Company is to outline theoretical principals that are used for competitive environment analyses, to analyze the competitive environment of a company named PolyPLASTY s.r.o. and to design ontology for analysis of corporate competitive environment by using Topic Maps technology. A common contribution I would like to achieve by writing this paper is firstly to produce the competitive environment analysis for PolyPLASTY s.r.o. and to outline theoretical principles possible. Besides that, an annotated document and knowledge base essentials have been created. The knowledge base might me used for building a knowledge portal to monitor the competitive environment of PolyPLASTY Company systematically. This paper has been produced thanks to information gathered on an interview with Ing.Vlček and many other information resources. Seminar papers written by students of the University of Economics in Prague concerning competitive intelligence analysis for companies from Omni pack Cluster based on Porter's Five Forces method has been used a lot. The analysis has been produced as a structured document annotated by Topic Maps technology (in the structure used at the University of Economics) as well. The document also represents a knowledge base which can be used to build a knowledge portal for systematic monitoring of competitive environment of PolyPLASTY Company. The paper consists of two parts. The first one begins with Competitive Intelligence introduction. A plenty of theoretical principles that can be used for competitive intelligence analysis follow. Methods "Porter's five Forces Analysis" and STEEP (Social, Technological, Economic, Ecological and Political aspects) have been brought closer. At the end of the theoretical part the concept of Topic Maps have been described. The second part is concerned with application of mentioned methods in conditions of PolyPLASTY Company from Omni pack Cluster. The application part continues with a manager output describing acquired analysis results shortly. A description of created knowledge base concludes the second part. Conduction of interferential currents by human body tissues
Zralíková, Hana ; Pánek, David (referee) ; Malá, Jitka (advisor)
Thesis title: Conduction of interferential currents by human body tissues Work objectives: The aim of this work was to determine the effect of electric stimulation on distant muscle groups and to verify, whether the response of mucles depends on the current frequency. Methods: Master's thesis was worked up on the basis of the pilot experimental study which 6 healthy volunteers from FTVS UK were included in. Interferential currents were applied to their paravertebral muscles in thoracolumbar parts on the frequency of 50 Hz and 100 Hz and 120 - 200 Hz. Electrical activity in distant muscle groups was registrated by surface electromyography. EMG records were analyzed by spectral analysis in MyoResearch XP Master program and evaluated visually. Extended essay is authorized by the FTVS UK ethics committee. Results: It was found that the interferential currents do not spread to distant muscle groups and the current frequency has no affect on their conduction. Research has brought another unexpected result, and that the applied current frequency occur in the tissues in its multiples in a very broad frequency bands. Keywords: electrotherapy, interferential currents, surface electromyography, spectral analysis

Life and Work of High Baroque sculptors and Heermann's and Süssner's from the 17th to 18th century German and Czech environment
Sehnal, Jiří ; Zlatohlávek, Martin (advisor) ; Oulíková, Petra (referee)
This thesis outlines the artistic work of the German extended Süssner family, which originated from Northwest Bohemia, and the artistic work of the German Heermann family, which originated from Saxony. The most significant figures within these families are Jeremias Süssner (1653-1690), the Brandenburg and Saxon court sculptor (originally from the West Bohemian city Ostrov, active in Dresden and Berlin), his brother Conrad Max Süssner (1655/60-after 1696), Johann Georg Heermann (1645/46-after 1701), the Saxon court sculptor, who was active in Dresden, Praha and Görlitz, and his nephew Paul Heermann (1672/73-1732), the Saxon court sculptor too. Their work reflects both the classicist Flemish school, as well as radical Roman baroque, which was close to the works of Giovanni Lorenzo Bernini or Alessandro Algardi. The work of the Flemish school is connected to the master Johann Heinrich Böhm senior, whose pupils were Johann Georg Heermann, Jeremias Süssner and Conrad Max Süssner. Zadražilová, Gabriela ; Turnerová, Jolana (advisor) ; Pospíšilová, Tereza (referee)
This master's thesis focuses on studying how the foundation boards perceive responsibility. The research based on both the method of directed interviews with the representatives of some of the foundations and a content analysis of their annual reports shows that the members of the boards are willing to promote civil society, they however lack the strategic approach by which they would analyse both the needs of the key stakeholders and the actual impact of supported projects.

The female character in the plays of Paul Claudel
V rámci tohoto postupného rozkrývání ho nad jiné upoutává mnohotvárná a přece vnitřně hluboce jednotná postava ženy v podobě božské Moudrosti, Panny Marie, lidské Duše a konečně Církve.

It is mainly spectators and sponsors who form the target group that is influenced by success and failure in sports. This thesis takes into account all the aspects that are reflected in sports results (as far as team sports are concerned). The empirical part of the thesis presents the handball club TJ Házená Jindřichův Hradec and provides an analysis which concludes that victory is a marketing tool that affects the sponsors' decision-making and attracts new fans.
