Hlavní náplní této práce jsou 3 archivní pomůcky - inventáře vytvořené ke třem fondům obecní samosprávy, je~ž jsou uloženy ve Státním okresním archivu v Jablonci nad Nisou. Jedná se o Archiv města Šumburk nad Desnou, Archiv města Tanvald a Archiv obce Velké Hamry. Tyto tři fondy se nacházely v nedůstojném stavu. U všech sice již v minulosti proběhlo zpracování i inventarizace, z důvodu dalších nových přírůstků však původní inventáře zastaraly a nezachycovaly tak skutečný fyzický stav. Rovněž vlivem vývoje archivní teorie neodpovídaly moderním archivním požadavkům. Proto byla jejich reinventarizace přímo žádoucí. Počátky této práce spadají již do února 2004, kdy jsem absolvoval povinou archivní praxi v SOkA Jablonec nad Nisou. Během ní mi byla nabídnuta možnost reinventarizace AO Velké Hamry. Protože mám ke zdejšímu regionu a zejména k této obci bližší vztah, nijak jsem neváhal a příležitost využil. Fond jsem nově uspořádal a vytvořil nový inventář, který již prošel schvalovacím řízením a je platnou archivní pomůckou evidovanou na odboru archivní správy (Číslo listu NAD 0040, evidenční číslo pomůcky 535).

House for dwelling and business

This bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation of a house for dwelling and business, designed for a four member family. The house is situated in the region Královéhradecký, town Nové Město nad Metují, cadastral district Nové Město nad Metují, situated on 685/5 building plot. The building is designed as a brick building with ISOVER insulation system, with KM Beta Sendwix vertical supporting structure and SPIROLL seiling panels - the horizontal supporting structure. The house has a saddle roof of 22° and the walkable flat roof that forms the top of the garage. The construction of the oblique roof consists of wooden components forming the construction framework. This building has 2 floors. In the first floor there are rooms for daily needs with business room on the right side, the second floor includes the private rooms for the owners.

High school Ústí nad Orlicí

This thesis solves the construction area of High school building in Ustí nad Orlicí deals with the main building of the complex. The High school will be located in the district town of Ustí nad Orlicí, in the district on Štěpnice, this is a developing area on the outskirts of town. The building will serve as a high school facilities, with a capacity of 360 students and 20 teachers and 10 other staff. The main building of High school is designed as a three-storey building, its shape resembles the letter T with a smaller spur of handstand. The building is roofed single-roof with vegetative planting. The building is built of structural system POROTHERM masonry blocks with precise thin cleft. Ceiling design floors form the hollow prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll from Goldbeck over the main entrance consists of reinforced concrete ceiling construction cross reinforcement plate, then the ceiling structure made of suspended ceiling drywall. Dominating the lecture hall buildings form a stepped podium staircase and from outside the auditorium finish of brick strips Klinker, located above the main entrance to the building. The building is adapted for wheelchair use. Work includes documentation and drawing part, that is handled as a detailed documentation.

Chalet

The aim of this thesis is to design a mountain chalet. Chalet is intended for recreation and accommodation for 23 persons and is designed to gently sloping land in the village of Horní Bečva. The building has two floors without a basement. The main entrance to the building is from the southern side entrance for staff is on the eastern side and the other side entrance to the building is from the north. Part of the building for accommodation is situated on the 2nd floor. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from brick blocks Porotherm in 2.NP then the inner walls of plasterboard. The construction of a roof over the main part of the building is made up of wooden roof purlin system, a roof over your wellness zone is flat vegetation, and the roof over the vestibule is flat with classical music. The main part of the building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 35 degrees inclinations flat roof over the vestibule wellness zone and 3%.

