Projection of Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia in the Czech Republic.

The Czech Republic, as well as other developed countries begin to be penalized by aging of population. Increasing the proportion of older segments of the population is increasingly the subject of various technical reports from the economic field. These reports highlight the disadvantages of this change in age structure. Medical studies indicate dementia as a test of health and social connectivity system and as a threat, because with the increase of elderly population is expected the increase of the number of people with dementia. Estimate of this work confirms this hypothesis. The attention to this issue is very small in the Czech Republic. The objective of the work is to provide readers a comprehensive view of the complexity and the issue of all phases of the process of mortgage loans without having to use other technical literature. The work is seen as seen from the banks, its rights and obligations, and the client that the decision is to apply for a mortgage loan. The concept of woman on the background of social change at the turn of the 19. century (1895-1905)

The paper is focused on studying the traditional concept of woman in view of its conflict with the gradually enforced demands of women within the feminist movement. The main demands of women on their way to coequality were the right to higher education, free choice of occupation, and unsegregated legal status. As they struggle for their rights, the traditional concept of woman, which places her in a role of domesticity, is used as a strong instrument against their wishes. A woman is only supposed to be a wife, mother and a housewife and she is considered incapable of and unfit to gain any other position in society. The concept of unequal status of a woman particularly governed middle class life, depicting a specific glamour in the role of an ideal woman and family life. Social changes brought up by industrial revolution and upheavals in demographic equilibrium where the percentage of women alarmingly outnumbered that of men confronted society with the task of increasing quantity of women left without possibility of subsistence, either by occupation or marrying a male- provider. Hostility toward the new claims of women was based on men's fear of competition and an unwillingness to share heretofore exclusively men's domains of power; the higher education system, the labor market and the right to vote. Fragments of the mosaic of the society of the Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia

This graduation thesis consider The Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia period in socalled political division Sedlčany and in example of this region try sketch large and plastic 398 painting of the society of the Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia. This painting is outline through the multiple-case study, or particular case studies, which objects are concrete social subjects, that lived in this period. These cases are not described only separately. In each of them are observed collective questions, which are compared and summarized at the close. These questions are: question of freedom of each social subject, predestination of his social position and his story in connection with belonging to proffesion, interest, ethnical and other typically and specifically social group, followed by question of universal and partial changes in this period, below continuousness and discontinuousness of the German occupation epoch with previous period. Price Calculation and its Application in the Management of a Firm

In the MANN+HUMMEL (CZ), ltd. the general methodology for calculating the cost as the basis for the formation of prices was applied. The MANN+HUMMEL is 100% owned by the German concern MANN+HUMMEL GmbH. The main business is the manufacture of filters for all types of vehicles, internal combustion engines, compressors and others. In this work the information on a calculating model made up for the firm was compared to the basic literature. Another interesting issue is the program used by the firm for the calculation output. Further more, the impact of the method of cost calculating on the firm management was analysed. Two different types of calculation on a certain type of a product were used to contrast their economic effectiveness. On the basis of the results some modifications in the organizational structure and cost model of the company have been made.

Efficiency analysis of training program in HSBC bank

The thesis theme is research and analysis of training program in HSBC Bank which took place during September 2007. The thesis is divided in to five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to theory of andragogics, corporate training and efficiency analysis. The second chapter is devoted to empirical research also problem and its solution is introduced there. The third chapter introduces HSBC Bank and HSBC Bank training program. This training program was created for newly hired employees. The fourth chapter consist of three surveys of participators of this training. The first -questionary- is focused on trainees. The second survey is evaluated by trainers of the company, this survey was executed via internet. The last survey was realized through series of interview with trainees. Based on the results of the investigation the fourth chapter is concluded with SWOT analysis of training, evaluation of efficiency of Kirkpatrick`s schneme. The last chapter contains proposals to streamline the training process. This proposals will be submitted to the management of the company for possible use in further training.

