Non-governmental organisation (NGO) are being established in the Czech Republic as the reaction on "white dots" in the economics, the number of NGO is increasing rapidly since 1989. The founders of NGO know that there is a need of NGO, to rely on invisible hand of market would not be forceful enough. This problem is characteristic for healthcare. There are governmental organisation and in branch organisation focus on narrow range of problems of their members and partners. But there are mainly NGOs focused on improvement of the position of the patients, insured citizen in the Czech healthcare system. Is this goal for NGO realistic and performable?

Characterization of electrode modified by pyridineporphyrazinate film and its utilization in electrochemical sensor

In the diploma thesis the charge transfer reaction on thin layer N,N',N'',N'''-tetramethyl-tetra-3,4-pyridinoporphyrazinocobalt mediator is studied. The mediator is deposited on electrode surface formed by basal plane of highly ordered pyrolytic graphite. The modified electrode, which displays electrocatalytic activity to oxidation of propylene, has been characterized by cyclic voltammetry, backscattering spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy.

Analýza silových účinků pluhů na výstupní parametry orebních souprav

The aim of this thesis is force effect analysis of ploughing rigs. MSC Adams software was used for mathematical-physical model drafting and subsequent evaluation of measured data from tensometrical load sensing. Designed model was utilized for force reactions calculations under the driving wheels of a tractor using analysis of spatial system of forces of tractors three point hitch. Field measurement data and data from MSC Adams software were tabular and graphically processed. Dependencies between plough and tractor connection setting and output performance of ploughing rigs were clarified. Results from experimental measurement with fully-mounted plough point out on the utilization of longitudinal and lateral position of ploughs CG for reducing of difference in load between furrow and land wheel with properly adjusted connection between plough and tractor. A result from experimental measurement with semi-mounted plough confirms the fact of significant difference in vertical load between rear axle wheels. This negative phenomenon could be eliminated with usage of traction cylinder localized in construction of semi-mounted ploughs over the horizontal joint. Correct adjustment of tractors three point hitch in case of fully-mounted ploughs and utilization of traction cylinder in case of semi-mounted ploughs have got positive influence on fuel consumption and field performance of ploughing rigs.

Diploma thesis "Media covering of laying-off and unemployed in Lidove noviny during 1. half-year 1930 and in Mlada Fronta DNES during 2. half-year 2008 - Comparison of two approaches" compares reactions of forenamed newspapers to expansion of economic depression which forces employers to reduce cost of production and cost of labour force. Diploma thesis compares the influence of the rate of unemployement in various regions to their representation in medias and also compares the influence of the rate of unemployment in various sectors of economy to their representation in medias. Diploma thesis also analyses subjects of business news which concerned the problem of unemployment.

The influence of hallux on stand and gait stability

The diploma thesis "Vliv palce nohy na stabilitu stoje a chůze" is focused on the function of hallux at stance and through the gait cycle and particularly to halluxes influence on stability of the stated motor stereotypes. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge gained through literature research on anatomy and kinesiology of hallux. It also contains analysis of gait cycle and muscle coordination through it with emphasis upon activity of foot and function of hallux muscles. The practical part attempts to objectivize changes in stability and changes of loading of foot with instrumental examination. Force plate Balance Master® and GaitPlatform FDM were used for the measurements. On the force plate the parametres of movement of the centre of mass (COM, COG) and maintenance of stability while standing were compared. Surface electromyography leg and trunk muscle in patients with Jumper's knee

The goal of this thesis is summarize the current knowledge about Jumper's knee. It also includes a brief summary of the anatomy and kinesiology of the knee and then a separate chapter is devoted to the etiology, clinical picture, investigations and treatment of Jumper's knee. On these findings has been prepared and compiled research project hypotheses. This research is to determine whcther, and what affects Jumper's knee in the human musculoskeletal system. To this end, we chose a method of surface electromyography and dynamic plantography for analysis of pressure distribution and reaction forces during foot contact with the plate. Attention was focused on the comparison of side differences and timing muscle trunk and legs during dynamic activities sdccted. The Hyperinflation in the Weimar Republic in the Selected Memoir Literature

The subject of this thesis is the period of hyperinflation in Germany, as is presented by selected German memoir literature. Attention is paid to essential moments in the development of the German state, on those that have proven key in the devaluation of the German currency. The thesis can be divided into four parts. In the first part, I present selected German memoir literature. The second chapter deals with the Versailles Peace Conference. In the third chapter, I analyze the occupation of the Ruhr region by Franco-Belgian forces and Germany's reaction, taking on the form of politics of passive resistance. The last chapter focuses on the introduction of Rentenmark notes, which made the stabilization of the German currency.

A violance in medical departments and ways to solve the problem

A violance in medical departments and ways to solve the problem Key words: physical force, verbal assault, aggression, patient, health workers, factors contributing to the violance at the workplace, measures to reduce the violance at the workplace. We have been meeting the term violance more frequently during the last few years. There is no doubt that violance at the medical departments is a very serious problem with a possible health and, moreover, social and economic sequels. I focused on the problem of violance in the theoretical part of my work ( especially on types and possible risk factors of an aggressive behavior, possible attitudes to the aggressor, immediate reactions and cosequences of violance to the victim ). Empirical research is based on analysis of the daily press articles informing about attacked health workers and on mapping of violance in the departments of the Faculty Hospital Královské Vinohrady. The results of investigation show not only the departments with a higher risk of the encountered violance, but also the type of aggressor and victim. The conclusion of empirical investigation is paid to the safety measures, which lead to the reducing of the violance rate at the departments of Faculty Hospital Královské Vinohrady.

The market of CRM systems and future development

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to create an overview of analytic CRM systems which are offered in the Czech Republic with the emphasis on systems which can be used for marketing processes of the firms. The overview contains the reflection of new trends in CRM systems and marketing and the development to the future. In the last decade there is a huge development of CRM systems, which are generally known as sales force automation and less as an instrument for marketing management of the companies. Last but not least CRM is mistaken with information systems, even if the CRM concept is known for a lot of years and was developed from marketing, which is very often forgotten. The topic of this diploma thesis is originally view on CRM from marketing perspective and creation of compact view of analytic CRM systems, which are offered in the Czech Republic. Emphasis is put on using of these systems for marketing management and the target is disproving the myths, which are spoken about CRM as well CRM systems. Orientation of this document is mainly on analytic CRM systems, which has the most development in the last decades and can be used very well for marketing functions in companies. There is also a large development of marketing and CRM systems. The target is also making a summary of these trends and makes a hypothesis if CRM systems are developed according the future of marketing, if the CRM systems manage the reaction on this things.
