Ivan Vyskočil and his Pedagogics
Petelíková, Eva ; ČUNDERLE, Michal (advisor) ; HANČIL, Jan (referee)
In this thesis I try to couple my own experience gained through contact with prof. Ivan Vyskočil's pedagogy with the theoretical points of view concerning with an audience reception. My thesis consists of two parts. First part is dedicated to a phenomenon of spectatorship. I focus mainly on the ontological principle of theatre production and on the feedback in the relationship between a spectator and an actor related to that principle. My work is based on the thesis of Otakar Zich, Eduard Bullough, Jaroslav Etlík, Max Herrmann and notably Erika Fischer-Lichte. I mention the physiological basis of perception relating to the so-called mirror neurons. I attempt to contextualize the theatretheoretical and the neuroscientific view on a reception as a psycho-physical experience. In the second part of my thesis I concentrate on the conception of study developed by prof. Ivan Vyskočil (who is a founder of the Department of Authorial Creativity and Pedagogy at The Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague) that is grounded in a cultivation of psychosomatic fitness and in a training of self-reflecting creators-actors, who are spectators as well. At the end of my thesis I try to highlight a connection between a cultivation of psychosomatic fitness itself through the study of acting at the Department of Authorial Creativity and Pedagogy and a development of certain audience competence that is closely related to a quality of aesthetical experience and its reflection and even to the work of theatrical critic as well, which is one of goals of the study at the Departement of Theory and Criticism at DAMU.

Use of NMR in structural analysis
Novák, Zdeněk ; Kuneš, Jiří (advisor) ; Špulák, Marcel (referee)
This Diploma work is consecrated to structure determination of unknown substances. The Department of Pharmaceutical Botany and Ecology, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové isolated number of alkaloids from three plants: Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC (Rutaceae), Corydalis cava (L.) Schw. et Koerte (Fumariaceae) and Zephyranthes robusta Baker (Amaryllidaceae). Some of thath alkaloids were analyzed in Laboratory of structure and interactions. The goal of this project was to determinate the structure of three unknown product, using NMR. NMR experiments (1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, ghmqfcops, ghsqc, ghmbc) were necessary to reveal the structure of unknown compounds.

Methylene-bis(phosphonate) derivatives for modification of biomolecules
David, Tomáš ; Lorenc, Miroslav (referee) ; Kubíček, Vojtěch (advisor)
5 Title: Methylene-bis(phosphonate) Derivatives for Modification of Biomolecules Author: Tomáš David Department: Department of Inorganic Chemistry, Faculty of Science Supervisor: RNDr. Vojtěch Kubíček, Ph.D. Supervisor's e-mail address: vvvojta@seznam.cz Abstract The aim of this work was to prepare derivatives of methylen-bis(phosphonic) acid. Thirty compounds (from which 29 are new) were prepared with moderate or good yields. All compounds were fully characterized by NMR and MS. Four new crystal structures were obtained by RTG monocrystal analysis. Derivative containing 4-nitrobenzyl group in the side chain was used for study of bis(phosphonates) adsorption parametres to hydroxyapatite (with quantification by UV-Vis spectroscopy). Several derivatives containing characteristic functi- onal groups (-NH2, -COOH, -NCS) were prepared. These compound are suitable for further derivatization, mainly for conjugation with more complex structures through amide bond or thiourea bridge. Conjugates of building blocks with fluorescent probe (fluorescein and dansyl) were prepared for potencial optical imaging. Further modification of one of the dansyl derivative afforded trifunctional molecule - contating bis(phosphonate) as a vector for a bone tissue, a fluorescent probe for a possible fluorescent imaging and a free...
