The principle of prevention in environmental law
Dvořák, Libor ; Damohorský, Milan (advisor) ; Stejskal, Vojtěch (referee) ; Pekárek, Milan (referee)
The principle of prevention in environmental law The principle of prevention as one of a common legal principles plays also a key role in environmental protection. Once the environmental damage occurs, the remedy is more costly in all aspects, including economical ones. Moreover, some damage can be irreversible. Thus, modern environmental law and policy is based on prevention. The implementation of the principle is not only reduced to pollution prevention, but in broad meaning, to damage prevention. In secondary legislation, the principle of prevention is realized primarily through general prevention obligation (Act on the environment, Waste act, Water act, Nature protection act etc.). Environmental impact assessment is the essential instrument for implementation of prevention principle in environmental law. The environmental assessment covers plans and programs (strategic environmental assessment, SEA) and individual projects (environmental impact assessment, EIA) likely to have significant adverse effects on the environment. The most important result of environmental assessment are mitigatory measures including measures to prevent or reduce any environmental damage deriving from the implementation of the plans and programs or projects. Waste prevention is also a typical field for application of the...

Eyebot is a kind of educational robotic device, which helps us to understand closely modern technology and programmable systems with CPU, learn more about controlling and working with the mechatronical systems.

Modeling and analogue implementation of memristor
Teska, Tomáš ; Kolka, Zdeněk (referee) ; Biolek, Dalibor (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with an analogue implementation of memristor. Memristor is the fourth foundamental passive element whose existence was predicted by Leon Chua in 1971. In the first step, the summarization of basic information and characteristics of memristor is done. The next part presents the possibilities of its realization from design and simulation to measurements on samples. Two variants of analogue models using modern active elements are selected for practical implementation.

The Cost analysis of the modern way of Punishing
Vágner, Jan ; Běláčková, Vendula (advisor) ; Gráf, Václav (referee)

International cooperation of schools regarding efficiency of European Union educational program
Plamitzerová, Jindra ; Hamerníková, Dana (referee) ; Cipínová, Jana (advisor)
The final bachelor theses deal with school activities which are focused on foreign countries. Nowadays an international partnership is a common part of modern schools and the events which are realized in terms of international partnership allow to pupils, teachers and headmasters to get and exchange experience to get better language skills and they lead to the development of many key competences. They influence the whole palette of school subjects and the whole school life. The foreign activities are realized in the form of projects and pupils'exchanges which help to personal development of pupils. At the same time they are demanding for everybody envolved, mainly teachers, regarding time and organization. The teachers are able to use effectively the possibilities of the support of European educational programmes and other institutions. The large and fast development of international school activities is mainly enabled by modern communication technologies which are an effective means of communication and project realization. They are also the target skill where all activities are directed.

Wireless controlled car model
Závodný, Vilém ; Škorpil, Vladislav (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
The work deals with the analysis and practical implementation of advanced features in cars, which are responsible for greater passenger comfort and greater security for both passengers and other road users. All the work is solved on a remote-controlled model car, hence the need to deal not only with modern elements in cars, but also wireless data transmission, motor control, reliability of the system and a number of component problems. All these problems that occurred during work and their solutions are described in the following document. The work was based on the introduction of new items, modules and components that can be deployed as sensors, evaluation items, and other electrical and software components for the automotive industry in connection with electrical engineering and telecommuni- cations technology. Further work is focused on efficient wireless control of the vehicle, measuring environmental conditions and processing data so that they can be sent as soon as possible to the host PC or respond to them directly in the microcontroller in case of critical values.

The Theme of Projective Instruction with a view to Phenological Studies and their Use in Natural-Science Classes in Primary Schools
