Family house

The subject of my bachelor thesis is an elaboration a design documentation for a newbuilding of a detached house. The building will be located on the village of Ostopovice. The building will be used as a housing for family of four and grandparents. The building is designed as a detached house with a oartial cellar and two floors, whera the first floor makes up na attic. One part of the object is a garage for two car, that issituated in the ground floor a is accessible from the exterior and from a wind lobby. The mainentrance is in height level a ground floor. External loadbearing structures are made of ceramic and permanent formwork in the basement. The floor structure comprises of ceramic system POT + Miako and plates SPIROL. The building has a gable roof. The staircase is reinforced concrete. When processing, it was given the emphasis on the layout design, architectonic and technical arrangements and on a safe usage of the building. The drawing documentation os processed in the AutoCAD programme.

Business valuation JAROMÍR HUTLA - BATTERY CENTER Ltd.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the market value Jaromir Hutla - Battery Centres Ltd. The work is structured in 4 main thematic areas.The first is an overview of basic information about the company and the related strategic analysis, which contains an evaluation of external and internal potential business. By combining findings from both parts of the strategic analysis gives the company forecast of the sales.The second thematic area is concerned with financial analysis, which is to assess the financial health of companies valued in the past and to confirm or refute the assumption of infinite duration company. The third section begins with an analysis and prognosis value of generators on the basis of the financial plan is built. The last thematic area is given alone DCF valuation methods APV and market comparisons, and subsequently drawing the resulting market value of equity

Motivation and employee evaluation

The aim of this thesis is to analyze motivation and evaluation of employees. I applied acquired theoretical knowledge on the company XY which runs business in a food industry. The theoretical part is focused on motivation and evaluation. I draw from Czech and external literature. In the practical part there was carried out an analysis of present motivation and evaluation of employees in the company XY. Then I worked on the opinions of managers and employees working in the sales department. I defined research questions which were answered on the ground of interpretation of analysis results. I used following methodical instruments: description, questionnaire, half-structured, dialogue, analysis, synthesis and interpretation. In conclusion of the practical part I mentioned improvement proposals and recommendations which can lead to the optimalization of motivation and evaluation employees in the company.

Advocacy Coalitions and Making of Domectic Violence Policies in the Czech Republic

The research objective of this diploma theses is to deeply understand the proces of policy change in the field of prevention and fight against domestic violence in the Czech republic. The aim of the research part of the theses is to identify the main resources and factors of the policy and belief change, which determine the policies in the field of prevention and fight against the domestic violence. This means the orientation among key policy change actors and identification of advocacy coalitions that enforced policy changes. The research design was case study based on the semistructured interviews with experts and key actors. The Advocacy Coalition Framework has proved to be useful in drawing attention to the notion of changing values and belies systems as key source of policy change. It also highlighted the need to take into account factors external to the policy subsystem under investigation. Potential usefulness of the Framework can be found in further application to the field of human rights issues in the Czech republic.

Creation of educational programs and editing possibilities

The Bachelor degree dissertion consists of the creation and possible changes in primary school educational programmes. Based on the knowledge of the conclusions of the thematic reports of the Czech School Inspectorate and the questionnaire survey mapping out the changes in school educational programmes and draws attention to their most frequent shortcomings. The research part of the dissertation focuses on the findings of the most frequently changed area of school educational programmes further to internal and external assessment. The frequency of the changes is subsequently compared with the assessment of compliance of school educational programmes with the Framework Education Programme for primary education of the Czech School Inspectorate. Further to the current situation a section is also included in the dissertation applying to the proposed amendment of the School Act applying to changes in the creation of framework educational and school educational programmes. The dissertation concludes with a draft concise manual for primary school headmasters containing recommendations for creating and changing school education programmes based on the experience of school headmasters and the assessments of the Czech School Inspectorate.

Nutritional Habits of Preschool Children in Vysočina Region

Title: Nutritional Habits of Preschool Children in Vysočina Region Annotation: I focus on the issues of eating habits of preschool children in my diploma project. Nowadays, this topic is very current due to increasing overweight and obesity of children, already in preschool age. The aim of this work is to summarize the knowledge of preschool children healthy eating, to emphasize the importance of child nutrition, draw attention to mistakes inflicted in child nutrition, and also point to the nutrition recommendations in this age. The integral part of this work is the specification of external influences and risks to a child in this field. At the same time, I mention some issues related to nutrition and eating habits that currently worry parents. The aim of an exploratory survey was to map the level of dietary habits of preschool children in the Region Vysočina. Results are based on the survey, which took place in different nursery schools in the Region Vysočina. Key words: eating habits, healthy nutrition, preschool age

External and internal audit

Dissertation includes problems of internal and external audit. The goal of this work is on the basis teoretical knowledge and information got from experience, to do internal and external audit of fulfilment by drawings of financial subvence. The result of both made audits is final report.Work is composed from three parts, first part- theoretical-describes progress of internal audit, its essence and definitions, regulation frame, which characteristics ought to fulfil an internal auditor, then running of audit, including requirements, respectively formal as well as objective, for the final report of made audit.Second part-also theoretical-describes external audit, respectively in anologous structure as internal audit.Third part-analytical- includes make of both audits, respectively in context of rendered financial subvene of public service subject ,concretely to community Skály.Within an analytical part is processed contract, agenda of both audits, including final reports of made audit.At the close of this part is made comparison of both audits.

The tourist trade as a potencial factor of a town development on example of Český Krumlov

This bachelor thesis studies the tourist trade as a potential factor of a town development. The effects of a tourist trade and his action of a town development are described on illustration of the development of the tourist destination Český Krumlov. There is foreshadowed how the tourist trade affects a landscape planning and a town budget. Last but not least there are mentioned effects which the tourist trade has in a sphere of a social areas, a competitive advantage and a possibilities of a draw from an external financing arrangements.

Financial Management within the Family Budget

The aim of this thesis is, by using statistical data to demonstrate the effect of external factors on consumer behavior and outline the correct path to reach decisions in the con-text of the family budget. The thesis includes the issue of controlling the family finances, financial literacy and behavior of families in relation to conventional financial issues. The work also draws particular attention to the importance of financial education and highlights the importance of financial planning, creating of family budget and the need for general awareness about world of finance.

Poprodejní úprava automobilů, její trendy a potenciál pro český trh

The aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of the automobile aftermarket customization and to evaluate its potential on the Czech market. The first goal is to understand why product design is crucial for consumers in general and to highlight its importance for automobile industry. Moving forward, the historical development of the automotive design with emphasis on external factors influencing technical and design development and, consequently customers preferences is provided. In order to analyze the potential of the customizing companies in the Czech Republic, a research among several Czech and German modifiers was conducted. The outcomes of the research enabled to draw the conclusions and evaluate the actual potential of automobile aftermarket modification.