The Russian literature in series "World Literature" of the Czech publishing house Odeon (between 1955-1970) and the translational analysis of Anna Nováková's translation of Youri Olesha's novel Jealousy

Tématem mé diplomové práce je ediční politika nakladatelství Odeon, a to se zaměřením na vydávání ruské literatury v edici Světová četba. Cílem této práce je doplnění a upřesnění některých informací o ediční praxi tohoto našeho nejvýznamnějšího nakladatelského domu předlistopadové éry v oblasti vydávání překladové literatury. Translatologický rozbor jednoho z děl poslouží jako ukázka úrovně překladů zařazených do této edice. Diplomová práce je tedy strukturována do dvou částí. V první části, která má historicko-empirický charakter, se zabývám rusistickou produkcí zmíněného nakladatelství v edici Světová četba v období let 1955-1970, které v souvislosti s uvolněním kulturní politiky v šedesátých letech u nás může být v oblasti překladové tvorby považováno za nejpřínosnější a stále do jisté míry inspirativní. Druhá část má charakter spíše kriticko-empirický a je věnována translatologické analýze románu Jurije Oleši Závist v překladu Anny Novákové, jejíž osobnost je také pojítkem obou částí diplomové práce. Interspirituality

Tématem této práce je fenomén, který se skrývá pod termínem "interspiritualita." Jedná se o intenZÍvní formu vztahu mezi náboženstvími, který je motivován nábožensky a vede ke vzniku spirituality, u níž můžeme konstatovat jednotný charakter. Tato spiritualita se z jádra jedné náboženské tradice vztahuje k mystické zkušenosti příslušníků jiných náboženství. Fundamentálním předpokladem je zde jedinost posvátna, s nímž žádné z náboženství není v privilegovaném vztahu, a které se stejnou plností a intenzitou projevuje v rozličných mystických tradicích různých náboženství. Skrze sdílené porozumění tomuto vztahu se potom vytváří specifický typ náboženské sociality, který je iniciován jednotnou vizí spirituality. K této spiritualitě velmi často patří také některé jiné aspekty jako například silný důraz na komunitu, sociální angažovanost, ekologie nebo politická orientace kriticky se vymezující vůči problémům průmyslové modernity a globálního kapitalismu. Centrálním referenčním rámcem těchto podtémat však zůstává univerzalisticky pojatá spiritualita, která však nezůstává bez vazby ke konkrétní náboženské tradici. Jedná se tedy o spiritualitu, která stojí na okraji jak v rámci tradičních náboženství, tak i v rámci západní alternativní spirituality, která má často velmi individualistický charakter, v němž je veškeré...

Psychodiagnostics for preschool age: Vienna developmental test

Při volbě tématu pro rigorózní práci jsem vycházela ze své diplomové práce zaměřené na oblast dětské psychodiagnostiky. V mém rozhodnutí mne podpořil mimo jiné i fakt, že diplomová práce byla v roce oceněna 2004 cenou pana profesora Matějčka za nejlepší diplomovou práci v oboru dětské psychologie. Práci jsem se tedy rozhodla rozšířit a doplnit. Řídila jsem se při tom jistě oprávněnými výtkami, které považovaly diplomovou práci za příliš praktickou, bez teoretického ukotvení. V rigorózní práci bylo použito množství cizojazyčných, převážně anglicky psaných pramenů, které jsem měla možnost čerpat především z Národní knihovny v Londýně. Text byl tak doplněn o cenné informace týkající se předškolního věku i diagnostiky v tomto období. Kromě metod používaných v anglicky a německy mluvících zemích jsem se snažila doplnit i spektrum diagnostických nástrojů pro předškolní věk používaných v českých zemích. Často se zde pak nabízely úvahy nakolik historický a kulturní vývoj v té dané zemi ovlivňuje úroveň vývoje dětí a potažmo vývojovou psychodiagnostiku. Jedním z důvodů proč jsem se pustila do převodu diagnostické metody z cizího jazykového prostředí do našich podmínek, byla možnost se tohoto převodu účastnit od samotných počátků. Při práci s anglickými prameny jsem zjišťovala, jak blízké si jsou naše země a Rakousko...

Manager for Desk Games with Parallel Tournament Playing

The theme of this work is to design and realize an application for organizing classic board game tournaments played by computer programs. The application is based on already existing Manager of board games and extends it, so there is a possibility of parallel playing games within the tournament, among other things. At the beginning I describe existing Manger of board games. Subsequently, I focus on theory of programing parallel and portable applications. The rest of the text summarizes the design and implementation of the target application.
