Tématem diplomové práce je legislativa vztahující se k právu na svobodný příshlp k informacím. Práce vycházející ze zákonů a právních předpisů vztahujících se k právu na svobodný přístup k informacím přibližuje zejména záldadní české legislativní prameny tohoto práva (Listina záldadních práv a svobod, zálcon č. 106/1999 Sb., o svobodném přístupu k informacím), a také z politickohistorického hlediska uvádí nelehkou cestu českého státu k nim. Zákon o svobodném přístupu k informacím je nazírán z pohledu jeho novelizace z roku 2006 (zálcon č. 61/2006 Sb.). Dále tato práce nastiňuje problematiku svobodného přístupu k informacím ve vybraných státech v zahraničí (USA, Velká Británie, Německo ). Práce vychází z odborných českých a zahraničních právních norem a odborné právnické literatury. Z hlediska struktury je práce členěna do tří hlavních kapitol, které jsou dále strukturovaně členěny do podkapitol.

Cyril Bouda and Today, Reminiscence of Cyril Bouda

Annotation The theoretical part entitled ``Cyril Bouda and Today{\crqq} first deals with the theme of the practical part called Baron Prasil. The chapter selection is closely related to the practical outcome of my work. It strives to reach harmony between my work and illustrations from the book by Cyril Bouda. Further on, it characterizes Cyril Bouda{\crq}s work compared to the present time. The expressive formulation of his thoughts gives a unique opportunity to transfer his illustrations into a new dimension. The impression or expression appears in every part of the whole Baron Prasil story cycle. By selecting Cyril Bouda{\crq}s illustrations I do present my view on the world today and the contemporary style of life. Enclosed you can find a unique cycle of 10 paintings called ``Baron Prasil Storyteller and his tale{\crqq} and an illustrative sketch.

Skeletal muscle in patients with renal faiture

Úvodní část hlavní statě obsahuje stručný přehled fyziologie a anatomie fyziologického kosterního svalu. Zabývá se také jeho vlastnostmi jako je únava a regenerace. V další kapitole je struč n ě pojednáno o chronickém selhání ledvin, jeho komplikacích a zdravotních problémech, zahrnujících též sníženou funkci kosterního svalu a sníženou tělesnou zdatnost. Do klinického obrazu uremická myopatie, obsaženého ve třetí části, patří svalová atrofie (hlavně II.typu vláken) a rychle nastupující únava. Dále jsou zde popsány morfologické a funkční změny uremického kosterního svalu jako je zvýšená produkce laktátu, snížený přenos kyslíku z kapilár do svalu a poškození svalových vláken na buněčné úrovni. Na tyto změny pak navazuje negativní vliv uremické myopatie omezující celkovou zdatnost a toleranci zátěže. V poslední části práce jsou uvedeny možnosti terapeutického ovlivnění uremi cké myopatie, mezi jejichž aspekty patří kvalita dialyzační léčby, prevence sekundárního hyperparatyreoidismu , nutriční stav, suplementace karnitinu a korekce anémie pomocí lidského rekombinantního erytropoetinu. Jako další terapeutický přístup je ve zvláštní kapitole popsán rehabilitační pohybový program, k t e rý u uremických pacientů vyžaduje lékařský předpis s danou intenzitou a délkou zátěže, které jsou určeny individuálně. Creating a Methodology for Correct Compilation of Final Accounts and Final Statements for the Selected Non-profit Organization

The aim of the thesis is to develop a methodology for the proper compilation of accounts and financial statements for a selected nonprofit organization. For a non-profit organization is selected territorial self-governing unit, the Town of Oloví.
The theoretical part of the work on the basis of study of scientific literature and current legislation is first engaged in the management and it is division on the management of private and public, where the biggest emphasis on territorial self-governing units, the municipalities. In the next part of the work explains the basic concepts related to the issue, which gradually builds the process cut off entries, the work ending with the financial statements and the obligations resulting from it.
Own part of the thesis uses both theoretical experience acquired by studying the professional literature and practical experience gained within professional practice. The practical part gradually passes through the different steps of the cut off entries work and their follow-up of the financial statements. Individual activities are first practically described how after page of postings, so after the site specific calculations, when they are used the specific data of the financial statements of the City of Oloví for the year 2015. Subsequently, for each step created a detailed methodology for easy and correct assembly of the accounts and financial statements of the Town of Oloví. This methodology is prepared for the specific needs of the Town of Oloví, and therefore not every municipality to fully comply.

Bullying in the Lower Grades of Primary Schools

This thesis deals with bullying in elementary schools. The theoretical part describes forms and causes of bullying within a group of pupils. It presents features of aggressors and victims of bullying and also some of the most common attitudes made by teachers, schools and parents and their opinions of this problem. Further, the thesis states specific ways of how bullying could be diagnosed, investigated and treated. It also suggests sanctions and educational precautions for the bullies. The practical part depicts a research that was aimed to monitor the extent of bullying in chosen classes of elementary level and to examine to what degree children are informed about this problem. Finally, the last chapter presents defined suggestions and recommendations for primal bullying prevention in the classroom based on the research results and theoretical knowledge as formerly discussed.

