110 13 English summary & keywords LIABILITY OF THE CARRIER IN THE INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE OF GOODS BY ROAD: The following rigorous thesis has been devoted to the most important parts of the unilateral legal regulation on the international carriage of goods by road. It tries to interpret the liability from the sight of the carrier, while using up-to-date Czech and foreign literature, European courts judiciary and legitimate legal statements from the recent period. The international carriage of goods represents a major and irreplaceable role within the global market. Even though, the maritime carriage handles over a half of the total amount of goods carried around Earth, the road transport has its own indispensable advantages. Firstly, it offers so called 'house-to-house' delivery that could only hardly be done by any other type of transportation currently available. Secondly, the road carriage has proven itself to be relatively fast, safe, universal and convenient - especially in the terms of goods handling and consignor's manageability over the shipment while it undertakes the journey. Cilem moji prace je srovnani vybranych ekonomickych a socialnich podminek pro provozovani sportu u studentu spanelske Universidad de Malaga a ceske Univerzity Karlovy se zamerem navrhnout, jak by se mohly podminky pro studenty vylepsit. Podminky jsem zjisfovala kvalitativni metodou (rozhovor) s dvanacti studenty ze Spanelska a dvanacti z Cech, pote dotaznikovym setrenim pfi vzorku stoosmi z kazde zeme, behem podzimu a zimy 2008/2009. Vysledky jsou shrnuty a byla vytvofena SWOT analyza. Abstract The purpose ofmy workis the comparation ofselected economic and social conditions for doing sport among the university students of University of Malaga (Spain) and Charles University (the Czech republic). The main intention is to concienve a theory of improvement for doing sport. The conditions have been discovered by qualitative method (interview) with twelve students from Spain and twelve form the Czech republic, then with the questionnaire of the sample 108 each from one institution. The investigation was taken during the autumn and winter 2008/2009. The results are summarize to SWOT analisis. On Azahelicenes: Synthesis, Resolution, Properties and Applications

Transdermal in vitro permeation of methoxytacrine. III.

Diploma Thesis 2006, Eva Režňáková Abstract The theoretical part gives a list of selected issues on transdermal drug delivery and summarizes information on Azone, including new technical information published in 2005. In vitro permeation experiments using the excised pig skin confirm the considerable potential for transdermal administration of 7-methoxytacrine. Using the isopropyl myristate as a vehicle the therapeutically valuable fluxes at about 15 [μg/cm2.h-1] were obtained. Transdermal acceleration and impact of 5% added amounts of methyl pyrrolidone and dodecyl pyrrolidone were not established. As a promising in this respect appears to use Azone and transkarbam 12.

In introduction there is presented the autor's intention. The second chapter suggests trends that define modern form of family, mentions the main source of the current crisis and tries to analyze them. The third chapter defines a family from a Biblical perspective. Focus of the work is in the fourth and fifth chapter devoted to relationships. The last part of this thesis summarizes the obtained knowledge. It calls for diligent study of biblical principles and their application in practice everyday family life. Lenka Satrapová Year of defense: 2012 Aim: The aim of this thesis is to summarize theoretical findings, application of the methodic of physiotherapy, process of the treatment and the observation its progression in patient after knee arthroscopy for meniscal lesions. Methods: The literature search and the case study of this issue were proceeded within the practical experience (from 9th January 2009 to 9th February 2009) in Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Prague (Centre of Motor Apparatus Treatment). The first part of the work is concerned with the theoretical knowledge of the knee joint (anatomy, biomechanics, medical imaging, traumatology and physiotherapeutic methods and examinations). The second part contains the case report which refers to the patient after knee arthroscopy for meniscal lesions, the treatment, the therapy and the pursuance of the curative effect. Results: The state of operated knee improved radically after the treatment, enhance of the muscle mass and its power is significant, augmentation of the knee joint range and normalization of the muscle tone is noticeable. Methods and abstract: The literature search and the case study of this issue was proceeded within the practical experience in Rheumatology Institute in Prague from 9. 1. 2012 to 3. 2. 2012. The general part of the thesis is about rheumatology diseases, exactly enteropatic arthritis. I described the patology, etiology and metods of their treatment. The special part of the thesis includes the case report of the patient with enteropatic arthritis with main problem in the right shoulder and its therapy and pursuance of the curative effects. Result: Enhance of the range of motion of the right shoulder and its power. Normalization of the muscle tone of right upper limb. Strategic analysis of the company Adventure World s. r. o.

This thesis focuses on strategic analysis of the company Adventure World s. r. o. operating escape games in Prague. The goal of the thesis is to suggest strategic recommendations for further company development. The theoretical part deals with defining basic terminology and describing process of strategy formulation. In the practical part analytical tools described earlier are applied to analysis. In order to analyze external environment, the PEST framework is used. To illustrate the industry environment, 5 competitive forces analysis, map of strategic groups is used. In examining the internal firms conditions, the strategic resources and capabilities are identified through the value chain framework. Analyses findings are summarized in SWOT matrix, then strategy alternatives are generated. In conclusion, the author suggests the wording of the organization mission and updated vision, strategic goals, then author specifies actions, that are meant to fulfill those goals.

Forecasting regional population developments in Kazakhstan

Jazybayeva A.: Regional population forecast for the Republic of Kazakhstan 4 Regional population forecast for the Republic of Kazakhstan Abstract This dissertation has three objectives. The first objective is to present literature review about theoretical background of regional population forecast. The second objective is to analyze demographic situation with relation to past and current fertility, mortality and migration development in regions of Kazakhstan. The third objective is to demonstrate two practical implementations of regional population projections. The first example is a multiregional population projection with population horizon 2009-2029 for 16 administrative divisions of Kazakhstan using period data for the year 2008 and inferring required age-sex specific interregional transition data. The second example is a multiregional population projection for period 2004-2059 of four macroregions using period-observational plan 2004-2008 and imposing internal consistency relations. The second example follows generations of people born during period of recovering fertility when these generations will be approaching retirement ages.
