Tools for deepening customer loyalty in the banking sector

This diploma thesis deals with loyalty and tools which could deepen the loyalty of customers. The thesis provides theoretical background of the theme and outlines essence of the customer loyalty for consequent proposition of tools for its creation. At the beginning of this thesis the conception of loyalty is supported by basic facts of marketing theory, e.g. marketing communication, marketing mix and brand. The thesis continues with essence of loyalty, aspects of loyalty, its drivers, possibilities of satisfaction and loyalty meassurement and effects of loyalty with focus on banking sector. Further this part defines the banking sector, specifics of banking product and developement trends in banking. Partially the influence of current economical crisis on customer loyalty is taken into account. Practical part is focused on description and practical examples of each tool which extends customer loyalty to bank institution in Czech republic and abroad as well. Tools are divided by marketing mix elements according to prevalent characteristics corresponding with the given element. Next are mentioned suggestions to proposition of new loyalty program. The thesis set 3 possible ways of future developement of customer loyalty creation.These ways are focus on simple program resembling to sales promotion, complex program creating real customer loyalty and focus on soft elements (e.g. service quality and pleasant surrounding). At the conclusion is given recommendation for future developement of customer loyalty creation in Česká spořitelna.

The Specifics of Care about a Patient after Dental Surgeries

This bachelor's dissertation deals with the specifics of attendant care for a patient after dental treatment. The term ?dental treatment? is not the synonym just for a surgical dental extraction. This term includes more forms of medical treatment, which are demanding for the surgeon as well as for the patient. Such patient needs a quality attendant care after the treatment, care represented by a nurse. The nurse is acquainted with the specifics of the care and knows how to look after the patient. The dissertation contains a theoretical as well as practical part. The introduction of the theoretic part consists of basic terms of stomatology and dental surgery, followed by an introduction into the anatomy and oral cavity physiology. The basic information is accompanied by information about stomatology investigation and cooperation of a nurse with a doctor. The dissertation continues with the most frequent diseases in dent alveolar and maxillofacial dental surgery. This is followed by preoperative preparation, divided into preparation for a planned treatment, which is long-term, short-term and immediate; preparation of the patient in local anaesthesia; urgent unplanned treatment and preparation of patients who are being cured on long-term bases with anticoagulative treatment. Later emerges a topic, which contains interventions executed at the patient after the treatment, together with the requested standards of the nurse looking after these patients. The theme of oral cavityhygiene, nutrition and pain is essential. There are also stated communicational and educational skills of a nurse and the final care for the patient practiced with the help of orofacial area rehabilitation. The practical part contains a quality examination via a semi structured dialogue consisting of 24 questions. The examination sample is represented by nurses from Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s., who look after dental surgery patients, it means nurses from dental ambulances, ORL (ear-nose-and-throat) and ophthalmological departments. It was found out during the examination survey that these patients are looked after at the department of traumatology as well. The dialogues are absolutely anonymous with the respondent?sfree choice. After the agreement of the respondents and the sister ward the dialogues were recorded on a dictaphone of a mobile phone. The examination took place at the beginning of the month of March. The semi structured dialogue contains basic characteristics of the respondent. The next part of examination was to find out, which patients after dental treatment are looked after by the respondents in their departments most often. Questions typical for the examined areafollowafter the introduction into the problematic, this means question dealing with taking meals, hygiene and education, the dialogues are further enriched with more unplanned questions. The record of the dialogues is registered in the bachelor?s dissertation in the form of a transcription and the results are dealt with via the categorization. For this examination there were stated three examination questions. The examination question 1: What is the specific of taking meals with the patient after a dental surgery? Examination question 2: What is the specific of oral cavity hygienic care with the patient after a dental surgery? Examination question 3: How does the nurse educate a patient after a dental surgery? The results of our dissertation are going to be accessible to the students who meet these patients during their practices, and for nurses who look after these patients. The results will serve to enrichment or completion of information in the field of after-treatment care for these patients. That is why the received information was dealt with as an information material, accessible in electronic version. The form of the information material is stated in the enclosure (Enclosure 4).

Japanese culture and its impact on negotiations with Czech businessmen

This bachelors thesis theme deals with a comparison of two different nations. Japan and Czech republic. A communication between different nations is essential in todays world and for that reason it is necessary to learn the difference between each nation to be able to prevent possible misunderstanding. In this thesis I first describe cultural differences of these two nations and their impact on peoples behaviour. A base for my research is Hofstedes analysis. Whether this analysis is still valid I verify in the practical part of this thesis. At the end of this thesis I describe a possible negotiation between those two nations. Then I outline possible problems and I suggest a way to avoid it.

