Bachelor thesis "Klíč - Prague 11 township herald from 1993 to 2008" is focused on a local printed herald issued by the township of Prague 11. The list has been published since 1993 and it contains a variety of information provided by the local town hall who is also an issuer of the list. Using a quantitative analysis a representative sample from years 1993 to 2008 was researched. Main goal of the research was to find out how the list evolves and on which scale the list informs about selected topics. The bachelor thesis describes local heralds overall, one chapter is specifically dedicated to the history of local printed heralds in Prague. Thesis also mentions and compares local heralds of other Prague townships neighboring Prague 11.

Social use of internet communication in the local environment of a small town

Diploma thesis "Social Use of Internet Communication in the Local Environment of a Small Town" deals with the social aspects of the internet use within the local everyday life of the inhabitants of a small Czech town. In the theoretical part, it especially focuses on the characteristics of the internet as a communication media and new technology, it tries to find the relationship between the virtual and real world, it deals with domestication of the internet and everyday life in cyberspace, and also with the field of ethnography and its history. Furthermore, the diploma thesis aims, in separated chapters, at the concept of audiences in historical context, their typology, activities and social use of media. The problems of globalization and internet literacy were also included. The practical section was dedicated to a research based on observation and semi-structured interviews which set a goal of revealing the specifics of the internet use in the local environment of a small town.

Geocaching

Geocaching is recently becoming increasingly popular leisure activity in not only in the Czech Republic but also all over the world. Firstly, the work focused on explaining the nature of Geocaching, which deals with finding hidden mailboxes in a given geographical coordinates. Geocaching is not the only activity that is conducted by using GPS navigation but also refers to other options such as Wherigo, GPS Mission etc. The potential use of Geocaching in the commercial sector has not yet been fully exploited, and thus the work also deals with the commercial use of Geocaching which focuses on products and services related to Geocaching. It offers a second option, and commercialization of its substance. The essence is meant mostly concealed caches using GPS, but that does not work under the administration of Groundspeak, the Geocaching shelters. In commercialize the works of nature, especially offers the possibility of using small, but large companies (but also for the faculty) in the form of various competitions and other projects. The thesis is accompanied also by a survey whose results are mentioned through the whole work, i.e. chapters, which were related to the topic of questions in the survey. Results of survey were presented in separate chapters analyzed. Finally created a project called "Discover Jindrichuv Hradec", which is designed to raise awareness of Jindrichuv Hradec or to improve tourism. This project is created precisely to the already mentioned principle of Geocaching, and it has also created a special Web site.

Anglická anotace "Charity mission in the spectrum of social services in Havlíčkův Brod" Author of tis bachelor thesis shows that the mission of Charity services in the administration of Regional Charity Havlíčkův Brod has an irreplaceable position in the spectrum of social services in the town of Havlíčkův Brod. This is illustrated by using the detailed listing of social services provided by individual providers of social services in the Register of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, which corresponds with actual situation and conclusions found in questionnaire survey among emploees and clients of the Regional Charity Havlíčkův Brod and regional management representatives of other providers of social services. Brief summary of recorded knowledge can be noted that, in contrast to other providers of social services, the Regional Charity offers exclusive range of social services and pay attention to fulfilling the spiritual needs resulting from the mission Charity services as such. The author presents also some shortcomings and proposes options for dealing with them. Socioeconomic analysis of Prague’s district Vinor

I chose socioeconomic analysis of Prague's district Vinor for elaboration of my work. In the opening I want to introduce the district itself including its surroundings. In the individual chapters of the bachelor work I am going to discuss the history, transportation, culture, living, and education. I would like to concentrate on the structure and development of the population later. As part of my bachelor work I am going to perform questionnaire research, where I am going to examine the indicators of the population from different points of view. In following parts of the work I will elaborate SWOT analysis, which defines strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the district. Based on gained information I am going to elaborate suggestion, which would direct development of the town district in medium and long-term perspective. This analysis will mainly be a result of previously gained information from the questionnaire research. The goal of this work is to provide complex view of the town district and suggest opportunities of its future development including utilization of the financial grants from public sources or European funds. Another goal of this work is to provide comparison of the town district and Prague as a whole from many different points of view. 5 Summary Title: The Promotion of Sport in Jablonec nad Nisou with Emphasis on the Procedure of Financing Aims: Describe and consider the state of support of sport in Jablonec nad Nisou. Analyze methods of financial support in Jablonec nad Nisou. Method: Mixed research, case study, interview - personal, phone and e-mail; questionnaire Results: State of support of sport in Jablonec was described in this diploma thesis. Measure and level of support provided by the town and its methods were described as well. I found out which problems currently exist in the area of sports clubs due to the questionnaire I had sent to the representatives of the sports organizations in Jablonec nad Nisou. Review of the decision on administrative infraction

