Dale rozebirame nekolik bezne pouzivanych priblizeni vychazejicich z diagramaticke poruchove teorie. Hartreeho priblizeni, priblizeni nahodnych fazi (RPA), priblizeni matice prechodu (TMA)j pribli- zeni stinene interakce a priblizeni fluktuujici vymeny (FLEX). Ta vsak z ruz- nych duvodu selhavaji pri popisu Andersonova modelu v rezimu silne vazby. V posledni casti \^ybudujerne metodu zalozenou na takzvane parketove rovnici, ktera dava pro Andersonuv model kvalitativne spravne \orsledky jak v rezimu slabe, tak silne vazby. Kondova energeticka skala spoctena na jejim zaklade je v pomerne dobrern souhlasu s exaktnim vysledkem a numericke feseni ukazuje vznik takzvanych satelitnich pasu v hustote stavu. Personal growth of the SUR psychotherapist training participants

This thesis investigates effects of long-term SUR therapist training on its participants' personalities. In theoretical part of the thesis the author defines SUR psychotherapy system, describes its theoretical background and nowadays representation of the training system. She surveys knowledge about personality and its growth. Dynamic psychotherapy as a theoretical source of SUR is described as well. She elaborates specific means used in training process that directly influence personality of the participants. She also investigates personality traits of therapist that determine success of the therapy. Practical part of the thesis describes longitudinal sudy of participants undergoing 5-years training in SUR therapy. She studies personal growth of the participants and compares it to general population that have not undergone such a training. Research methods and research findings are described in detail. In the conclusion she discuses her findings and proposes new directions for research in this area.

This bachelor thesis deals with a current very significant word wide tendency, which is called globalization. It searches the prerequisites of its origin, historical emergence and phenomena, which are accompanying it all the time. An attention is also paid to its main attributes. The thesis is further concerned with international flows of trade, capital and with the movement of labour force together with migration. Finally there are introduced some implications caused by globalization.

Foundation and origin of a trading company

This bachelor thesis is focused on the aspects of foundation of a trading company. The aim of this thesis is to enlighten the essence of particular legal forms of national as well as transnational trading companies which are regulated by the Czech legal system, namely to explain their legal regulation, from which the conditions and specifics of companies' foundation result. To create a compact unit involving all items that are connected with the subject matter, there are also key-words explained and institutions introduced in the forepart of this thesis which are related to the matter of companies' foundation and origin. This main subject matter therefore combines general information about the legal regulation, division of trading companies and key-words such as business assets, business property, capital stock and related stocks and others. Attention is also given to the Companies register, which has cardinal importance for the origin of the company in the Czech Republic. To comprehend gained theoretical knowledge and information better, the process of practical foundation and origin of a trading company in ČR is described in the last part of this thesis.

Changes in Czech outgoing tourism after 1989

Tourism is becoming a more and more important economic, sociologic and geographic phenomenon of today. It has become a very important sector of world economy in the last century. Its significance lies not only in satisfying the human needs, but also in development of industry and trade. Progression of tourism in the Czech Republic was slowed down by fourty years of communist totality, but in present it plays an important role in domestic economy. This theses is aimed at an assessment of progression of Czech outgoing tourism after 1989. Its objective is to identify main destinations of organised and individual tourists, to discover their travel habits, and - in case of clients of Czech touroperators - to detect the most important criteria which affect their package tour selection. Part of this theses is also an analysis of Czech outgoing tourism before 1989, which is focusing principally on passport and visas prescripts and on connections between political events and main destinations of domestic tourists. The theses is divided into two basic parts. The first part is theoretical and consist of the first three chapters: introduction and specification of aims and hypotheses, discussion with literature and methodology. This bachelor thesis describes corporate bonds in the Czech Republic. The purpose of thesis is to render the compact view of the corporate bond market. The thesis includes the view of whole bond market in the Czech republic, then issuers of corporate bonds follow. The last part contains some practical calculations about trading at Prague Stock Exchange and the comparison of chosen government and corporate bond according to the yield to maturity.

THE EFFICACY OF DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE IN COMPARISON TO TRADE SUPPOR: Opportunities of the Czech Export Bank to enhance the quality of the aid

This thesis concentrates on the examination of the effectiveness of development assistance and its comparison to the effectiveness of the integration of developing countries into foreign trade. The main aim of this study is to determine, whether the effectiveness of development assistance could be increased through closer interconnection with trade support. Consequently, the possibilities of the Czech Export Bank's participation in such arrangements are examined. The dependence of gross domestic product, gross national income per capita and life expectancy at birth on the amounts of development aid received and on the openness of development economies is measured by Pearson's coefficient of correlation and subsequently compared. All indicators were obtained from the databases of the OECD and the WB. The results showed a much more positive connection between openness and the factors examined than they did for the correlation between the amounts of the development aid received and the same indicators. The investigation in the Czech Export Bank revealed various opinions, it certified, however, that a closer connection between development assistance and the business sphere can be advisable. The support of the integration of developing economies into international trade was proven to be effective in a long run and the resources of development assistance should be used to establish the necessary technological and theoretical background to make it happen.

Social policy of the Revolutionary trade union movement and preparation of the national insurance act in the period of 1945-1948

Po osvobození v květnu 1945 docházelo v poválečném Československu k rozsáhlým proměnám politického systému i celé společnosti. Již za války bylo jasné, že musí dojít k podstatným změnám. Vývoj se ubíral směrem do leva. Stát se měl stát více sociálním, než byl před válkou. Ale skutečná podoba těchto změn byla probojována až na sklonku války a po jejím skončení. Tehdy se rozhodovalo, které z těchto představo budoucí podobě Československa se uskuteční, a které ne. Do vývoje nově se vytvářející společnosti začala zasahovat i nově se formující odborová organIzace. Právě úlohou Revolučního odborového hnutí v Československu po skončení druhé světové války se bude zabývat i tato diplomová práce. Jejím cílem bude zamyslet se nad rolí, jež připadla odborům v československém politickém systému v letech 1945 až 1948. Je nepochybné se domnívat, že odbory ovlivňovaly politický, ekonomický, sociální a i kulturní vývoj státu a staly se nejvýznamnější masovou organizací po válce. Ale již samotný výběr tématu - Revoluční odborové hnutí - je příliš objemný. Popsat tak rozsáhlé a široké téma do všech podrobností není a ani nemůže být v možnostech této práce. Proto si musí klást cíl mnohem skromnější - zaměří se na sociální politiku Revolučního odborového hnutí. Přesto - jak jsem již výše alespoň naznačil a jak si dále...

Trade relations of the EU with the countries involved in the European Neighbourhood Policy

The thesis "Trade relations of the EU with the countries involved in the European Neighbourhood Policy" deals with the European Neighbourhood Policy and its importance for trade. The first chapter is focused on external relations of the European Union in general and on the basic characteristics of the trade policy. The second part of the thesis describes the development of the European Neighbourhood Policy, the way how it works and the connection of the policy to the Union for the Mediterranean, the Eastern Partnership and the Black Sea Synergy. The third chapter deals with the implementation of the European Neighbourhood Policy in Azerbaijan and Egypt and analyzes the effects of the policy on the trade with goods. At the end of the thesis the European Neighbourhood Policy is evaluated.
