Teacher's evaluation as a manager skill

An Abstract: Evaluation is a crucial part of every human activity and every qualified school teacher knows that it is not possible to do the work without evaluating activities. That's why the teacher's evaluation becomes a necessary, meaningful and obvious part of the educational process. It belongs to the most difficult teaching activities. The target of my bachelor's work is to find out teachers' attitudes and practical experiences with evaluation. In a detailed analysis I tried to show the extensive and wide range that the ability contents. The meaning of my work is to describe and analyse all the evaluating activities on the basis of a qualitative research using a method of an interview. I tried to find out in which different professional contents nursery school teachers and manager school teachers do their evaluating activities. The work is divided in a theoretical and a practical part. The fisrt part is a summary of evaluation theoretical knowledge based on a study of technical literature. In the bachelor's work there are described processes of teacher's evaluating activities. In the practical part there are mentioned the results of the research which was carried out by a method of an interview with three nursery school and basic school teachers. Use of drama activities and role play in Maturita Solutions - Intermediate

This master thesis deals with interconnection of language teaching and drama. It presents a set of supplementary drama activities to the textbook Maturita Solutions-Intermediate. The concern is the use of drama activities in second language teaching at secondary school; for this purpose the set of drama activities and role-plays was carried out in several classes at two secondary schools in Prague. The theoretical part presents the methods, which emphasize the importance of communicative abilities, and provides a background to the idea that drama is one of the ways of teaching a second language. The practical part introduces the created activities and their pilotage at schools and the work is concluded with a feedback from the students and the teachers who participated. Children athletics

Children athletics Objectives: This bachelor thesis deals with the training of athletes between ages 12 and 15 (younger and older pupils) in athletics in selected disciplines. Furthermore, techniques in various disciplines were analyzed. The aim of this work was to determine the current level of technique advancement of athletes between ages 12 and 15 (younger and older pupils) in the athletic club SC Radotín Prague. We expected that the technical level in selected athletic events will not be at a very high level. The method: In this work we used these methods: observation, descriptive analysis. Results: From the video records and image sequences we got to know that the technical level of students was not at the highest level, but not at the worst. It corresponds with the average technical level of athletes in the age group of 12-15 years. Key words: athletics, children, long jump, high jump, shot put, techniques
Influence of Drama and Social Personal Education to the Self-Confidence of Pupil at Primary School

Resumé: Tématem diplomové práce byla otázka vlivu dramatické a osobnostně sociální výchovy na sebevědomí žáka. V teoretické části byly vysvětleny psychologické pojmy týkající se osobnosti člověka. Rozložení jednotlivých kapitol umožnilo strukturovaně podávat informace, nezbytné k vytvoření uceleného obrazu dané problematiky.Největší prostor byl věnováno metodám a technikám používaným v hodinách dramatické a osobnostně sociální výchovy. V praktické části byl kladen důraz na aplikaci výše zmíněných metod a technik ve vyučovacích lekcích.
Personal diagnostics-measurement methods of current and perspective staffs

The dissertation is focused on personnel diagnostics. It understands it as an instrument, which helps the company to choose the best employees, to compare an actual profile of personality of a candidate or an employee with an ideal profile of position, which is needed to fill, and to assess the potential of employees. It concentrates on methods of personnel diagnostics. It uses the classification of diagnostic methods after Mojmír Svoboda. It describes two of three groups of diagnostic methods, which can be used in human resources management. They are clinical methods and testing. There are characteristics of all subsets of this classification. The intention of the dissertation is to find and describe the diagnostic methods, which can be used in practice by personnel clerks without university degree in psychology or without practice. For these purposes there are described methods like interview, Thematic Apperception Cards after Evangelu, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and technique of Pack of Personnel Cards after Evangelu. Besides from description of these methods there are recommendations for using them in practice. In the end the author thinks about current situation of using of personnel diagnostics in companies and about expected progress in this field.
Difficulties of an Adult Student in Learning and Remembering Vocabulary

This bachelor's thesis is intended to search for the most efficient methods, strategies, techniques and activities in learning and teaching English vocabulary regarding an adult student with difficulties in learning and remembering English vocabulary. The research is founded on theoretical part which deals with general questions of learning vocabulary, processes of remembering words and various approaches, methods, strategies and activities, with special focus on memorization. Practical part of this thesis is based on the student's characterization according to his multiple intelligence type. The research examines various techniques and activities which were used in lessons and their effects on the student's success in remembering words.
Requirements for manager in the construction engineering

This diploma thesis is focused to requirements for manager in the construction engineering. The theoretical part briefly describes the management and its role in the construction. After that, the work devotes itself to the requirements, functions and techniques of construction manager. The empirical part is looking into the establishment of hypotheses which were either confirmed or disproved in a questionnaire research, concentrated on construction companies and senior students in the field of Management building at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. One of the empirical part is analysis of jobs as a manager in the construction industry. This research is enriched by guided interviews, which is followed by conclusions and subsequent recommendations for both civil society, students and also for the faculty.
Application for Practicing Rapid Reading Techniques

This work deals with design and implementation of a program for rapid reading teaching. It describes fundamental theory, especially the very process of reading, and basic methods used for training of rapid reading. Then it deals with design of application which will be using described methods - eye span widening, reduction of eye fixations number and reader's performance measuring. Afterwards it describes program implementation and interprets user testing results. It results in a integrated application for rapid reading teaching, based on methods, used especially in handbooks and courses, transformed into electronic form.
Teaching foreign languages through drama education
