Práce se zabývá problematikou investic do zemědělského majetku v rámci politiky rozvoje venkova Evropské unie. Bližší analýza je zaměřena na opatření, týkajících se investic do zemědělského majetku, předvstupního programu SAPARD a na něj navazujícího Operačního programu Rozvoj venkova a multifunční zemědělství. Práce zahrnuje komparaci realizace těchto opatření v jednotlivých regionech soudržnosti ČR s konkrétním zaměřením na Střední Čechy s cílem zjistit míru aktivity regionu, důvody dosažených hodnot a zhodnotit přínosy realizovaných investic pro kraj. The thesis is focused on the topic of investments in agricultural holdings in the context of policy of rural development in European union. Detailed analysis is concentrated on Measure Investments in agricultural holdings of the pre-accession programme SAPARD and itś follow-up The Operational Programme Rural development And Multifunctional Agriculture. The thesis includes comparation of realization of these measures in Cohesion regions of the Czech republic with further survey oriented at Central Bohemia region in purpose to reveal activity of region, reasons of figures attained and benefits of realized investments for region.
