In this first part which consists on translation, I focused on creating a comprehensible and straightforward text for the czech recipient. I perserved the essential function of the original text - to provide information and give to the breeders the useful advice. The second part of the work consists detailed translation analysis of the original text. Then I focus on individual translation issues that I had to deal with in the czech text. The conclusion of the work summarizes the methods used in translation and provides the typology of problems.

In my translation, I tried to preserve the major function of the original text - to inform and instruct the reader. The second part of the work is a commentary of the translation which is focused on translation analysis of the original text, typology of translation problems and the methods of the translation. In the translation analysis I describe the original text with the factors affecting the text. Then I focus on the translation problems I dealt with and how they were solved. In the conclusion, I describe the translations methods I used.
Commented translation: Bien vivre avec son chat (Muriel Alnot-Perronin, Paris: Rustica Éditions, 2008)

Then I focus on individual translation problems and create the typology of the problems. At the end of the work I summarize the methods used in the translation.
Comparison of genomes by synteny block analysis
Pavel, Tomáš ; Škutková, Helena (referee) ; Maděránková, Denisa (advisor)
The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is aimed at basics of genetics. Term of gene and mutation are introduced in this section. There are gene and chromosome mutations mentioned and described. Following section is devoted to comparative genomics and especially to synteny. There is described what the synteny actually is and how the synteny arises. The end of the theoretical part of this thesis is about the evolution and there are described ways of sorting permutation vectors. The practical part of this bachelor thesis includes description of developed software. Output of this software is a dot-plot which shows detected synteny blocks. Indexes of these blocks are listed in GUI. The second important output is number of permutation steps. This number determines evolutionary distance between two analysed DNA sequences. The very last section is aimed at analyse of synthetic and real DNA sequences.
Chess Program with Various Chess Variations with Various Initial Arrangement
Dvořák, Pavel ; Žák, Jakub (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis focuses on describing required components in the process of creation of modern chess application. Goal is to create chess program with several chess variations using structures and algorithms based on professional chess programs. Thesis describes principles of chessboard representation and various factors of chessboard state evaluation used in classic chess and implemented variants. Finally thesis describes game-tree search algorithms and enhancements and compares their effect.
Library of Algorithms for Text Ciphering
Vozák, Petr ; Řezníček, Ivo (referee) ; Kubíček, Radek (advisor)
p, li { white-space: pre-wrap; } p, li { white-space: pre-wrap; } This thesis deals with text ciphering. The presented paper describes at first basic theoretical background of cryptology and basic distribution of cryptographic algorithms. Then it describes a brief history of encryption from beginning to present. Theoretical description of ciphering methods and its implementation details are discussed here. All basic types of conventional encryption algorithms and also some modern ciphering methods are included; these are substitution, transposition, steganographic or combinations encryption systems. The result of this thesis is the library of algorithms for text ciphering in Java with a sample application, which demonstrates its funcionality.

Conversion \vyraz{N>A} in contemporary Italian
VRBATOVÁ, Petra
The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe a problematic state of the components N-N/N-A. The introduction part describes how the conversion is elaborated in literature and how offen we can find it in contemporary italian language. Following terms, related to the conversion subject, are defined: transposition, zero derivation and juxtaposition. In addition, the paper focuses on relation between elements N-N and N-A significantly. Existing tests, based on which the researched elements are categorized into compounds N-N or syntagmas N-A, were evaluated and new tests for description of these elements were defined. Dictionary Zingarelli was used for the excerption of words, the function of which could be both noun and adjective. Characteristics of words obtained, the subordinate article function, were verified in italian corpora itWaC. In conclusion, complex overview of the phrase type N-N and N-A, the second element of which passed transcategorization phenomena, was given.
