The theme of this work is building solutions for residential new construction house in Vrchlabi. The family house is also designed medical office. The family house is located one floor and attic. Ground object consists of two rectangles, which divides the layout and operation of housing and employment, including part of the surgery. Roofing made a pitched roof and flat roof over part of the vegetation plan. The house is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in a quiet family houses. All habitable rooms are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists of a system Liapor. The cladding is insulated contact insulation. The facade is simply divided in accordance with the large glass window openings.

The theme of the thesis is to elaborate a comprehensive documentation of new building family house with shop at the project specification for a building permit. On the proposal is subject to the requirements of the layout of the building in connection with securing the construction site, static, thermal equipment and fire safety, protection against noise, energy saving and safety in use. A separate project is drawn in AutoCAD and calculations for assessment are processed by hand calculation.

My graduation thesis was prepared on the theme Feasibility examination of reuse communal electro-waste in the town. My work is regarding problems with reuse of communal electro-waste in the Bělá pod Bezdězem. Within my work are described electro-waste groups and storage system. Followed part of communal electro-waste in the Bělá pod Bezdězem. On the base of analysis I described groups quantity of electro-waste and I discovered age and functional of electro-waste by the questionaire. I prefer way how we can separate functional electrical equipment flow from waste and how we can reuse functional electrical equipment in Bělá pod Bezdězem.

3D Visualization of Products in Industry

The theme of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the use of three-dimensional visualization of products in industry and other branches using the computing technology. The theoretical part introduces the possibilities of using 3D computer graphics, basis concepts and principles that are associated with the creation and use of three-dimensional visualization. The following part is describing the life cycle of the modeled object from its preparation to creation of a comprehensive 3D object. Furthermore there are closely specified the recent trends in this area. In the practical part there is a practical illustration which is based on a real photograph of an empty room. By the use of three-dimensional visualization is demonstrated creation of a fully equipped room for this particular property. Another goal is to verify the hypothesis that the 3D visualization has a positive impact on the marketability of the property.

The institute of preventive detention: comission, goals and limitations of the new preventive measure

The institute of preventive detention is a new protective measure in our penal law. The theme of this thesis is an analysis of the comission and goals of the new protective measure and focusing on a comparation of theoretical and practical function of this protective measure. The folowing chapters provide the characterization of the preventive detention and its legal framework in the Czech republic. The component part of the thesis is also a description of the preventive detention in a legal framework of other state, concretely Slovakia. At the end of the work there are explicated knowledges obtained during the visit of the Institute for preventive detention Brno. In this chapter not only functional equipment is described but also the compositon of the inmates and employees and their most important competencies. Programms, by which are the medical goals fullfiled are described at the end of the thesis.

TITLE: About definition of the folk fairy-tale genre and about elaboration of the Snow-white theme in collections of chosen german authors (J. K. A. Musäus, A. L. Grimm and J. and W. Grimm) SUMMARY: This diploma thesis is concerned with the fairy-tale genre, which is defined as the folk fairy-tale, Snow-white theme and elaborations of this theme in collections of J. K. A. Musäus, A. L. Grimm and the Brothers Grimm. In context of the historico-literary period and in connection with the folk fairy-tale genre all processing are analysed and compared with each other. Märchen (1971) of Max Lüthi and Deutsche Märchen vor Grimm (1942) of Albert Wesselski are the fundamental publikations for this thesis. The main result is that the caption »Sneewittchen« of the Brothers Grimm correspondes closest to the folk fairy-tale genre, while »Richilde« of J. K. A. Musäus and »Schneewittchen« of A. L. Grimm as author's fairy-tale should be called. War as a Biosocial Theme in the Works of Edvard Beneš and Bohumil Němec

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Válka jako biosociální téma v některých dílech Edvarda Beneše a Bohumila Němce a sleduje v období První republiky politické biologismy v politických otázkách s obzvláštním důrazem na dílo dvou významných osobností československé veřejné i odborné sféry, Edvarda Beneše a Bohumila Němce. Od počátku 19. století se v návaznosti na Darwinovu evoluční teorii a její společenské aplikace (eugenika, rasová hygiena, "sociální biologie") začíná rozvíjet i tzv. biologie války neboli aplikace biologických principů na pojetí lidské války, k níž se oba zmínění autoři ve svých pracích vyjadřovali. Tato bakalářská práce představuje rozbor dvou jejich děl, vztahujících se k danému tématu, a pokus o jejich zasazení do širšího kontextu, jak z hlediska kulturně historického, tak z hlediska interní logiky darwinistických a jiných biosociálních teorií. Edvard Beneš a Bohumil Němec, dvě významné osoby československé odborné i veřejné sféry, politicky, intelektuálně a vědecky významní představitelé První republiky. Ve svých vědeckých, filozofických a politických názorech se hluboce rozcházeli a v roce 1935 proti sobě dokonce stáli jako protikandidáti v prezidentských volbách. 133 The Real Estate Cadastre The theme of this thesis is the Real Estate Cadastre of the Czech Republic. Land record has almost a thousand-year tradition in our country. A demand of publicity and foreseeability of legal relations to immovables and first of all the tax purposes were the stimuli of its establishment. The aim of this thesis is to characterize the contemporary evidence of immovables, to point out the important social task, which the Real Estate Cadastre fulfils, and to describe its keeping and updating. The thesis consists of six chapters. The introduction focuses on the definition of a land record. It has been used as an universal term for number of evidence instruments that have fulfilled various functions and have adapted for public demand. Chapter 2 dwells on the system development of the evidence instruments concretely. Present form of the Real Estate Cadastre comes out from the connection of two developmental branches of land records - land cadastres and public registers. Most of their existence they functioned separately side-by-side and served for different purposes. Land cadastre was an instrument of tax policy. The theme of this thesis is presentation of the CompactRIO platform by National Instruments with its range of hardware and the possibility of using this platform for the frequency measurement of analog signals. The result of this thesis is software equipment for this device focusing on the frequency measurement of analog signals and experimental verification of posibilities of a specific configuration of this platform in the range of measurable frequencies.

Facebook and Marketing Communication

The theme of this thesis is Facebook marketing and communications. In the theoretical part are the views of the individual authors on the issue of Internet Marketing, where marketing communication on the Internet belong. It also explains important concepts related to this issue. The practical part deals with the company Růžovka, s.r.o., whose business is the sale of computer equipment. The selected company for a long time did not exploit the possibilities of marketing communication on the Internet. This part is based on an analysis of the current state of the company suggested solutions in the form of implementation of the social network Facebook in marketing communications selected companies. The implemented solution is evaluated, and the results are compared with the previous state. Finally, here they are designed to further steps in the use of this social network as a instrument of marketing communication for the year 2017.
