The issue of constructions on the land of another

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of constructions on the land of another. At first the thesis focuses on definition of basic terms, i.e. the construction and the building plot. In the following text is concerned about permission to build. Attention is focused on three types of titles of use - lease, easement and of peripheral importance, loan of land, which is not given a full explanation, but only focusing on issues related to the topic of work. To the previous issues link two institutes which deal with third and fourth chapter - authorized and unauthorized construction. Authorized construction is current problem in the future and therefore it is very noticeable lack of explicit rules that must be compensated for general rules of unjust enrichment. The chapter on unauthorized construction is divided into sections according to the character of each "type", i.e. whether the construction is movable thing or realty and whether the authorization to construction lacked from outset or dropped out after the construction was built. The main part of the theses deals with the questionnaires that were taken from Prague's inhabitants. The aim of the theses is to describe and analyze the opinions of inhabitants about cycling transportation, traffic network and iťs safeness in Prague! Also, it tries to recognize the weak points of the current system of cycling routes and any complications that might restrain inhabitants from using bicycle in the city. The next part of the paper analyzes the questionnaires while using the tables and graphs to describe opinion poll. The final part concludes the results of the research and defines weak:nesses, problems and tries to suggest feasible solutions.

Design and implementation of managed PoE injector

This study deals with power supply for network devices using existing structured cabling. Various power supplies are analysed including their limitations and also deals with measuring of the consumed energy. The outcome is 24-port passive PoE injector for remote power supply of network equipment. It's suitable namely for remote devices which lacks built-in PoE support as these do not need major modifications (using passive injection). Power options including current measurement may be done via administrative web interface.

Redesign of information systems in multimedia laboratory(GML) on VSE

This paper aims to describe and propose solutions to problems impairing the functionality of the Prague School of Economics' Graphics and Multimedia Laboratory (GML). The problems to be solved arise in the current information technology devices, more specifically in data back-up, usuitable hardware and lan connection as well as missing software. Finally, the paper discusses the idea of puchasing devices to be used outside the GML. The multimedia laboratory is concerned with issues relating to graphics creation and video adjustment. The solution put forward in this paper proposes using specific hardware designed for editing and graphics applications. While an effort is made to seek a multiple solution, the proposed adjustments require purchasing new hardware and software which are innovative if rather costly. Financially demanding as those are, both the optimal and the more budget-friendly options are introduced. Finally, an overview table summarises the costs, supplemented by detailed calculations. The solutions proposed are based on generally accepted procedures. These are modified in view of the author's experience of network administration and devising specific coputer systems.

Changes of rainfall-runoff regime in the Stropnice river-basin

This paper deals with the rainfall-runoff regime in the Stropnice river-basin and its development. The aim of this paper is to answer the question of‚were there any changes in the runoff regime during the period 1945 - 2009, and if so, were these changes conditioned by climate or were they caused by human interventions' (e. g. river network modification, changes of the land cover, drainage systems development etc.). The single-mass and double- mass curves were used as the primary methodology. The homogeneity of the time series of mean discharge, precipitation and air temperature were statistically tested using Mann-Whitney-Pettit test and Mann-Whitney test. The Mann-Whitney-Pettit test was performed using the programme AnClim (v5.012), which is freely available online, the Mann-Whitney test was performed using SPSS 15.0. Non-parametric Mann-Kendall test was used for the trend detection, performed in MULTMK/PARTMK by C. Libiseller and A. Grimvall, also freely available online. Some changes in the runoff regime were uncovered in the early 80s', when the runoff decreased, which also happened after 1988. During these periods almost no annual flood occured. Land consolidation is an important sector in agriculture. There are functionaly organized lands. Land consolidation makes separation or unification of lands and also addresses the regulation of proprietary relationships. To this topic is also apply the socio-economic factors of land consolidation in some way affect them. This work is intent on universal informations of the land consolidation and the socio-economic factors. The practical part of my work is about the reasons for begin the land consolidation in chosen communities, which are influenced the socio-economic factors. The chosen communities are in the district of České Budějovice.

Database manager

The presented work is about the program DBManager, which I created. This work follows the reasons and motivations which had led to creation of the program and describes analysis preceding the creation of the program. Furthermore it describes an implementation of the program and its resulting functionality. The program DBManager is a lightweight database manager with ability to connect to the Oracle database as well as to the MS SQL Server database. The program contains the SQL console with output into the table and cooperating object browser. Results can be filtered, sorted and modified, and the modified data can be easily sent back to the database. The Object browser shows us well-arranged common database objects. The most usual database objects, such as tables or views, can be created or modified by using user friendly wizard. SQL commands as well as results of the commands can be saved and loaded from a file.

Proceedings regarding regressive compensations in health insurance

This bachelor thesis concerns proceedings dealing with regressive compensations in health insurance, that is guided by law No. 187/2006 Coll. about health insurance. The regressive compensation as such takes place when a certain person causes, by his or hers unlawful action, as found by court or other authority, a reason for amount of compensation to another person and is obliged to reimburse the health insurance institution by a prescribed amount. Most often this is a result of traffic accidents, less frequently as a result of physical attacks or fights. The amount that is prescribed as a reimbursement is determined by the actual compensation paid. Together with proceedings about being ordered to pay this regressive compensation, there are other preceedings also concerning regressive compensations, such as pardoning of this regressive payment in which it has been decide for the benefit of concerned person only for reasons defined by law, such as immediate danger of his malnourishment. Also, the proceedings may start about the person being allowed to pay by instalments. This may permit the person to pay a certain amounts at certain conditions as prescribed by the decision. The law also permits cancellation of this insatllment payments option, when the agreed upon conditions are not met. This is a relatively new system that is relatively welcomed by the organs of health insurance, mainly because of the recovery of a certain amount that had been previously wrongly paid. This work is divided into five chapters, dealing with individual components concerning regressive compensation and their relevant proceedings. The first chapter of this work is focused on general information cocerning health insurance. It is divided at several subchapters, dealing with law status, basic principles, subjects of health insurance, group of insured persons, institutional security and a very important subchapter, which is important just for determination of regressive compensations, such as the amount of health insurance and tied to it, the health status determined by an involved physician or medical adjudicating comission. The second chapter deals with proceedings about regressive compensations in health insurance, description of its various stages, such as the commencement, pausing and stopping of the procedure, including the issuance of the decisision and eventual appelation. Included is also a basic information about the pinciples and subjects of these proceedings. Tied to this are the relevant rules and processes that are part of lawful relationships in health insurance, being governed by law No. 500/2005 Coll. about administrative rule, unless set by later rules No. 187/2006 Coll. about health insurance, otherwise. The result of these proceedings is the issuance of the decision, including the entitlement and the amount. The third chapter analyses various types of regressive compensations, such as the pardoning of the regressive compensation, allowing to pay by installments and cancellation of this option. The fourth chapter gives the statistical survey about the development of regressive compensations since their establishment on Jannuary 1, 2009, when the determination § 126 was created. Statistical tables show numerical data about the number of issued decisions and the amounts of compensations in each individual year. The fifth and final chapter contains the closing comments on the topic and suggests possible improvements of practical usage. The aim of this thesis is the analysis and the clearest possible description and definition of the valid law modification, focused on regressive compensations in health insurance, so that it, together with the literature cited, could serve as a source of information, or improve the orientation of eventual direct or indirect participants of these proceedings.
