Diplomová práce se zabývá srážko-odtokovým režimem v povodí Stropnice a jeho vývojem. Snaží se odpovědět na otázku, zda dochází ke změnám v odtokovém režimu ve sledovaném období 1945 - 2009, a jestliže ano, zda byly tyto změny podmíněny klimaticky, nebo došlo k antropogennímu ovlivnění odtoku (např. úpravami říční sítě, změnou v krajinném pokryvu, odvodněním apod.). Pro hodnocení změn v odtokovém režimu byly nejprve použity metody jednoduchých a podvojných součtových čar, dále byla testována absolutní homogenita časových řad průtoků, srážkových úhrnů a teplot pomocí Pettitova a Wilcoxonova dvouvýběrového testu neboli Mann-Whitney testu. Pettitův test byl proveden v programu AnClim (v5.012), jehož výhodou je dostupnost na internetu, Mann-Whitney test potom v programu SPSS 15.0. Pro detekci trendů v časových řadách byl použit Mann-Kendallův test, jenž byl proveden pomocí makra MULTMK/PARTMK od C. Libiseller a A. Grimvalla, rovněž dostupného na internetu, v programu MS Excel. Pomocí součtových čar a testování byly odhaleny určité změny v odtokovém režimu na počátku 80. let, kdy došlo k mírnému poklesu odtoku, k němuž došlo také po roce 1988. V těchto obdobích se také nevyskytují téměř žádné jednoleté vody. Příčiny prvního poklesu jsou klimatického rázu, jelikož 80. léta jsou sušší než předcházející... This paper deals with the rainfall-runoff regime in the Stropnice river-basin and its development. The aim of this paper is to answer the question of‚were there any changes in the runoff regime during the period 1945 - 2009, and if so, were these changes conditioned by climate or were they caused by human interventions' (e. g. river network modification, changes of the land cover, drainage systems development etc.). The single-mass and double- mass curves were used as the primary methodology. The homogeneity of the time series of mean discharge, precipitation and air temperature were statistically tested using Mann-Whitney-Pettit test and Mann-Whitney test. The Mann-Whitney-Pettit test was performed using the programme AnClim (v5.012), which is freely available online, the Mann-Whitney test was performed using SPSS 15.0. Non-parametric Mann-Kendall test was used for the trend detection, performed in MULTMK/PARTMK by C. Libiseller and A. Grimvall, also freely available online. Some changes in the runoff regime were uncovered in the early 80s', when the runoff decreased, which also happened after 1988. During these periods almost no annual flood occured.