Footbridge

The subject of the final thesis is timber footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists over the Desna river in Loucna nad Desnou village. The length of the footbridge is 30 m, width 3 m and height is variable from 4 to 5 m. The footbridge is covered with roof inclination of 20° in transverse direction and the roof is arch in longitudinal direction. Roofing is metal sheet. The structure is three-dimensional truss consists of two truss connected by rafters, floor beams and by members of bracing. The 2D-truss consists of bottom chord, top arch chord and webs. There are end posts made of streel bracing frames. The material of structure is mostly glued laminated timber, then timber and steel. The steel is used for connectors and steel bracing frames.

Hotel

Diploma thesis deals with the design documentation hotel building in the village of Vendryně. The building is designed in accordance with the existing this area and the slope of the terrain. This is a two-tier four-storey building. Above the 1st floor is designed flat vegetation roof and above the 4th floor is gabled roof. The building contains part of the accommodation, dining area and facilities for staff. Work includes architectural and layout design, preparation of construction drawings, design of fire safety design of buildings, basic thermal technical assessment and calculation of a selected wooden truss and a draft air exchange for restaurants and kitchens. The entire work will be complemented by a text part.

Elements of Deliberative Democracy in the Czech Republic: A Case Study of Participatory Budgeting in Municipal District of Prague 10

This thesis lies in an analysis of a participative budget realization at the Prague 10 municipal district in a context of deliberative democracy. This is a case study stemming from a qualitative research based on an analysis of key documents and semi- structured interviews. Deliberative and participatory democracy - whose features are the crucial elements in a participatory budgeting process - serve as a theoretical basis of this thesis. In the empirical part the thesis focuses on causes of the participatory budgeting implementation and the laid down methodology approved by the Prague 10 municipal assembly in June 2015. Neither rules for proposal submissions nor the time schedule of the process are omitted. The thesis deals with different phases and the future outlook as well. An integral part of the thesis is the analysis of the actors who played key roles in the process. Apart from the case study the thesis maps the use of the participatory budgeting both abroad and in other Czech towns and cities.

Detached House in Štoky

This thesis addresses is the project documentation of a family house. This building is situated in the region Vysočina, the town Štoky. It is a three-store family house with one underground store and twoo up ground stores. Family house is projected for four-five people. Vertical structures are designed from lime-sand fittings. The residential part of the building is covered with a shed roof over the garage roof is flat.

Creating a Methodology for Correct Compilation of Final Accounts and Final Statements for the Selected Non-profit Organization

The aim of the thesis is to develop a methodology for the proper compilation of accounts and financial statements for a selected nonprofit organization. For a non-profit organization is selected territorial self-governing unit, the Town of Oloví. The theoretical part of the work on the basis of study of scientific literature and current legislation is first engaged in the management and it is division on the management of private and public, where the biggest emphasis on territorial self-governing units, the municipalities. In the next part of the work explains the basic concepts related to the issue, which gradually builds the process cut off entries, the work ending with the financial statements and the obligations resulting from it. Own part of the thesis uses both theoretical experience acquired by studying the professional literature and practical experience gained within professional practice. The practical part gradually passes through the different steps of the cut off entries work and their follow-up of the financial statements. Individual activities are first practically described how after page of postings, so after the site specific calculations, when they are used the specific data of the financial statements of the City of Oloví for the year 2015. Subsequently, for each step created a detailed methodology for easy and correct assembly of the accounts and financial statements of the Town of Oloví. This methodology is prepared for the specific needs of the Town of Oloví, and therefore not every municipality to fully comply.

Bullying at secondary schools and possibilities of prevention

This work issues frorn the need to react to the existence of social negative act ofbullying at school. The airn of this work is to show one of the possibilities, to show of devising and realising a prevention prograrnrne for students of secondery schools. In the first part teoretical ways out are offered. The work engages in understanding of bullying, in profiles of aggressors and victirns, in dynarnisrn of relation at endangered classes. It guides particular stages of bullying and thinks about the negative influence of this act upon all the participants. In the succesive chapters is the topic of bullying refered to the prirnary prevention at school. In the second part of this work the relationships at the classgroup are rnapped and the prograrnrne of specific prirnary prevention is described. Closing chapter tries to evaluate all this work.