Bez názvu Právní řád umožňuje přezkoumávání rozhodnutí o přestupku různými prostředky. Celkově považuji právní úpravu přezkoumávání rozhodnutí o přestupku za dostatečnou, nikoliv však plně vyhovující, s výhradami uvedenými v jednotlivých kapitolách. Nedostatky spočívají v nedodržení základních zásad charakteristických pro přestupky, resp. nutnosti jejich aplikace v obecném řízení. V diplomové práci jsem uvedla postupy správních orgánů, příp. soudů při přezkoumávání rozhodnutí o přestupku, rozsah přezkoumávání a možnosti rozhodnutí o přezkoumávání. Veřejná správa by především sama měla odstranit svá nezákonná, příp. nesprávná rozhodnutí. Proto je nejprve nutná kontrola v samotném správním řízení a i následné přezkoumávání před soudem může nastat pouze tehdy, pokud proběhlo správní řízení o přezkoumávání rozhodnutí o přestupku. Obecným opravným prostředkem je odvolání, upravené ve správním řádu s jednotlivými speciálním ustanoveními v přestupkovém zákoně. Na základě správního řádu zkoumá odvolací orgán správnost rozhodnutí pouze v rozsahu uplatňovaných námitek. Vzhledem ke specifické úpravě přestupků, kdy je správním orgánům umožněno ve velkém rozsahu rozhodovat na základě správního uvážení, by mělo být posíleno postavení účastníka řízení úplným revizním principem, a to zejména tehdy, kdy už mu žádný opravný...

Opportunities and limitations of psychological work with "fleet car" drivers

Traffic safety problems are often discussed and researched, especially recently. Psychology plays an irretrievable part in solving these problems. Submitted diploma theses focuses on specific segment of these problems, the area of the traffic safety related to drivers, who do not have the driving as the main scope of employment, though they need a car to perform their work - fleet car drivers. Emphasis is placed on definitions of the key-terms and summary of theoretical pieces of knowledge, taking in consideration that the issue has not been researched extensively. In practical part of the thesis the opportunities and limits of the work with fleet car drivers are discussed. Pieces of knowledge that aroused from the thesis lie in the area of mental capacity of the fleet car drivers, in the area of general approach to trainings at the hands of the employers and also in the area of the administration of the records regarding the accidents (above all for the purposes of their importance for the subsequent work on raising the safety of fleet car drivers). As the most important result from diploma it appears the project for specialists from different areas, mainly from the area of traffic psychology, to enter the problems of fleet car driving with more urgency.

The Application of the Soft Systems Methodology to the Problem of Insufficient Information Delivery from the Public Administration of the Town Lysá nad Labem to its Citizens in Public Matters

The aim of this paper is to analyze the problem of insufficient information delivery from the public administration of the town Lysá nad Labem to its citizens in public matters and to find particular solutions to improve the situation. The problem is being analyzed and partly solved by the soft systems methodology which is best used with complex unstructured problems involving human action. The soft systems methodology provides number of thinking-supportive tools which are used to find out about the problem situation, express particular problems and to find feasible and desirable solutions which lead to improvement. The application of the soft systems methodology brought very detailed analysis of the problem situation from which a number of possible solutions to improve the problem have arisen. One solution proposal offers solutions which hardly intervene in the structure and processes of the present system and are more likely to be implemented in a long term perspective. The other solution proposal consists of solutions which can be implemented in a short term perspective.

The Immovable Property Tax in Slovakia -- Analysis of the Chosen Town

The thesis deals with an analysis of immovable property tax in the town Levoča. It proceeds from comparison of the most considerable differences in property taxation before reform which came in force in 2005 and after its implementation.The attention is focused on changes as a result of this reform with emphasis on behaviour of tax administrator (community). This point is resulting in goal of thesis, that is appreciation of these influences through analyses. The main part of thesis consists of those analyses, the analysis of general rules and analysis of tax incomes.
