, jakými jsou lyžařské zájezdy do zahraničí propagovány a jakými by propagovány být mohly. Metodologie: V práci jsem použila popisnou analýzu a metodiku zjišťování empirických dat v podobě dotazníku. Výsledky: Došla jsem k tomu, že cestovní kanceláře zabývající se prodejem lyžařských zájezdu využívají zejména reklamy, osobního prodeje a katalogu, jakožto propagačních prostředku.
