In vitro reactivation of cholinesterases previously inhibited by pesticides
Drtinová, Lucie ; Opletalová, Veronika (advisor) ; Vlček, Vítězslav (referee)
In vitro reactivation of choliesterases after pesticides inhibition Organophosphate pesticides are toxic substances supplied commercially as insecticides in order to protect agricultural commodities, for suppression of epidemic events etc. The use of pesticides in the Czech Republic is strongly regulated by law similarly as in the whole EU. The regulation is aimed at monitoring and regulating the use of products containing toxic pesticides. In this diploma work, I measured the efficacy of previously synthesized oxime reactivators using the standard spectrophotometric method and multi-channel spectrophotometer. After experimental testing, the ability of selected pesticides to inhibit acetylcholinesterase (AChE) was assessed. I choose tree pesticides that are capable of binding to AChE without any metabolic activation. It was paraoxon ethyl, paraoxon methyl, and DFP. Subsequently, I experimentally observed the ability of 78 selected oximes reactivators to restore AChE activity in vitro. I proved that the DFP inhibited AChE can be reactivated with high efficacy using monopyridinium reactivators but bispyridinium reactivators are also suitable. In contrast to DFP, paraoxon ethyl as well as paraoxon methyl inhibited AChE was reactivated with only bispyridinium reactivators. Number of oxime groups isn not...

Comparison of systems of investment incentives in Romania and Bulgaria
Zadražil, Marek ; Černá, Iveta (advisor) ; Taušer, Josef (referee)
Romania and Bulgaria in 2007 became the latest EU members. Both countries were predominantly agricultural oriented with little developed industry and service sector. One of the objectives which these Balkan states after the fall of the Iron Curtain have set was to get closer to the economic level of western countries. The main objectives of investment incentives in both countries are regional development, employment, labourforce, modernization and use of renewable energy sources. The aim of my work is analysis and comparison of investment climate, investment incentives and foreign direct investment in Romania and Bulgaria. In the first chapter I deal with general characteristics of investment incentives. In the second and third chapter I research particular state aid schemes in Romania and Bulgaria, investment climate and foreign direct investment, which I compare in the last chapter. Both countries differ in speed of the process of establishment and registration of companies, taxes and state aid systems.

This particular type of study was motivated by the need to find a solution to the problem of the increasing inability to supply a growing (European) population with agricultural products. (ii) In the second phase (circa from 70's of the 20th century), the attention of scientists towards the accelerated rate of land change on a global scale that can be associated with: the increase of human population, changes in agricultural techniques, mining, environmental exploitation et cetera. There is an obvious need to solve the negative impacts of the human activities on the landscape at different scales (from local to...

Analyses and optimization of efficiency in agriculture and wood-working company
Jágerová, Tereza ; Fábry, Jan (advisor) ; Pelikán, Jan (referee)
This thesis aspires to optimize the processes in agriculture and wood-working company and to propose some changes if needed. At first, it is wood-working branch which is analyzed. The intent is to find an optimal route to distribute pallets and afterwards freight the vehicle by sawn wood and return back with. This is some modification of travelling salesman problem with more than one salesman and more centers including the condition that the travelling is dynamic in time and that only selected clients are visited. The agriculture problem is more complicated and complex because the model aims to find an optimal portfolio of diverse animal and vegetal production influenced by many factors and some of them are mentioned below. The agriculture model includes for example the stochastic character of weather and the condition that the herd of cattle should be stable.

Analysis of utilization of production factors in an agrarian company
SEMRÁDOVÁ, Lucie
