RESUMÉ V diplomové práci s názvem: "Identita zpovědníka v dokumentech II. vatikánského koncilu a v pokoncilním magisteriu" je zpracováno téma zpovědníka s primárním zaměřením na jeho teologickou identitu a rovněž na její aplikované provádění ve svátosti smíření. Práce je koncipována teologicky, eticky a pastoračně. Její positum je vymezeno koncilními a pokoncilními dokumenty a zásadními příspěvky týkajícími se tématu současné identity zpovědníka. Oddíly, které to vyžadují, jsou prezentovány na základě biblických východisek. Osnova práce je rozdělena do tři částí. V první části je nejprve předložen krátký dějinný vývoj svátosti smíření (se zřetelem na dobové modely zpovědníka) a představeno obnovené pojetí svátosti smíření a identity služebného kněžství. Druhá část postihuje jednotlivé teologické rozměry identity zpovědníka jako otce, soudce, lékaře a učitele v kontextuálním zakotvení definovaném v části první. Obsahová a formální podoba pojednání odráží vlastní teologickou reflexi. Ve třetí části (částečně již ve druhé) je pojednáno o aplikaci nabytých teologických východisek v pastorační praxi s poukazem i na aspekty psychologické. Z hlediska aplikace je rovněž pojednáno o duchovním prožívání identity a o současné praxi slavení svátosti smíření. V závěru prezentuji shrnutí a výsledky, které vycházejí ze... Anglická anotace / English annotation The identity of the confessor in the documents of the II. Vatican council and the post-conciliar Magisterium." The main theme of this thesis is the confessor, primarily from the point of view of his theological identity and its application in the sacrament of reconciliation. The thesis is conceived theologically, ethically and pastoral. The framework consists of conciliar and post-conciliar documents and fundamental contributions concerning the current identity of the confessor. The sections, where it was required, are presented on the basis of their biblical starting-points. The outline of this thesis is divided into three sections. The first section contains a short description of the historic development of the sacrament of reconciliation (with regard to the contemporary models of the confessor in the respective periods) and a presentation of the renewed conception of the sacrament of reconciliation and of the identity of the hierarchical priesthood. The second section focuses on the individual theological dimensions of the confessor as a father, physician and teacher conceptually anchored in the framework defined in the first section.
