Comparison of ontogenetic and phylogenetic development of understanding of phenomenon infinity in the geometrical context

Nekonečno, ať to matematické, filozofické nebo teologické, fascinovalo a fascinuje lidstvo od počátků utváření vědeckého myšlení dodnes. Mnoho matematiků se nechalo omámit slastným pocitem toho, kdo rozřešil záhadu, když filozofovali nad problémy založenými na nekonečnu. Stejný pocit mohou zažít dnešní studenti, když znovu objevují překvapivé vlastnosti nekonečného. Podobné pocity jsem měla při studiu matematické analýzy, teorie množin nebo Zénónových aporií i já. Asi právě proto jsem se rozhodla zabývat se ve své disertační práci nekonečnem. Protože mám i zálibu v historii matematiky a měla jsem to štěstí pracovat pod vedením profesora Petra Vopěnky, bylo nasnadě zaměřit práci právě na srovnání ontogenetického a fylogenetického vývoje porozumění nekonečnu. Práce je rozdělena do 5 kapitol. V elektronické verzi je navíc doplněna o rejstřík pojmů. V první kapitole představuji argumenty pro i proti srovnávání fylogenetického a ontogenetického kognitivního vývoje. Druhá kapitola je exkurzem do historie matematiky se zaměřením na nekonečno, speciálně na výklady bodu, přímky a kontinua a jevů s tím souvisejících. Obsahuje postřehy o pojetí nekonečna od dob antické matematiky až po Cantorovu teorii množin. Tato kapitola mi jednak umožňuje vytypovat hlavní zdroje epistemologických překážek a dále konstruovat...

Municipal transportation system of Nitra

The thesis is divided into two parts of which the first is the theoretical one. The beginning of the work concerns with the transportation and its history in Slovakia. Next, the basic notions of public transportion and its subsystems are characterized. After dividing the public transportation, this thesis is dealing with Nitra municipal public transportation. Next, there are defined its basic notions and also the municipal transportation public system. The second part of this thesis is practical. It begins with the the description of Nitra and its history and presence concerning the transportation system. After that, the municipal transportation system of Nitra -- its network of lines, stops, its travelling guide, information systems, tariffs, vehicular park and aims of the transportation its analyzed. This capitulum finishes with the survey part, which deals with the satisfaction of the passengers. The aim of this thesis tries to analyze the municipal transportation system of Nitra. On the other, hand it is the survey of the satisfaction of passangers through the surveys.

Satellite navigation system

Satellite navigation is quickly developing area of industry, which allows usage of navigation services. American GPS is the most popular systém. It consists of 31 satellites on 6 orbits. The emitted signal is effected by physical rules of the Earth. GPS is not the only one systém. Compretion for american system is consists of 3 different system: GLONASS, COMPASS, GALLILEO. There are also non-global systéme in the world. These systems are providing more accurate services or enable to their owner be independent at specific place by using of geostacionary satellites. Next topic is practical usage. Navigation is mostly used in transportation. Fron water up to sky, GPS is irreplaceable in each type of transportation. Beyond positioning and tining GPS can help to save a lot of money in business.

Illicit work in the Czech Republic

This paper Illicit work in the Czech Republic analyse the reason why this type of labour market comes into being and it's causes and consequential effects. It contains a definition of the illicit work, clarification of the typical characteristics of this type of labour market. In the following part, I focus on reasons why people are looking for illegal jobs and their motivations for entering to the illegal labour market. I have a look on the other side aslo, especially on demanders and their motivations. Then I demonstrate how illegal labour market can be measured. In conslusion this paper shows not only teoretical solution of illictic work but also current activity which are being done in the Czech Republic at the moment.

Algoritmy pro detekci plagiátů u programů a textů

V práci se snažím zachytit celé prostředí spojené s legální a ilegální tvorbou textů a především pak s algoritmy, které umožňují odhalovat plagiáty. Veškerá potřebná data byla získána pomocí rešerše informačních zdrojů dostupných volně na internetu. Hlavní přínos práce vidím v komplexním pojetí problémové oblasti. Je popsán právní pohled na problematiku, příčiny vedoucí ke vzniku plagiátů. Uvedeny jsou i postupy správných citací a uvádění zdrojů. Největší část práce se pak zabývá konkrétními metodami plagování a možnostmi jejich odhalení pomocí známých algoritmů ? jednak u textů psaných běžným jazykem, jednak psaných speciálními jazyky programovacími. Zmiňuji se také o možnosti využití metadat při hledání plagiátů. Celá práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. Každá se zabývá určitou oblastí ? terminologie, právo, citace, algoritmy odhalování plagiátů textů, programů, metadata a překlady.

