Anglická anotace / English annotation The identity of the confessor in the documents of the II. Vatican council and the post-conciliar Magisterium." The main theme of this thesis is the confessor, primarily from the point of view of his theological identity and its application in the sacrament of reconciliation. The thesis is conceived theologically, ethically and pastoral. The framework consists of conciliar and post-conciliar documents and fundamental contributions concerning the current identity of the confessor. The sections, where it was required, are presented on the basis of their biblical starting-points. The outline of this thesis is divided into three sections. The first section contains a short description of the historic development of the sacrament of reconciliation (with regard to the contemporary models of the confessor in the respective periods) and a presentation of the renewed conception of the sacrament of reconciliation and of the identity of the hierarchical priesthood. The second section focuses on the individual theological dimensions of the confessor as a father, physician and teacher conceptually anchored in the framework defined in the first section. The content and formal scheme of the discourse is based on personal theological reflection. The third section (partly also in the...

Logotherapy and Existential Analysis in Human Crisis
Kroupová, Dana ; Dziamová, Veronika (advisor) ; Třísková, Soňa (referee)
This bachelory work focuses on a crisis of meaning in a human life in Post-Modern Times. First I present in a short historical excursion the changes the Western society went through Modern and Post- Modern times. I point out its impact on the human condition by using Post-Modern types of Zygmunt Bauman. Further I briefly discuss the existentialism philosophy that influenced logotherapy and existential analysis. I pursue in more detail these theories of psychotherapy that deal with the will to meaning, basic personal motivation of man and other existential issues to showing their benefits in terms overcoming the crisis of meaning Post-Modern age. Further I describe therapeutic intervention according to Elisabeth Lucas and Alfred Langle and also shortly discusse the importance of the relationship between therapist and client. My work is written from a Christian perspective and therefore there is a broad dialogue with the Scripture. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

This work deals with the problem of CAN, prevention and practice from the perspective of primary school teachers. The introductory part deals with the reason for choosing this work. It is also further developed its own problems CAN - neglect, as the lightest form of the initial abuse, and physical abuse, the incidence and forms, I looked at in detail, psychological abuse, and described the problem of sexual abuse and its forms, including systemic abuse and bullying. In the next section, I focused on the warning signs indicating the CAN syndrome, the physical, psychological and sexual abuse. There are special forms of CAN described as Münchhausenův syndrome of representation organized child abuse, ritual abuse and sex tourism. Here is a chapter on the consequences of CAN syndrome, first the short and long term consequences, the posttraumatic stress disorder with the overall post-treatment. It is also described the relationship and family violence with reference to the development of intergenerational violence. Follow shifts in the forms of torture and abuse of children, with the addition, it is silent about the abuse. Is also defined by the offender in the forms of abuse. The work also deals with crisis intervention and prevention of different types of CAN syndrome, which is the most important step in this...

Separation and Determination of Betamethasone and chloramphenicol in multicomponent pharmaceutical preparations using a monolithic columns coupled to sequential injection system
Salabová, Markéta ; Šatínský, Dalibor (advisor) ; Chocholouš, Petr (referee)
SEPARATION AND DETERMINATION OF BETAMETHASONE AND CHLORAMPHENICOL IN MULTICOMPONENT PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS USING A MONOLITHIC COLUMNS COUPLED TO SEQUENTIAL INJECTION SYSTEM Markéta Salabová Abstract A new separation method based on a reversed-phase sequential injection chromatography (SIC) technique was used for simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and betamethasone in pharmaceutical eye drops in this contribution. Short monolithic column coupled with a sequential injection analysis (SIA) system enabled separation of two compounds in one step. A Chromolith Flash RP-18e, 25-4.6 mm column with 5 mm precolumn (Merck, Germany) and a FIAlab 3000 system (USA) with a 6-port selection valve and 5 ml syringe were used for sequential injection chromatographic separations in study. The mobile phase used was acetonitrile-water (30:80, v/v), flow rate 0.48 ml min-1 ; UV detection was at two wavelengths 241 nm and 278 nm, (absorption maximum of betamethasone and chloramphenicol). The basic validation parameters showed good results: linearity of determination for both compounds including internal standard (propylparaben) > 0.999; repeatability of determination (RSD) in the range 0.8 - 1.7% at two different concentration levels, and detection limits in the range 0.5 - 1.0 µg ml-1 . The chromatographic...

The Gospel of Mark and an anthic tragedy
Duchek, Libor ; Mrázek, Jiří (advisor) ; Heryán, Ladislav (referee)
This essay (Mark`s gospel and antique tragedy) concerns the stylistic quality of Mark`s gospel. First it generally compares antique genres with Mark`s gospel and briefly enumerates the correspondences and the divergences. It will come to the conclusion that Mark`s gospel has the most common elements with a greek tragedy. That for at first it compares religious and sociological function of a tragedy and gospel. When some of these functions will have found, the essay will concentrate on requirements of tragedy production, especially these included in Aris totel`s Poetic. In the analysis of Mark`s Prolog of gospel we are going to show also the other dramatic functions and narativ strategies, which are typical for Mark. In the framework of modern literary critique the essey continues with analysis of narativ function of characters and other dramatic tools. Like an appendix we also add a short list of Mark`s figures of speech and trope with a few examples. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Biological diversity of breast carcinoma cells in relation to the sensitivity on the antitumor treatment
Netíková, Irena ; Veselý, Pavel (advisor) ; Květina, Jaroslav (referee) ; Abrahámová, Jitka (referee)
Biological diversity of cancer cells isolated from breast carcinoma samples has been studied by in vitro exposure to cytotoxic agents. Primary cells from individual primary breast tumours and malignant effusions were in the first phase of the study used for experimental assessment of chemosensitivity/resistance using the standard MTT assay. Cytotoxic effects after short-term cultivation with antineoplastic drugs were evaluated. In several approachable cases relation to the clinical course of the disease was followed; in 4 out of 7 cases good correlation was found. The effect of combination of two cytotoxic drugs on cell viability was studied on EM-G3 cells, showing interesting results with some drug combinations (e.g. combination of paclitaxel and cisplatin resulted in a lower effect than cisplatin alone). Possibility of cell chemosensitisation by tamoxifen pretreatment was tested. Very low chemosensitisation effects of tamoxifen were observed. As a model cell population for diversification development study a new clonal cell line, EM-G3, was established. The EM-G3 line was derived from a primary lesion of human infiltrating ductal breast carcinoma. The EM-G3 represents a unique, spontaneously immortalized clonal cell line, evidently derived from premalignant progenitors of breast carcinoma. The cells are...

Finanční plánování v podniku
Voráček, Lukáš ; Hnilica, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this study is to certify the legitimacy of employing quantitative methods in the day-to-day business practice. The task is approached as a case study of a real-life financial planning process. I work with the financial data of POS Media Czech Republic (a media company providing point-of-sale advertising solutions). My intention is to simulate the projection of a pro forma income statement with the use of quantitative methods. More specifically, I am applying time series prediction techniques in order to forecast POS Media's sales. The goal is, first, to demonstrate that quantitative techniques can be handled even with limited statistical background and, second, to discuss the relevancy of the obtained results. In the methodical part of my thesis I deal with the theoretical aspects of financial planning. I further describe various methods of sales forecasting (qualitative vs. quantitative). Special emphasis is put on time series prediction methods. In the application part I provide a short description of POS Media and its business. I use time series decomposition techniques to predict POS Media's sales in 2012. Consequently, I outline the rest of the pro forma income statement.