Divadlo za branou (The Theatre Beyond the Gate)

Diplomová práce Divadlo za branou monograficky zachycuje období, po které divadlo fungovalo (1965-1972). Zameruje se na hlavní myšlenky této tvurcí dílny a složení souboru. V jedné z kapitol dramaturgie je sledováno uvádení klasických dramat i dramat u nás neznámých a dosud nehraných i puvodních prací Josefa Topola, stejne jako autorských adaptací a umeleckých prekladu. Kapitola inscenace je razena chronologicky a uvádí všechny dostupné informace o inscenacích vcetne data premiéry, režie, hereckého obsazení, scény a kostýmu. Znacná pozornost se venuje základním pilírum Krejcovy práce s herci, jeho režijním a inscenacním postupum zejména s hlavními herci, Janem Trískou a Marií Tomášovou. Pripojeny jsou informace o zahranicním ohlasu Divadla za branou, reflexi v našem tisku i postupu, kterým totalitní moc zastavila divadlu cinnost. Prílohu diplomové práce tvorí fotografie z inscenací od umeleckého fotografa Josefa Koudelky.

Library as an educational centre of region

Diplomová práce se zabývá veřejnými knihovnami a jejich vzdělávací rolí v informační společnosti. Primárním cílem práce je analyzovat vzdělávací funkci veřejných knihoven a nastínit perspektivy jejich rozvoje v oblasti celoživotního vzdělávání. Dalším cílem práce je prezentovat konkrétní vzdělávací program Univerzity volného času, který autorka organizačně zabezpečuje v Krajské knihovně Vysočiny v Havlíčkově Brodě, a uveřejnit praktické zkušenosti získané při realizaci projektu. Diplomová práce je rozložena do pěti kapitol. Úvodní kapitola pojednává obecně o veřejných knihovnách jako o moderních informačních, vzdělávacích a kulturních centrech regionů. Druhá kapitola objasňuje podstatu celoživotního vzdělávání a zdůvodňuje jeho potřebnost pro rozvoj informační společnosti i každého jedince. Vzdělávací rolí veřejných knihoven a jejich příležitostmi v oblasti vzdělávání dospělých se zabývá třetí kapitola. Na předchozí teoretické pasáže navazuje prakticky zaměřená kapitola s popisem vzdělávacího projektu Univerzity volného času. Závěrečná kapitola předkládá obecné závěry, koncepční a metodická doporučení vycházející z vlastních zkušeností autorky.

Selected issues of conflict of laws in international family law

This thesis is aimed at specific questions of conflict rules of the international family law. Specifically, it focuses on the conflict law rules of matrimonial law with an international element. It takes into account the domestic, as well as the international regulation and regulation of the European Union. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. It starts with an introduction, which is followed by the second chapter which deals with the concept of international family law and its sources. The third chapter devoted to a general explanation of the conflict rules including the most significant related terms, such as determining factor or public order. The fourth chapter is aimed at the legal regulation of concluding a marriage with respect of the conflict rules determining the law applicable in case of capacity to conclude a marriage, its validity and form. This chapter also deals with consular marriages and marriages concluded abroad in case of threat to life. The fifth chapter contains he conflict rules of personal and property situation of spouses. This chapter at the same time reflects a recent progress in this field as far as European Union law on property situation in marriage is concerned. The shift in media consumption among generations Y and Z

This master thesis deals with the shift in media consumption among generations Y and Z. It is based on both similarity and small differences in media consumption among these generations as a current issue. The aim of this thesis is to focus on both similarity and small differences, to analyse them using the available data and to bring new information obtained by performing an own survey. This new information also can be a help to all stakeholders including employers, marketers etc. This thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part includes three chapters, the practical part includes two chapters. The first chapter presents media theoretically, the second chapter explains how each generation was formed a the third chapter presents a principle of making a questionnaire. The fourth chapter shows some interesting information about media consumption among generations Y and Z and these are verified in the questionnaire in the last chapter.

Regulation of the Tobacco Market

The Diploma Thesis deals with the regulation of the tobacco market. The first part is dedicated to the theoretical view on regulation. It describes the historical development of the different points of view on regulation within economic schools, then it characterizes different types of market failure and within those it shows possible solutions in form of regulatory measures. The second part of the diploma thesis deals with tobacco and tobacco products market. In this chapter the current situation on the market is analyzed and some trends are derived, the chapter also deals with the largest producers of tobacco products nowadays. The last chapter deals with current tobacco control legislation. The Framework Convention on Tobacco Control and current European tobacco control legislation are looked at in detail and there is a comparison conducted of the level of tobacco market regulation in different parts of the world. The last part of the thesis delivers the evaluation of the level to which the current tobacco regulation is in line with the economic theory of regulation.
