This thesis deals with analysis of the current situacion in the firm Antonín Král. Then the evaluation of the firm, and the proposals of improvement. Expecially of the conflicts in the workplace and absence from work. First part is focused on explication of the facts. The second part deals with Antonín Král company introducing and analysis of this company. By this analysis are descovered deficiencis. The last part contains my proposals to solve absence, conflicts and how to involve employes in to the firm. Conclusion is the Brogure of solution of conflict on workplace.

The situation in Tibet with a special regard to human rights and the right of a nation to self-determination

CV The situation in Tibet, with the intention of human rights problems and the right of self- determination of nations- Summary I rate the Tibet issue as very interesting and actual. If we think about the ruling situation closely, we found out big amount of break of domestic and also international law. This topic was chosen to remind a serious mischief, that is install in Tibet already 60 years and to point out the indifference of international community and the inconsistency of enforcement of international law. It is very difficult to acquire impartial information about the situation in Tibet. I stem from accessible publications trying to keep an objective stance. With regard that China offers just very few statements about the situation in Tibet, which does not further mostly respond to the facts presented by Tibet's side, my work is largely based on the particulars coming from experiences of Tibet exile or published by Tibet exile government. China takes pains to manipulate public meaning, enforces censorship and bars access of neutral international media. An important resource of my work became reports of International Commission of Jurists from 1959, 1960 and 1993, than OSN resolutions and reports published by non- governmental organisations as Amnesty International for example. Dualism in Italy

The main purpose of my bachelor thesis will be to confirm the backwardness of Southern Italy in comparison with the north of Italy by use of macroeconomic indicators which are mainly published by ISTAT and other organizations. Furthermore, I will try to confirm the fact that the backwardness of the south of Italy is largely caused by the influence of Mafia - would Southern Italy be an equal partner of the north or would it possibly be more prosperous in the absence of Mafia? This analysis will be complemented by the actual steps taken by the Italian government and various southern Italian regions carried out to improve the current situation. Further, I will propose my own procedures of how to fight this extraordinary phenomenon or at least, how to find a way to reduce it. In the next part, I shall discuss the progressive development and causes of dualism in the north and south of Italy, by means of which I will, after a more thorough examination, try to sketch an idea of why Italy is, despite being a unified country, continually split into two completely different regions.

Business cycle and economic transformation in Czech Republica

The bachelor work is focused on course of the business cycle with following application of theoretical knowledge on a specific period of economical history in the Czech Republic. At first the individual theories of business cycles, which provide different views on fluctuation of economical activity, will be analysed with regard to theoretical part. As a part of theoretical chapter will also be a description of an economical situation in the period of transformation in Czech Republic, i.e. approximately in the 90th of 20th century and theoretical exposition of indicators of the business cycles. Following part will be devoted to monitoring and statistical analysis of a transformation period in the Czech Republic, which will be carried out in regard to selected so-called coincident or leading indicators. In the light of these facts the individual stages of business cycle in period of transformation in Czech Republic will be described in the last chapter of the bachelor work.

The Economic Situation of the Second Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the economic situation of the Second Republic. Second Republic is a sign of the political system in Czechoslovakia between the two occupation, namely from 1 October 1938 to 15 March 1939. The aim of the work is according to analysis adopted economic policies determine what form of state in fact the Second Republic was. Another intention of the work is to identify the objectives of economic and monetary policy and to compare the views of prominent representatives of economic and monetary policy. The work is based on the analysis of archival documents from the archives of the Czech National Bank, the National Archive of the Czech Republic and the Central Statistical Library. It became clear that in the significantly weakened Czechoslovak Republic, in which political regime showed signs of becoming increasingly authoritarian state, since the first days after the Munich Agreement promote both the left and right-wing economic policy recommendations and requirements. One of the key features of the economic situation of the Second Republic was characterized by mutual co-existence of state controlled economy and private property.

Analysis of the Italian Labour Market

The thesis consists of two main parts: descriptive and analytical. The descriptive part focuses on providing the readers with information about the main characteristics of the Italian labour market. It provides not only statistical data about the labour market but also describes the key instruments and provisions of the Italian social and labour policy. In the analytical part, conclusions from the descriptive part are drawn, several critical issues are pointed out and proposals for improvement are presented. Due to the complexity of the topic, the thesis concentrates on depicting an overall image of the current situation at the Italian labour market. However, it does not aspire to provide details on all range of questions related to it. As a logical consequence of the fact that hardly any information in the Czech language on the topic stays at disposal, the thesis is based on the information and data presented mostly in Italian, possibly in English language, by Italian and international (non-)governmental organisations.

Proposal of system tools for support of creativity of employees

The aim of the thesis are the recommendations and proposals focusing on the development of creativity using IT. The results of the work are based on a detailed model of the analysis conducted with the employees of the actual company Sedláček s. r. o. The work further identifies and analyzes the facts relating generally to creativity, the creative features of the personality and the organization and management of projects. At the conclusion of the work is evaluated the current situation in the company and are set out recommendations that organisations of a similar type may implement.

Culture of the west - on the issue of crisis of contemporary western society

This diploma thesis is based on the presumption that the cause of today's imbalanced situation of the culture of the West is entailed in its neglect of mostly spiritual and afiliative components of our cultural code. The thesis is mostly based on the work of P. A. Sorokin, who saw the cause of the crisis of Western culture in its prevalent sensitive components and on the other hand in the deficit of spiritual ones. In the following chapters the author is focusing on the situation of religion in today's Western culture and on the issue of ethics for contemporary civilization. As a solution to current situation she finds necessary to return to those values that stood at the birth of Europe, which in fact, in today's language, are the values for sustainable way of life. The author comes to the conclusion that contemporary Western culture needs overall overhaul of its sociocultural system, in which the spiritual values should play greater role once again.
