Load Flow Calculation and Design of Distance Protection Relay Settings of 110 kV Overhead Line

Bachelor thesis load flow calculation and design of distance protection relay settings of 110 kV overhead line acquaints with the theory calculation of steady operation, short-circuit conditions and a proposal setting the distance protection. The theoretical part is made an example of a simple calculation to show leadership methods of calculation. The practical part is a calculation of steady operation and short-circuit conditions. Short-circuit ratios are calculated for a single operation and parallel operation of transformers in Otrokovice. Calculated using the initial shock symmetrical output from the calculation of short-circuit conditions is verified by short circuit resistance of substations. The practical section setting the distance protection ABB REL 316*4 and compensation earth faults. Calculation of steady state and short-circuit conditions designed basic operational state of the network, for which the design of a distance protection relay settings.

Bacillus subtilis ribosomes: regulation of ribosomal RNA biosynthesis and identification of the new ribosomal protein YbxF

1 Abstract The biology of the bacterial ribosome of gram positive bacterium Bacillus subtilis is the central point of this thesis that includes studies of both ribosomal components - ribosomal RNA (rRNA) and one of ribosomal proteins. The first part of the thesis focuses on the regulation of rRNA synthesis and the second part focuses on the identification and characterization of a new ribosomal protein, YbxF. rRNA synthesis is mostly regulated at the level of transcription initiation. Initiating nucleoside triphosphates (iNTPs) are important molecule effectors that regulate this process. Varying iNTP concentration in the cell directly affects RNA polymerase (RNAP) at rRNA promoters as these promoters are sensitive to [iNTP] in vivo. Most of the knowledge about this regulation is derived from Escherichia coli, where the rRNA promoter sequence is key for this regulation. Nevertheless, sequence characteristics of [iNTP]-regulated rRNA promoters from gram positive bacterium B. subtilis do not emulate the sequence characteristics derived from [iNTP]-regulated rRNA promoters from gram negative bacterium E. coli. The personality of czech journalism - Vít Holubec

Vitus Holubec was at the birth of sports broadcasting in Czechoslovakia. In the fifties, he commented the first live television broadcast, was co-founder of the Czechoslovak television sports editor board and initiated Branky, body, vteriny - the oldest regularly broadcast program of the Czechoslovak and later Czech television. In this work it is analyzed chronologically Vitus Holubec's professional career with an emphasis in the important milestones in the history of television, which this popular sports comentator was a direct actor. In the introductory part of this work is introduced as the profession of sports journalism and briefly described the progress towards the beginnings of television sports journalism. Excluding his career in the Czechoslovak radio, are at work described Holubec's journalistic beginnings in various newspapers and later in the Army Radio. In the following sections are described the supreme moments of his career, interesting events of big events like Soccer World Cup or Olympic Games, and finally attached reactions of his former colleagues and followers in the Czech television. SFUMATO and its application in practise at two-class school in Horní Dvořiště in the school year 2006/2007

SFUMATO® and its application in practise at two-class school in Horní Dvořiště in the school year 2006/2007 SFUMATO® methodics uses a special technique of reading. Its methodical steps simulate slow-motion process of perfect performance of adult reader, which is automatized. Substance of SFUMATO® consists in fluent passing of fixation eye motion to sacadic eye motion from one to another in exact succession. This technique is based on: perfect knowledge of letter details initial long exposition of speech sounds ("calling") legato (bound) reading, during which an eye is passing in exact succession from letter to letter before the voice exposition. SFUMATO® prevents problems, which outlast at other reading methods. After going through several seminars and summer school I have utilized this technique at teaching of reading in the first class at two-class school in Horní Dvořiště. Pupils worked very good and at the end of the school year 2006/2007 they all read fluently with understanding and without any problems.

