Design of The Data Communication Between Digital Protection Relays and Monitoring System of Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant
Šula, Vladimír ; Topolánek, David (referee) ; Toman, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes the provision of the data communication of the new protection relays via 6 kV switch gears to the electro monitoring system at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Station. These protection relays will replace the current analog protection. The replacement process will start in 2015 and will finish in 2018. Given the overall complexity of the project, this thesis deals only with the following 6 kV switch gears 9BB and 9BD. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part concerns the actual consumption and output of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Station. The following chapters describe the electro monitoring system and GRAF and LOGA software programs that are closely connected with it and that were used in the practical part. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the actual replacement of the protection relays of the 6 kV switch gears. Also, it describes a new optical network, which will be set up at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Station as a part of the process of replacement. The segment of the practical part concerns laboratory verification of the data communication of the new protection relays. Next, it describes actions that had to be taken in order to ensure and verify correct functionality of the data communication. This part is followed up by a closely related practical activity, which describes examination and verification of the protection functions of each of the 9BB and 9BD switch gears protection relays.

Sedláčková, Zuzana ; Klas, Jan (advisor) ; Brixí, Radim (referee)
The goal of this work was to evaluate the usefulness of Checkland's Soft Systems Methodology to the problem of choosing the appropriate checking account. The structure of this work is divided into three phases. The first part is applied to the theory of soft systems. I have focused primarily on the steps of Checkland's Soft Systems Methodology. In the next section, I applied the aforementioned methodology to the problem of choosing the most convenient checking account. I chose the methodology only some steps that helped me to solve the problem: a description of the unstructured situation, expressing the problem situation through rich picture, creating root definitions, conceptual model and compared the model with reality. I propounded two root definitions, which describe how the system works. Comparing models with reality is meant to compare the various criteria under which the clients choose the checking account. I got the criteria of root definitions and question form. Especially comparing those criteria, I found the usefulness of the methodology to the problem. The last phase is the actual comparison of customers' requirements with what each account offers. I chose a total of 4 types of clients - students, families, single-person households and pensioners.

Roads and paths in geographical databases of Czech republic - analysis of their existence and geometric accuracy, the new proposal of classification Abstract The fundamental objective of this bachelor thesis was to assess the network of roads and paths in geographic databases ZABAGED, DMÚ 25, ÚHÚL, SHOCart and maps for orienteering. The analysis of roads and paths was based on the geometric accuracy and the existence in databases due to the targeted forest road network in a limited forested land. The measurement was carried out the tourist receiver GPS for fieldwork. This bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. Firstly the classification of road network databases are compared and the basics of their geometric precision are given. The second part is dedicated to the principle of measuring GPS and errors that might occur. The calculate the accuracy of the receiver of unfavorable conditions when the measurement is influenced by many aspects is included too. The third part deals with the actual comparison of databases focused road network. The main output is a detailed map of the area at a scale of 1: 10 000 measured with a network of roads and paths. Keywords: forest road, path, geographic databases of Czech republic, classification of forest road network, Global Positioning System