Business process analysis of RWE CZ

Práce se zabývá analýzou podnikových procesů a procesního řízení v plynárenské společnosti RWE CZ. Konkrétní analýza pak probíhá v již vytvořeném jednotném procesním modelu RWE CZ tzv. Master Modelu. Kromě analýzy struktury Master Modelu a důvodů jeho zavedení, je prakticky analyzována skupina procesů Nákup. Jednotlivé druhy modelů v rámci Master Modelu jsou tak vysvětleny na konkrétním příkladě a na závěr jsou navrženy kroky pro zlepšení. V úvodu je věnována kapitola s obecnými definicemi podnikového procesu a podnikového informačního systému a jejich vzájemnými vztahy. Dále jsou pak definovány obecné požadavky na informační systémy v energetice a je provedena stručná analýza nabídky ERP produktů, v tomto odvětví. Teoretické poznatky nabyté v úvodní a v následující kapitole jsou prakticky poukázány na příkladu RWE CZ. Celá práce je potom zaměřená primárně na ekonomické systémy používané v energetice a důraz je kladen na efekty plynoucí z nasazení těchto systémů, jak informatické tak ekonomické. Závěr práce je věnován především harmonizaci informačních systémů v rámci skupiny RWE v ČR, zvláště pak nasazení systému SAP IS-U.

Webový průvodce světem expertních systémů

Předkládaná práce "Webový průvodce světem expertních systémů" se zabývá expertními systémy. Cílem této práce je vytvořit učební pomůcku pro zájemce o problematiku expertních systémů, která by primárně sloužila studentům kurzu 4IZ229 (Úvod do umělé inteligence) k ucelení jejich poznatků. Jejím úkolem je osvětlit čtenáři pojem expertní systém, přiblížit základní principy těchto aplikací, nastínit proces jejich tvorby a poskytnout tak ucelený přehled o expertních systémech včetně jejich zhodnocení. Jak již z názvu práce vyplývá, vytvořená učební pomůcka je zpřístupněna formou webové prezentace v síti internet. Webový průvodce obohatí celou práci o výhody interaktivního přístupu a zaslouží se o zvýšení její dostupnosti. Vedle rozboru základních principů expertních systémů a názorných ukázek situací na konkrétních příkladech obsahuje rovněž množství odkazů na další zdroje v síti internet týkající se expertních systémů. Obecným přínosem této práce je kromě tvorby samotné učební pomůcky a zmapování problematiky expertních systémů rovněž i demonstrace uvedených poznatků prostřednictvím jednoduchého expertního systému. V úvodní části své studie popisuji umělou inteligenci, přibližuji její definici, zabývám se stavovým prostorem a skrze stručný historický přehled se dostávám k expertním systémům. Dále vysvětluji expertní systém, jeho strukturu, základní charakteristiky, typy expertních úloh a typologii expertních systémů. Následuje rozbor jejich základních principů, v němž se zabývám zejména otázkou reprezentace znalostí, inference a neurčitosti. Závěrečná část práce je věnována procesu tvorby expertních systémů, především pak tvorbě vlastní aplikace. Jedná se o bázi znalostí zpřístupněnou prostřednictvím webové služby ES NEST v síti internet. Tento jednoduchý expertní systém zabývající se výběrem studijního oboru na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze poslouží jednak k názorné demonstraci uvedených poznatků, jednak ke zhodnocení potencionálních výhod a nevýhod expertních systémů.

Controversial issues of self-defence in Czech case law

The focus of the thesis is set on the controversial issues connected with a legal institute of Czech criminal law called "self-defence", and how these controversial issues were dealt with within judicial practice. The first chapter serves as an introduction to the whole topic. The second chapter describes the concept of self-defence, as well as its prerequisites. The self- defence was classed into the system of criminal law. The goal of the third chapter is to define preconditions which are necessary in connection with application of the self-defence institute. The main parts of this chapter describe firstly attacking, first of all and secondly defence. Subsections of this chapter analyse the term of attacking itself, the attacker and his characteristics, the term of harmfulness of such attacks towards society. As for the second part of the third chapter it focuses on the defence itself, its proportionality etc. The fourth chapter is about the role of judicial practice within the context of Czech legal system. This chapter serves as a relevant contribution to the main part of the thesis, which is chapter five. Chapter five introduces specific cases, especially those which were at some point controversial. Moving information system in the cloud.

This thesis deals with the theme Moving information system in the cloud. The paper first describes the issue theoretically. It is defined and characterized by cloud computing as the current major trend in the implementation of information technology. A description of individual actors and models emerging in cloud computing, its brief history, related technology underlying or expand cloud computing, client issues and reference architecture model. It also includes an analysis of the current state offered cloud services, compared to open source and proprietary solutions, and was implemented insight into the upcoming National Strategy for Cloud Computing The case study move e-mail system to a hosted private cloud is demonstrated by the complexity of the entire process and the rugged environment of government institutions. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and case studies in the last chapter proposes a model that would in general help in deciding whether the institutions of government information systems migrate to cloud computing, which is also in line with the forthcoming national strategy.