Initiative D.O.S.T. as a radically conservative challenge of present

This thesis focuses on the analysis of initiative D.O.S.T., currently one of the most important Czech extreme-right groups. D.O.S.T. comes with a radically conservative critique of current concepts and direction of democracy, yet she managed to reach support among political parties accepted as legitimate and also influential public figures. The work is based on the assumption, that the main reason for this is that the initiative despite being extremely right-wing organization, highlights also real deficits of democracy. Therefore it can be seen as a challenge of present. The aim of this paper is to analyze critically this challenge by mentionning the initiative in all relevant contexts. The paper therefore deals firstly with the intellectual and political roots of its founders in the extreme right-organization called Právo a Spravedlnost. After it analyzes the initiative itself, its manifesto, activities, the main problematised issues and linkages with other political forces. In conclusion, the papers considers the perspective of eventual genesis of a new political party established by the initiative D.O.S.T.

European Integration Policy of the North Rhine-Westphalia. Fight for Right of Participation from Maastricht to Lisbon

The master theses "European Integration Politicy" deals with the impact of European integration on the domestic balance of power between the German executive and legislativ power, while focusing on the North Rhine-Westphalia (and partly Bavaria) as one of the examples of the German countries ("Laender") key actors nowadays. While the initiative of the German Laender with the aim of obtaining their right of participation in decision-making on the european integration topic can be traced to the very beginning of the European integration process, in the course of the ratification of the Maastricht Treaty the German Laender succeeded in institutionalization of their participatory rights by changing the constitution and laws. Due to the changing dynamics both of the European integration and the German federalism, the consensus-finding became uneasy. The German Laender are being increasingly motivated to change their strategy while trying to achieve their goals. There are new ways to be found beyond the institutionalized way of procurement of the enhanced rights. The international partnership with the regions of the similar power and interests (e.g. RegLeg) became one of the key elements of the new strategy. The collectivization of agriculture in village Puklice, commune near Jihlava, 1949 - 1960

Diploma thesis The collectivization of agriculture in village Puklice 1949 - 1959 deals not only with the period which is mentioned in the title of this work but it also tries to cover the agricultural development of Jihlava´s region and district considering Puklice as the concrete example in the period from the end of the Second World War to the beginning of the sixtieth. An important event in history of all Jihlava´s region is connected with the end of the Second World War, the initial point of this interval. This region was settled by German inhabitants from 13th century and these Germans were displaced. Their post-war expulsion meant an appreciable interference to the economic expansion of this region. In years 1959 ? 1960 the rebuilding of a village according to the communist model ? the socialization of the village - was finished. This date is also associated with the end of Jihlava´s region as an administrative region existing from 1949 for the whole process of collectivization in agriculture. The aim of this work is to demonstrate the process of collectivization in agriculture during the 1950´s in the instance of one region and one concrete village because this period was decisive in the towards of socialism in Czechoslovakia and it influenced the country to the contemporary days. At the same time the work should contain the negative side of the collectivization ? the mass unlawfulness against the innocent people. Last but not least the work makes an effort to broaden people?s mind that relates to the socialization of the country in region Jihlavsko. Our source of information was, in addition to the technical literature focused on agriculture and political situations of the 1950´s, archival materials, a local chronicle and also personal memories of the living contemporaries and the participants of agricultural collectivization.

Advertisement and ethics

This diploma thesis deals with the relationship between advertisement and ethics. Many people think that anything is possible in the advertisements, this, however, is not true. The area is restricted both by the law and by the non-legal institutions, e.g. A Czech initiative of advertising agencies, media and advertisers - "Rada pro reklamu" - Advertisement council. This council might recommend advertisement's cancellation. The media scene experts claim that the media market reflects the consumers' wishes. Thus, in the absence of protests against an "anti-women" advertisement, the advertisement might be considered ethical for the particular market. As we can see, the ethics is a very delicate term and what one perceives as ethical, might be considered unethical by anybody else.

Analysis of the appropriateness of the data from the IMU / GNSS units

The object of the air campaign Analysis of the IMU/GNSS data and it’s suitability, was to create a sufficient amount of GPS data to analyze the appropriateness of using the IMU/GNSS data for comparison with other IMU/GNSS data recorded at the same time by the ordering client. Based on the initial request data were acquired using the installed GPS sensors, on-board navigation system GARMIN G1000 and GNSS Applanix POS/AV 410. Data acquisition was performed during a single flight in total duration of 0:58 on February 16, 2016. During this flight we performed complete set of predetermined tests during different flight regimes.\n\n