The main theme of this bachelor thesis is the foreign currency in accountancy and the elimination of exchange rate losses. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the most common items used in a company and the specifics of bookkeeping are desribe. The practical part includes researching what type of the exchange rate methods in bookkeeping is better and the elimination of exchange rate losses in a particular company.

The prototype public speaker according to contemporary media standards and usage (based on public speaking manuals)

Thesis "The prototype public speaker according to contemporary media standards and usage (based on public speaking manuals) deals with changes in the functions of rhetoric in contemporary society. The work should bring an idea of the qualities and abilities, which a good public speaker should have. The introductory parts of the thesis introduce recent studies, which paid a special attention to spoken Czech in media and these chapters also focuse on the results of opinion polls. The thesis also deals with the style of the manuals of rhetoric and draws attention to the specifics of these manuals and their communication strategies. The structure of other parts of the work follows the structure of the textbooks of rhetoric, which was already used by ancient theorists and teachers of rhetoric. The thesis gradually covers the phases of the speech, from the choice of the theme to the elocution. The sixth phase of the speech called Listening is added. Contemporary authors of the handbooks are aware that public speaking is not only monologue of one speaker, but the audience participates in it.

Nursing casuistry about the patient with burns

Theme of this bachelor work is "Nursing casuistry about the patient with burns". I splited my work to theory and praktical part. Part of theory is dividend into chapters, where I mentioned anatomy and physiology of skin, characterization, reasons, classification and prevention of burns. Into this part I placed treatment and specification of medical care by patients with burns. Praktical part of this work is focused on patient hospitalization, nurse classification of health and process hospitalization. In the next part each chapters are focused on identification statement, medical history and diagnosis, nurse diagnosis - their solutions, diagnostics and therapy. In the end of my work I mentioned patient prognosis.

Seniors as a specific group in the process of lifelong learning

My thesis focuses on discussing and analyzing the problems of seniors' education, mostly from the theoretical point of view. The whole theme is divided into six chapters. The first part briefly describes the historical development of education of seniors. The second chapter is concentrated on the importance of seniors' education, both from the view of society (the emphasis is placed on population growth) and from the view of seniors. An important part of this chapter is also a motivation for late life learning. The third and the fourth parts are more focused on the process of education. In the third chapter I depict old age as a developmental stage and also the specificities of the elderly in the learning process, including a description of changes in cognitive functions that occur and have a considerable impact on the learning process. The fourth chapter is focused on gerontological didactics. The fifth chapter defines the concept of lifelong learning. The sixth summarizes the basic educational opportunities for senior citizens in the Czech Republic.

The theoretical part tries to point out possibilities in the sphere of acquisition accounting software, what are the main criteria of choice and how should be software implemented. OF THE THESIS IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE The methodology of murder investigation (selected issues) The methodology of murder investigation is one of the areas of the special criminalistics, which attends to the methods of investigation of individual criminal offenses. In consideration of the variability of murders and of the overall natural development of the company, it is necessary to be consulting also the methodology of investigation as the process which is dynamic and subject to the development. One of the essential and the relatively unknown phenomenon in this area of the last time was the increase in committed murders made to order - hired murders. This type of murder is at the same time often the link with another relatively new phenomenon of post-revolutionary period in the territory of the Czech Republic, the organized crime. The purpose of the thesis is except for the outline of general procedure during the homicide investigation also to point out some specific features concerning the hired murders and the murders planted in the context of organized crime. The forced theme is in this direction the characteristic of the personality of a hired murderer. Motion Design in the communication of TV stations

The aim of the thesis is to analyse different ways of motion design utilization in communication of TV stations and to describe particularities of designing their corporate identities. The theoretical part outlines the topic of corporate identity and communication by means of mass media. The main focus is on the term of motion design mainly in connection with communication of TV stations. The practical part analyses attitudes and complete processes of TV station identity development at three particular cases: Prima Cool, ČT Art and O2 Sport. The central theme is the workflow of creative studios which is given in context of the TV station development, it's branding and communication. The practical part is based upon consultations with authors of the corporate identities. Subsequently, the findings are compared and evaluated in the conclusion.
