The residential complex relates well with the environment which is attractive for families with children. The supporting idea of the general conception is to utilize the counter-line character of the building estate and use a gentle rotation in order to achieve as beautiful lookouts in each property as possible. The proposal consists of three types of family houses. Terraced houses are situated in the lowest part of the building estate and they are followed by two types of atrial houses distributed throughout a gentle slope. These continue until the foothill, on which a villa is located with a unique lookout in the surroundings. The project is a continuation of a tiny neighboring estate of regular family buildings, it however retains its own conception without disturbing the character of the surrounding landscape.
